Jelly pie in the microwave, slow cooker or oven

Ingredients

Kissel dry 250 g (1 pack)
Eggs 3 pcs.
Baking powder / Soda 1 h l / 0.5 h l
Flour 75 g (3 tbsp. L)
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Kissel knead (if a very hard briquette is caught, then "split" it into two parts with a knife and rub one against the other, it is perfectly crushed - by the way, the "petrified" salt is also), add eggs, flour, salt, baking powder / soda, fast stir and pour into a mold. In the microwave for 5 minutes at high power, in the multicooker the "Baking" mode is 45 minutes, in the oven - 30-40 minutes, judging by the oven.
  • Ready. Further, based on fantasy. You can, for example, cool, cut and layer with any cream or jam. But the cake itself is delicious, loose, moist, smells tempting.

Time for preparing:

very fast: in the microwave - 10 minutes

Cooking program:

Microwave / multicooker / oven

Note

Most often I bake in the microwave, because it's fast. The only advice. It rises high when baking, so the pan should be higher, especially for the microwave.

What about eggs as a liquid?
TATbRHA
Irinka, I saw yours and baked, however, not as well as yours, but simpler. And this one is even easier, instantly! When you really want fast carbohydrates, and you are lazy to do anything even worse ...

Yes, Money, eggs as a liquid, and also as a "binder" and "shape-retainer".
please
Straight lightness delicious, class
TATbRHA
And the fast one ...

At first, even warm, it seemed to me very sweet: girl_haha: When it cooled down, the sweetness disappeared: nyam: But when cut, it turned out to be so loose ...: girl_pardon: Is that just how I did it? Apparently the jelly was too dry (even in a pack it immediately crumbled, very fresh): girl-th: I baked it in the microwave for 5.5 minutes.
TATbRHA
kuzeamaybe the eggs are too small? .. Not fastened enough.
Should not be free-flowing because it is fresh. Too dry jelly, on the contrary, would have grabbed a lump, and this one, even in a pack, would crumble.
I don't even know what to recommend. Can, Tumanchik what the authoritative will say.
And so it turned out beautiful!
kuzea
TATbRHA, And delicious! : nyam: Thanks for the advice: a-kiss: The testicles are normal, standard ones, I put them in all recipes ...: girl_in_dreams: I still have jelly, I'll experiment: maybe put more margarine,: girl-th: and if part of the margarine replace it with olive oil, it will be thinner ... In general, by trial and ... good luck!
TATbRHA
Margarine or butter will add extra friability (in fact, there is no fat in the recipe at all). I thought about it: it's probably all the sameaboutm jelly, in its composition. He needs not butter, but eggs to be tied.
kuzea
Oh thanks! : a-kiss: I will try with testicles

I don't even know what to recommend. Maybe Tumanchik will say something authoritative.
I will say, I will say ... jelly jelly strife! it's tested! one jelly immediately makes a pie - porous, fluffy, tall - and the other sits on a pancake. so it definitely depends on the jelly. and of course you need to be guided by the dough! I gave a photo. I have repeatedly tested raspberry jelly. From it 100% result. The rest are a lottery!

Tumanchik, TATbRHAThank you girls for the advice! : rose: I will try

Jelly pie in the microwave, slow cooker or oven
Here's my "pie"! Fruit and berry kissel, 200 grams. It turned out interesting, my husband was surprised that in 6 minutes in a mikra made of jelly (he rubbed it himself! It's just a feat of some sort ...) you can do something very pleasant. The color is so delicate and the consistency is pleasant. Thanks for this experiment! Kissel firm "Doctor taste"

Yesterday night I really wanted something tasty, right here and now
I remembered this recipe and decided to depict it. The kissel was strawberry, in a pack of 220g, I measured the flour with a spoon (I wanted it faster), maybe I put it a little, 5 minutes in the microwave and voila, the yummy is ready! I cooked it in a not very large silicone mold, like for a cake. The pie turned out to be pale pink and delicious!
I put the yummy on a plate, divided it into 4 parts and wanted to use a quarter with tea (and leave the rest for the morning), aha, until half of the yummy devouredate could not stop
Tanya, thanks for such a quick pie!

I am doing:
+ 180g margarine and flour 1 tbsp., The rest of the ingredients as well.
In micra 2 times for 5 minutes.
You need to try your version. Thank you.
TATbRHA
Ekaterina2, your cake is very attractive! Gentle like that.
valushka-s, to your health!
LanaG, Your version is probably even tastier than mine, but 180 g of margarine is an additional 1340 Kcal, for me - the opportunity to eat only a very small piece ... Moreover, it turns out delicious without it. A glass of flour will make a very big pie!
LanaG
TATbRHA, I have a big family and everyone loves sweets))))
TATbRHA
Then for you such a cake is just a godsend: fast, does not require unnecessary movements and at the same time delicious.
And who, I'm embarrassed to ask, doesn't like sweets? Everyone, everyone, everyone, without exception, loves !!
Reset
TATbRHA, thanks for the recipe! Indeed, a lifesaver if you need a quick sweet. True, it turns out very easy and is instantly eaten)))

Pretty boy! Reset - clever girl !!
Zebra
I suggest administrators to establish the "Simplicity-Yummy-Speed" medal. I would gladly put it on your pinjac lapel!
Question. Should you cover the dish in the microwave or leave the top naked?
TATbRHA
Zebra, urgently making a hole in the lapel !! Thank you.

Do not cover the form, and it works well without a lid.

Now I have baked this wonderful cake pie, and I haven't even deviated a step from the recipe. :-) I baked in a bread machine for 45 minutes, the jelly was fruit and berry 220g. Good, but not enough - I ate it all at once, I'm sweetish, but my son checked it out perfectly.
Now the stock of jelly is different, so that at any time you can depict this immaculate original cupcake. Just try to replace the flour with semolina and add it to half a glass, so that the yield is more, and not so sweet.

Just try to replace the flour with semolina and add it to half a glass, so that the yield is more, and not so sweet.
For a walk, for a walk, I replaced three tablespoons of flour, put according to the recipe, with a whole glass of semolina, + added 8 cl / l of vegetable oil - it turned out to be a wonderful cake a la biscuit with fruity notes.
In this configuration, it turned out to be ideal for my taste, moderately sweet and of sufficient volume, 4 - 6 full servings. I also had this jelly in packs of 220 g, and if 250, then the color and taste will be even brighter.
In short, for a pack of jelly I take 3 small or 2 large eggs, a glass of yellow semolina, 8 tbsp / l r. oil (120 ml), a full h / l of soda and a little salt (I write this down for myself so as not to forget :-)).
By the way, his crust turns out to be very tender, crispy and crumbly.
TATbRHA
Crown, so I will also try in your opinion !! Clever, what is writtenala everything is so detailed (it turned out, not only for myself).
