Today I tried MY RECIPE, respectively MULTIPOVAR PRO and MULTIPOVAR. What is the difference between these modes: MULTIPOVAR is a usual program for setting the time and temperature, in MULTIPOVAR PRO you can create your own cooking program which will include up to 9 stages, ...

Oksana, thank you so much for taking so much time and sharing here the nuances of the new multi.
So what happens with this "Multipovar PRO"? You wrote down a sequence of modes (with temp. And time) in his memory, but after completing a step, he stops and waits for you while you "give the go-ahead" to perform the next one?

In my simple cartoon I also cook soup, for example, I set the “soup” for 30 minutes and cooked the broth, it turned off. I prepared the vegetables and added them to the broth, then I used the handles to select the desired mode and time.
I don’t understand what the "trick" of MultiPRo is? Or is it possible to prescribe a sequence of modes so that they themselves turn on one after another without the master's participation? For example, if baking is limited to a maximum time of 1 hour, and you know that you need 1 hour and 35 minutes, then write it down so that after 1 hour she continues to bake for another 35 minutes without stopping, indicating, for example, a lower temperature.

Or I want so much
Laslovna
You want it right !!! This is what Multipovar Pro does, the mode follows the mode without stopping, a certain number is displayed. This whole algorithm can be written down and not programmed the next time, for example, the same Soup recipe.

Aaaaaaa, what a cool little girl

And I am the first to break this multi. Today I received it, boiled a lemon for a couple, stewed vegetables on STEERING, and when I started frying meat for pilaf, it just turned off and did not turn on. I liked it very much, but the breakdown on the very first day - I did not expect this from Phillips.
Sedne
O_Vika, this is a technique, there is always a chance of marriage, for which they give a guarantee, there is nothing terrible to exchange.
O_Vika
Yes, you are right, if they exchange it for the same one, I will gladly take it again, I really liked it.
Sedne
O_Vika, if I were you, I would have demanded an exchange, not a repair. Insist.

First check the outlet, cord, all contacts. Maybe he'll come to his senses ...
Sedne
Song*, but in my Shtebe it was like that, it went out, I was in a panic, but it turns out that the wire went away, I better stuck it in and it worked

I checked it, let it cool down, I thought it might overheat. Did not help. The store refused to take for exchange, they said for this it was necessary to conclude a service center, and they just took the cartoon there. They said to wait 2 weeks. It's sad.
O_Vika
I had time to try Extinguishing. Light gurgling, in 1 hour the vegetables (both fresh and frozen) boiled perfectly and kept their shape, as we love.
Rituslya
O_Vika, sooo sorry that it happened. I can imagine how annoying.
Do not be sad! Let the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Oksana, I read you with great pleasure. Tell us very well and introduce us!
My hand reaches out to "place an order".If not for my 2 Filki, I would have bought, frankly, right after the rice porridge.
Of course, the “Multipovar Pro” function is very interesting, but I don’t know how much I might need it. Everything is still in the process and stirring is going on, and the opening of the lid is constant.
Oksana, thank you BIG !!!
Tanya-Fanya
O_Vika, it's a pity. I hold my fists for you so that you can quickly exchange it.
Maybe it makes sense to "speed up the process" - write to Philips?
Sedne
Rit, you have Filya, and these multi modes are very similar, I think you shouldn't take them and you have to wait for the cartoon Shtebu.
Rituslya
Yes I, Svetul, I also think that their modes are very similar. But so hotstsa something new. So hotzza!
Although I admit that I have not tried half of the modes with my FilEy.
Here's a glimmer of hope, what if the function "Multipovar Pro" may be vital.
And Stebk? ... So Stebovich wrote that it was almost a mullien mulien years to wait for Stebka.
Laslovna
O_Vika, how sad. It seems such a reliable company! Phillips never let me down! You call them more persistently, maybe faster they will look at your mule and make a conclusion!
Rituslya, I myself am very interested, I have not tried it yet, but I feel that it is close to my ideal!
Sedne
Rituslyawhere did you write? ahh straight for so long?
Laslovna
Rituslya, in vain you did not dare to Lummi, cheap and angry. It would be something to score

Svetul, about Shtebka DD2, probably about a week ago.

I tried the FURNACE mode:
Besquit-6 eggs, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of flour, time 55 minutes. Lovers of not fried pastries can safely set 45-50 minutes.
From beskit came a creamy banana cake with chocolate.

