Girls, another question: Milk porridge mode - oatmeal 2 MCT + milk 8 MCT, milk rises to the valve. Does it come to a boil? I checked this mode on water - the water does not boil, so there are barely small bubbles at the bottom. It turns out that the regime has not been brought down? Or how?
TaTkaa
Nata1500, in my 4749 there is no such function, I cook on Grain, but I pour about 200-300 ml of milk per 1 ms. oatmeal. Perhaps the programs themselves are still prepared in different ways? Is there a ratio in your cartoon based on the recipe, as you mentioned?
In general, who has 4749 - you smear one for porridge for how many take?

Nata1500, you will forgive me for stopping with the measurement, but the children do not climb off the hump, but when I put them to bed - such a lazy person attacks herself that he could not raise his arms or legs! But I remember about you!
kiara-25
Nata1500, and you do not dilute milk for porridge? Oatmeal is still running porridge

Thank you ))

Manna, please explain why in rice mode the temperature is 130-140 degrees? In a small phillips, after all, it is ideally cooked in the Porridge mode at 90-100?
kiara-25
She also made dietary pilaf. Slightly wrong, because I cooked with chicken fillet and the rice turned out to be only round grain at home.
Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
I added very little liquid, for 400 ml of rice from a measuring cup, added 500 ml of water. By the time, unfortunately, I did not notice how much it turned out in general, probably about 50 minutes. But by the end of the program, the bottom was not fried, there was even a feeling that a little moisture remained.

But on the whole I'm happy, it turned out delicious, my husband liked it. Share your impressions of how pilaf was obtained and with what proportions. About pilaf alsou8987 I read it, and I was inspired by it, but what about the rest?
TaTkaa
Nata1500, that's what I managed to measure today.
Bowl 4749 ProKeram 5 liters
Weight 660g
Height from table top to top 15cm
Height to the bottom of the handle 14 cm
Diameter top edge to edge 23cm
Diameter around the studs for the handle 21 cm

Well, girls, I survived ... I started taking pictures, before eating, I started taking pictures ... But I got so infected here: here you sit, what you want - you don't know ... and oppa - dinner is half done!
There are many examples of pilaf, each hostess has her own pilaf, and it is certainly delicious.
But my children and her husband for some reason do not recognize friable - they swallow it, you see, not by itself ... So what can be seen in the picture below is done like this:Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
400g beef
1 large onion
1 large carrot
15 minutes of frying meat, 5 minutes with the addition of onions and carrots
Seasonings to taste
3 m. From. rice
Poured boiling water over the rice to cover 1.5-2 cm
Risotto Mode
At the end - a couple of cloves of garlic, pierced the very bottom in several places for evaporation, left for 15 minutes to rest.
It turned out delicious - if a five-year-old son with beef ate 2 servings - it was a compliment by March 8

No, I want pure milk porridge))
TaTkaa, generally 1: 5, I added less milk
kiara-25
TaTkaa, congratulations on the pilaf in the filipka, I also liked it in it. I thought the porridge would be or dry out, but it turned out to be cool, despite the round-grain rice and dry chicken breast. So Filia really likes
Laslovna
TaTkaa, and you have a file. I don't have a risotto regimen. Please voice the entire list of modes, it turns out your Falk differs from the fillets sold in Russia.
Samopal
Oksana, It seems to me, for Russia, the translators have translated risotto like rice. So the rest of the programs in Europe are called a little differently. And the programmers are the same.
Laslovna
Rice and risotto are different in consistency. The rice program runs until the liquid has completely evaporated. And risotto provides a certain amount of moisture in the remainder, so that the rice is mushy. Risotto is best cooked on the milk porridge, soup or stew program. It's my opinion.
TaTkaa
kiara-25, thank you, congratulations are accepted did not expect such dedication from her! Still, it’s nice when the engineers thought everything through to the smallest detail.
Laslovna, I have a Filka 4749 model. And you have to deal with the modes, otherwise sometimes I too, for example, meet on the forum the function "milk porridge", which I just don't have. So I post my modes:Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
By the way, as you can see, rice and risotto are really different modes. And the result is different. Although, Oleg is also right - I will begin to understand the recipes - translation into Russian, lit., English. sometimes limps. We have to deduce the average

And, by the way, about the mess. Yesterday I diluted milk with water. The view is not very good, the foam has risen to the clpan. Today I didn’t dilute it, it went with pure milk - it still rose, but at least it was tasty (forgive me, who dilutes it, but I really taste better with pure milk, IMHO).
kiara-25
TaTkaa, in my place of your "risotto" just "pilaf" is worth and the time is also 35 minutes, and the temperature is 130-140? If so, then this is our pilaf

This is the indicated maximum temperature. It is used for drying, toasting rice at the end of the program.
Laslovna
Here are the modes for my multicooker.
Difference in 4 and 5 positions
pilaf-risotto, you can still combine it somehow, but you probably won't fry it.
Porridge-jam, probably the temperature regime is suitable for both milk porridge and jam 90-100 degrees Celsius.
Well, here's another small discovery, as for me, in the mode of milk porridge, you can cook Varegier
Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
TaTkaa
Listen, well, that's definitely a discovery! I wouldn't use this function! And tomorrow I'll try to cook porridge on this "jam". And it turns out like this: I load it in the evening, the cereal will swell overnight, it already needs to cook less, but according to the program "Cereals" or "rice" - as much as half an hour!
Now the paradox with this pilaf-risotto .... I doubt that the program itself is different. But the dishes are really completely different! Even the rice itself is different! I really didn't fry too much, although I found some kind of miniature brown roast, wet at the bottom. I think everything will fall into place if you take the right rice. Again, the grinds are not stirred during the cooking process, and the risotto must be stirred. Our family, after all, loves risotto more. Either no one has treated us with real pilaf yet

