Help me to understand. bread maker 2511. when the dough is rising, the bucket is cold inside. Is this the way it should be or should it be warmed up a little?
sazalexter
miledirichIf it is hot in the room, then there will be little heat during the rise, barely noticeable.

Hello everybody. I don't know where to turn to. Rummaged through the entire Internet. The essence of the problem is that my Panasik 257 stopped turning on. I called the master, he took it apart, "rang" and said that it was necessary to change the brains themselves (the fee) from HP. at the service official, it (fee) costs about 4k, well, about the same as the budget HP. Can you tell me more budget places? Thanks to everyone who answered in advance!
sazalexter
homacheckAlas, spare parts for Panasonic are quite expensive, their sale is simply unprofitable. It is up to you to repair or buy a non-name for which there are no spare parts and components at all.
buliska
The sound signal disappeared, please tell me what to do
sazalexter
buliskaIf it is not too critical for you, do not pay attention and use it further. If you need a signal, take the HP to the service.

I welcome everyone!

There was a glitch with SD-254 the other day. On the main baking program, after kneading the dough, the stove was cut out and showed no signs of life. It seems that the controller is frozen, after turning off for 15 minutes it turned on normally, now turned on the program in idle, it seems to work. Since the stove is about 5 years old, I got into the middle to look for the hooked capacitors in the 5V supply circuit. Confused that the supercapacitor is charging up to 4.7V. If someone copied the 5B formation scheme - please share.
P.S. What is the transistor on the board labeled 993 7ZF? Or is it a 7805 type stabilizer?
sazalexter
g-al-s, Unfortunately, there is no schematic diagram of the control board in the service manual on the forum. I did not outline the 5 volt circuit, there was no need.

Thank you, but before I write, I have re-furred the entire forum, looked through all the service manuals for neighboring Panas models and looked through all 82 pages of this topic. And I already know that the question has not been raised until now, so it (the question) remains open.

SD-257 engine is warming up. It all started with the fact that a hum appeared during kneading, upon examination, he found that there was not enough power during kneading. On the advice from this branch, I changed the capacitor ... the power returned to normal .. but the engine got very hot .. I did not even understand from what and at what moment ... everything turns easily ... where to dig, tell me plz
sazalexter
vlad999, Check the ease of rotation by hand, starting with the bucket, then the bucket drive, does it overwrite where?
vlad999
There is nothing overwriting, I wrote that everything turns easily ... I forgot to write that I measured the voltage on the motor connector at 175 V (on both wires white-blue, white-red), instead of 220. Maybe, of course, the truth was being supplied at the moment the voltage is impulse (measured with the motor connector removed, it is not known in what mode it worked at the same time).
Lazy
The motor windings cannot be less than 220 V. After the replacement, the power was restored, but the engine began to warm up. I think the wrong capacitor has been replaced or the one that is defective. I would try another capacitor.

I do not quite understand where 220 V should come from ... in fact, 220 V should go directly to one winding, and to the other through a conductor for phase shift ...If this is so, I do not understand why I have 175 (after all, I suppose that it is not measured correctly in the pulsed mode of the engine operation) ... If 220 is taken through some other elements, correct me and direct me in the right direction ... the circuit is not particularly readable I can't figure it out And yet what is the "nature" of overheating, if there is no resistance in the drives?
Is there really no one who dealt with the issue of the engine ((
Lazy
I think from the male contingent of the Forum, but here it is a very small percentage, there are few who can deeply "dive" into the electronics of the stove, in particular, disassemble the stove and solder / solder something in its "brains".
I understand that when you yourself understand something in electronics and can do a lot of things, you don't really want to carry the stove to the service, where they can just stupidly change the whole fee for the price of half the price of the stove (or even more). Well, if the capacitor was changed, then I would also check some details in the motor circuit. Once the motor began to warm up, it means that large amperes flowed along the winding.

Hello! I have HP 2512. When the dough for dumplings is kneaded, there is a smell of heated plastic. This is normal?
I rotated the drive by hand. It is spinning pretty tight, that is, you need to make an effort. This is my first HP, I don't know how easily the drive should rotate.
sazalexter
Alyulya, When kneading dumplings dough, maybe even more new HP
Alyulya
sazalexter, Thank you! Will it go away later?

And another question)) According to the recipe for flour dumplings, you can put 450g. Can I put 500 or 600 g? Will the bread maker cope?