Oh, No. I did it when I scored Filipka 3197. On the occasion, I bought Brandik a small 701, then Filka 3136, and then up to 3197.
And with Kenka too. First 336, then 020, and then 096.
Better to want and buy right away, it turns out cheaper.
Oksan, biscuit is simply beyond praise !!!!
And you baked it without a coup, right?
Laslovna
I didn't have a friendship with Brand 701. And I like this mulychka more and more! Philips engineers are fundamentally approaching the development of their product, weighing the pros and cons. How many equipment I bought, never felt disappointment.
Rituslya
I also like the latest Filki sooo. Sooo! To be honest, I never thought that such well-coordinated programs could exist. I have been silent since the summer. I just think, what if these new models can be more interesting than 3197.
Tanya-Fanya
Laslovna, the cake is wonderful!
Zamorochka
Laslovna, Oksanochka, thanks to your posts and photos, my husband is almost ripe to buy Fili, I was especially impressed by his cupcake and cake
Laslovna
The cake itself surprised me. Maybe here somewhere we have a recipe for such a cake, in any case similar in bulk. I tasted such a cake in the Cafe, having studied it, I realized that there is a simple recipe behind the excellent taste. I tried to do it. It’s very tasty, with the little one in the morning we already had half the cake. I'll decorate it with a recipe.
Manna
Oksana, congratulations on the new thing. Thanks for testing. This Philips is really very similar in appearance to the Cuckoo. Yes, for a multi-cook / my recipe a smaller temperature step would be good.
Laslovna
Today I have tried Slowdown, in the full sense of longing.
The beef meat is 2 kilograms if not more, salted with pepper, smeared with adjika, added vegetables: onion, tomato, Bulgarian pepper, a little garlic (I love an hour very much). For 6 hours.

The meat is ready, but something is missing, probably not in vain are all the slow dishes with ceramic bowls, they are heated evenly, the meat heats up evenly. Probably.....
If you don't have a slow one, the result is excellent.
I think this mode is designed for meat in gravy or broth!
Or maybe it should have been set at 9 o'clock. I just can't say that the meat melts in your mouth. Tomorrow I'll put it on 9.
Rituslya
Oksana, I probably missed, but the lid is removable?
O_Vika
Rituslya, the inner cover is easily removable.
Rituslya

I understand that there is a removable plate on the lid, right?
I just compare that in 3197 the entire lid is removed, but there is just no removable plate in it.
Laslovna
Only the plate is removed, the cover is not!

What did I cook during this time: I fully checked the extinguishing function, normal, but it is very delicate, extinguishing, well, very much, it seems that this is not extinguishing, but languor !!! stewed again the hips, cabbage with meat.
For languishing, I cooked beef again in a large piece, I already held it for 10 hours, the same result as the first time, the meat did not impress me. I ordered a slow cooker, I'll compare. I cooked porridge on languishing in portioned pots, here 5+. I had millet porridge in one pot, buckwheat in the other. I liked it very much. I put it in the night (the only one with electricity) for 7 hours. I will take another picture.
Laslovna
Yesterday, for the night, I put millet porridge with meat, pork ribs in pots for languishing, Mistral millet. Imagine my surprise after 8 hours of the program the pork ribs were completely cooked, and the porridge was just raw, like I just poured it into a pot. Before that, I made porridge with ordinary weighed-out millet, with milk. Everything was fine. Maybe someone has come across such what kind of millet is.

Tanya-Fanya
Oksana, thanks again for the interesting recipes and comments on their implementation in your new assistant.

About millet porridge with ribs on "languishing". I was not too lazy, I opened the instructions on the link you gave on page 1, looked at the modes. It is interesting that the "jellied meat", that the "soup" indicated a temperature of 90-100 gr. Are they different? There was an idea to suggest switching from "languor" (80 g) to "soup", for example. Maybe the millet did not have enough liquid and boil at the initial stage?
I suppose that on the "soup" there is necessarily a rise in temperature before "boiling", then slow cooking, and on "languor" is there a boil at the beginning?

Laslovna
Jellied meat probably differs from soup by the algorithm; on the SOUP program, the liquid boils and dies down for 10 minutes, then it boils again. I think for jellied meat the interval is not 10 minutes, but for example 20-30. Without a temperature probe, it is difficult to determine this interval, when the lid is opened, the temperature drops and boiling stops (if it can be called boiling)
As for the languor: I cooked porridge in pots in milk the last time, everything turned out very tasty, the porridge was cooked. The simmering mode starts with low temperatures from 50-60, then rises to 70-80, ends 90, this is usually in multicooker (from the DEX 65 instructions, simmering for 5 hours). In this slow cooker, I also noticed that when the time for the end of the mode comes, Water is on the verge of boiling. It would be possible to measure the temperature while languishing, but for this you need to spend at least 6 hours of time, either work or the cooking dish in a multicooker interferes. Tomorrow is a day off, maybe you can experiment.
Laslovna
EGG mode! The cooking time must be set before pressing the start button (in a steep 10 minutes). The default is 4 minutes, soft-boiled eggs.
Before the water boils on the display, the snake. As the water boils, the cartoon sounds a sound signal saying "I'm ready for further work." We lay eggs and presses the menu button.