People, tell me, is it boiling on your soup?
alsou8987
I still had the stew from yesterday's dinner, so I decided to adapt it somewhere. Recipe came in handy Irina, vernisag.
Tortilla with boiled potatoes, meat and cheese at Philips 3134/00
I slightly changed the recipe: I didn't put onions and cheese, I didn’t fill it with an egg, but an omelet mixture. Oven mode 110 gr., 30 min. It turned out delicious

kiara-25, my soup boils and then does not boil, but apparently maintains the temperature. That is, there is no active boiling.
But the COOKING mode ... yes ... boils
kiara-25
Svetlana, and the steam on the soup is decent or almost none?
Svetlana1333
Oh .. honestly I didn't pay attention ...
Well, you can't see that steam is pouring out of the valve - that's for sure
kiara-25
Svetlana, thank you, probably my soup is closer to 100 degrees, because it was boiling constantly
Laslovna
Yes, on the soup and I immediately boil intense, then slightly noticeable.
Nata1500
Girls, on which Chinese site can you order an additional bowl?
Svetlana1333
Nata1500, I saw it on tabao ... but in online stores do you want to?
TaTkaa
In Lithuania, unfortunately, we also have bowls for Filek not in online stores. I think it would be easier to contact those. service, they receive original parts at a non-store price. Through them and try to get it. I did this with my combine. They sent me home, I didn't even have to go anywhere

alsou8987, wow, I'll know what to do with potatoes next time! Looks appetizing! I will say to my own that this is generally a separate masterpiece, there is nothing to tell about yesterday's stash here))
And I also "cooked" today - catch a piece of inspiration, because it turned out delicious, but a lot. I ate the slice that will be below in the photo, and ate too much. Chicken broth washed down

How does the Plov program work? How does the temperature change during cooking?
alsou8987
Nata1500, I won't say about the temperature, but the algorithm itself works like in most multicooker. First, the liquid is evaporated, at the end it is fried.
O_Vika
TaTkaaSome time ago I tried to make two dishes at the same time, though in a different multicooker - I didn't like the result. The dish below was already overcooked and undercooked in the steam basket. Since then I have not cooked like that.
I made dietary rice with vegetables: I threw rice, pumpkin, carrots and broccoli into a bowl, filled it with water 1: 1.5, Pilaf mode, but when the snake stopped running and the timer turned on, I turned off the cartoon (I can't fried it) - I really liked the result. I also boiled the turkey separately, cut it into pieces and mixed it with rice and a little olive oil. It turned out delicious (like a dietary meal).
kiara-25
Fillet bakes all the same perfectly. I'm with a cupcake again Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
Delicious turned out. The oven program, I set 1-05, but then I added a little time, so it’s probably better to set 1-15 at once or keep it heated a little. I highly recommend it, it turned out to be so nostril, moderately sweet, and the cherry adds sourness. The recipe is here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=38965.0
Svetlana1333
kiara-25, Ilona, the cupcake is gorgeous !!!
Thanks for sharing! and recipe too
And I made a chocolate brownie, too. ... but did not take a picture quickly ate
kiara-25
Svetlana, thank you, I love brownie very much, but I only made it in the oven, because the portion is large. I'll have to try it in the cartoon. What recipe did you make?
Svetlana1333
Ilona made according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=347526.0
but I only took a double chocolate brownie and for the first time I was distracted by the butter put more ... or maybe I kept it for a few minutes ... I don’t know from what, but it was tastier, wetter
kiara-25
Svetlana, thanks, an interesting triple recipe, I took it to bookmarks, I'll definitely try it somehow
alsou8987
kiara-25, Did you reduce the temperature in the Oven mode (by default there is 130 g) when you made your cupcake? I also want to try this recipe, I'm afraid to make a mistake with the temperature.
kiara-25
Alsou, the temperature on the baking suits, so I leave it at the default. There is a small crust, but it is not burnt, not hard, and does not spoil the baking at all. Try it, the cupcake is really tasty
alsou8987
kiara-25, Ilona, thanks - I will try to bake

Girls, hasn't anyone made baked milk yet? Will not run away on extinguishing?
kiara-25
Alsou, come on, only then brag about how it turned out
Svetlana1333
alsou8987, I do baked milk constantly. For 6 hours on the stew, everything is fine
alsou8987
Svetlana, thanks for the advice. I bought a separate bowl especially for milk, and today I will put it on stewing at night.
TaTkaa
Where did you buy the bowl? And (sorry for asking) why is there a separate one for milk?
alsou8987
The bowl is called Philips Daily Collection HD3737 / 03. We sell it in almost all household appliances stores.
And about a separate bowl - these are purely my troubles. I do not like to cook meat and dairy in one bowl. I now have this extra bowl for baked milk, milk porridge and yogurt. For everything else - dear.
TaTkaa
Thank you, dear, I'm going to search by name, maybe I'll find it here!
Annitta
Well, here's our beauty (codenamed Darth Vader at the suggestion of her husband) came.
And immediately I have a question - milk porridge on what mode to cook?
kiara-25
Annitta, congratulations on your purchase. I cooked milk rice porridge in porridge