Do not take risks, the motor may burn out from the load. Still, the dumplings dough is steep and it takes more effort to mix it.
Alyulya
lega, Thank you! And if you knead the dough for pies in this mode, then you can put more flour? It's softer than dumplings dough.

lega, Thank you! And if you knead the dough for pies in this mode, then you can put more flour? It's softer than dumplings dough.
It is unlikely that this question can be attributed to the problems and breakdowns of HP, it is better to ask it in the relevant topic, but I will try to answer.

Why knead for pies in this mode? For pie dough, you can use other programs. I have an old 255th model, so I won't tell you the numbers in yours, but for these purposes you can use any Dough or Pizza mode. There is no Temperature Equalization mode in Pizza, it immediately starts mixing, so this mode can be considered the most convenient. The restrictions on the weight of flour for the dough are the same as for other programs, that is, 600g. But in the recipe for potato pizza they write - flour 500g + mashed potatoes 300g. For the dough with the addition of raisins or nuts, they also write - flour 600g + additives up to 120-140g. I think that if the dough is not steep, then you can slightly exceed the specified maximum weight of flour, but not desirable. If you need a lot of dough, then it is better to run Pizza on the program several times, but do not let the dough go to the HP, but stop after the end of the batch and load the next portion.

lega, thank you very much for your reply! I asked in this thread, because improper use could lead to damage. The question was, in some way, preventive)) I will ask the rest of the questions in the relevant topic. Thanks again!

Hello! I ask for your help !!! We recently bought a Panasonic SD-2501 Bread Maker. They began to bake their own bread. Everything was fine. The bread was delicious delicious. And the other day we tried to bake "French bread" (program or menu "08"). It turned out to be some kind of semi-finished product. The bread turned out in appearance, like unmixed, low, from below it is caked flour. Please tell me what could have gone wrong. All ingredients were put according to the recipe.

Was the flour measured with scales or cups? If the scales, then the lever, by chance, did not move to another system of measures?
Does it look like bread?

Yes, the bread turned out one to one, as in the photo. The flour was measured with a special measuring cup, no scales were used.

Judging by the photo, there is very little water.

On the contrary, flour few. A very thin dough is formed on top, even a bun does not form and cannot grab flour.
A photo of this bread is taken from the theme - Adventure with bread maker and scales We had such a story at KP with one young man.

Nikolay, do not be lazy and buy yourself a scale, there are quite inexpensive, but not bad ones. Most of the problems with bread will be a thing of the past.

Most likely, they simply made a mistake in translating 400g (according to the French recipe) into cups.

lega,
But the bottom is not mixed flour, and a lot.
Does this happen with an excess of water?
Although you are probably right, Panasonic has water on top, and I judge by my own opinion, on the contrary, I have water first.

I join, the scales will solve many problems, and cost only 337 rubles.

When there is a lot of water, it happens. Flour is poorly wetted, it was not for nothing that earlier the holes on the ships were plugged with bags of flour. Read the topic on my direct link, it is short. The man had a problem there - he just measured not in grams on the scales, and he did not have enough flour. The lever on the scales moved and the problems disappeared.

Greetings colleagues.
Today I put the bread down and left. I come, and everything remains in the bucket, as when it was bookmarked. The batch stopped working. To warm - heats. I think this is due to the voltage jumping in the country. I had to go to the store for bread for the first time in 2 years ... Honestly, through a search engine, I asked about the problem. But I didn't find anything specific.
Can you please tell me the breakdown options, or where to look and what it might cost me?
Thank you.
Alex100
entin, Does the kneading (blade rotation) work for you under any program?
entin
Alex100,
I came, read the question, the time is not childish, suspecting the genius of the question, languishing with anticipation ... I learned that in all modes of mixing ... it rotates, you bastard !!!
I quietly slid down the plinth!
entin
So what should I do? Who will tell?
A citizen
entin,
Moves in general rotates, maybe the belt slept?
If not, then open it, check it with a tester, probably some of the simple elements, and if the engine, then it's cheaper to buy a new one.
entin
A citizen, if I knew where to stick this tester and understand what I saw in it ...
In general, I washed it with grief today, it dried out. I turned it on, but it worked, you bastard !!! Inexplicable, damn it!

my Panas SD ZB 2502 does not pull the dough on dumplings. I opened it. Which capacitor needs to be changed, who knows and whether it is necessary, everything else works fine, I don't like the white coating around the two capacitors?
