Potatoes in cheese sauce

Ingredients

potatoes 400 gr.
hard cheese 70-100 gr.
vegetable oil 1, 5 Art. l.
fat milk (cream) 100 ml.
wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
dry mustard 1 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, cool, peel, cut into circles as thin as possible.
  • Grease a frying pan (form) with vegetable oil (0.5 tbsp. L.), Lay out potatoes in layers.
  • Prepare the sauce: 1 tbsp. l. fry flour in 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, add milk (cream) and boil until thickened (do not forget to stir). 50 gr. grate cheese, sprinkle with dry mustard and add to the sauce, boil the sauce until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Fill the potatoes with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese on top and send to the oven, preheated to 200C for baking for 10-15 minutes.