Convenient mode, especially in the morning, when in the bustle you forget to time the time for boiling crumpled eggs. Using this mode, I immediately wanted to purchase a silicone bag for blanching vegetables. And the cartoon will not scratch with eggs and it will be very convenient to drop it.
Laslovna
The mode is COLD, I tried it on water, so I cook it either in the NE or already in a slow cooker.
After pressing the start button, a snake runs on the display, when the product boils, the multicooker beeps, notifying that you need to look into the saucepan and see if you need to collect the foam.At the same time, the mode does not stop and does not require pressing any more buttons, a report of the set time begins, by default 6 hours, you can set it up to 24. After boiling, a barely noticeable boiling continues (with water, noticeable by the bubbles at the bottom of the bowl, but in the broth they probably will we'll see). The mode is very convenient not only for the cold, but for all vegetable and meat broths, for skimming when boiling, especially in a multicooker, when you have to look under the lid every two minutes, so as not to prod, accordingly prolonging the boiling process, since when you open the lid the temperature in the cartoon drops. Soup and jellied meat are identical programs, differ only in the signal of boiling jellied meat on the program.

Oksana, This multi has a double boiler, eggs are boiled in it with the same success as in an egg boiler. Once I cooked eggs in a cartoon for a couple, this is the only way I cook, it is convenient and you will not forget.

Oksana, a banal crumpled egg was photographed so beautifully deliciously

Yes, it really can be duplicated by the PAR mode.

I cook on steam, but I have Panas10, I have other boiling programs, and the egg program is probably designed to work with a steam basket, after all, it’s not like putting eggs in the bowl.
Laslovna
I quote: "When the Water boils, the multicooker will give 5 signals, reminding you to open the lid and place the eggs in the inner bowl." Not a word about the steam basket, but will the eggs be steamed and crumpled in 4 minutes?
Stafa
Yes, they will cook, the time for steam is the same as when cooking in water, but eggs are tastier for me like eggs, and they are cleaned better. Moreover, I lay the eggs immediately in a cold bowl, I am too lazy to live by the whistle, I perceive it as a current at the end of the program, that it's time to eat.
Laslovna
I agree that some programs can be adapted for anything. In this multicooker it is called EGGS, I checked it. In general, it is more practical for me to cook eggs in an egg cooker.

Here is the result of yet another YOGUR program. At the end of the program (15 minutes before the end), the temperature of the yoghurt was 39.8 degrees. In the photo, the yogurt is still warm, it will cool down, the consistency will be more jelly-like. Made with dry Vivo starter culture, 6 hours.

Presented for a Birthday a multicooker Philips HD4731. I haven't cooked anything yet, just cooked a lemon. I like the little ones more, but what they gave is given. I will master.
nata1
I choose a new multicooker, I look towards the new Phillips. I understand that models 4731 and 4737 are identical in functions as well as 4734 and 4749, but differ only in bowls - for whites it is witfort, for black pro ceram, if not right - correct me. That is, for example, I can buy 4734 white (black somehow does not suit me at all), and buy a cup about keram for it? Here again the question is: if the native bowl is thinner, will the programs work adequately with a thicker bowl? In theory, the heating time increases and the temperature may differ during the cooking process? Again, is there enough power in this case? Are there additional items on sale? bowls with handles? And most importantly: who is already actively using these models, how are they impressions? For me, the priority is milk porridge, pilaf, cereals, stewing, baking, how adequate are these programs compared to the previous line (3197)?

Yes, you are absolutely right about the models. I have not seen cups with handles on sale, but the selection of cups is huge. Recently I even came across a cast-iron bowl on the bottom with ribs for sale, such a Grill Bowl! I also bought a thicker bowl, the programs work adequately, I don't even feel the difference. I cannot compare with the previous Phillips models, I do not have them, but this mule is very good, all programs are well debugged, the settings will suit any user, both a beginner and an experienced user. Milk porridge is ideal, without attempts to escape, stewing, baking, everything works adequately. Rice and cereals are sensory programs for evaporating liquids, whoever tried these programs will understand how convenient it is!
Sneg6
This is my first Phillips. Today I cooked porridge in the morning and soup for lunch. The programs work well. I haven't cooked anything else yet. I bought thick bowls, but haven't used them yet. Too bad they are without handles.
nata1
That is, the bowls still fit without handles? And what about the odors from the bowls and the ring on the lid? I am very critical about this
Sneg6
The bowls fit. I went and sniffed a new bowl, there is a smell, but from what I did not understand. Maybe cellophane or paper? Can someone answer from the girls who used it. The bowl that comes with the multicooker doesn't smell. There was a smell at the first cooking, like all multicooker. But not for long and quickly passed. Now it doesn't smell, at all.
