Curd 250 g
Wheat flour, premium grade 200 g
Baking powder 1 pack (10 g)
Vanillin 1 pack (2 g)
Raisins 100 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Melt butter
  • Load the ingredients into the bread maker in the order indicated in the recipe, add cocoa as desired.
  • Bake on the program "CAKE". I have 10 minutes kneading, 5 minutes sediment and 1 hour 10 minutes baking.
  • The cupcake turns out to be bomb, although it is eaten in a day, everyone immediately wants to drink some tea.

Yes, I completely agree with you, but I didn't use the mixer because of laziness. And lately I have been using homemade cottage cheese (or on the edge of the store), everyone really likes it. And cocoa is for a change.

Baking in the same mode - I looked through the window - it was evident that it was not baked ... this time is clearly not enough. I added another 30 minutes - and still didn't bake a little.
