Hello! Good people, please tell me. We bought a Philips 4734 multicooker. I made a curd casserole according to a recipe from the book that came with the kit. It turned out to be a burnt mess, everything stuck, I barely picked it out. Made strictly according to the recipe! What is the reason? Marriage? I also tried to cook chicken thighs, from this book, in the end, everything was raw. I had to finish cooking for extinguishing, another hour. Anna, there are often mistakes in multicooker recipe books, so it is better to take local recipes or from the Internet

Comrades, did anyone cook soups on languor? Share your experience.
By the way, the native bowl fell into disrepair after the scrambled eggs, the top layer broke off in a circle
IRINAROM
It's been a month since my Philips 4737. So far I'm very happy, I've already tried many programs, it works well. Today I baked a curd. I share the recipe: a pack of farm cottage cheese -1kg, 5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of semolina, a little salt, a baking powder pack, half a glass of seedless light raisins, pre-washed and doused with boiling water, a little vanilla sugar, mixed everything and left for half an hour to disperse the semolina. Then I greased the bowl with multi butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, laid out the mixture, leveled with a spoon and sprinkled with cinnamon. Mode - Oven for 45 minutes, then on heating for 30 minutes, did not have time to take a picture entirely, my husband already kissed.
kiara-25
Irina, congratulations on your assistant. Yes, the baking in the film is great. And in general, a good little girl and beautiful
IRINAROM
Today I cooked eggplants with chicken breast in Philip 4737. I am sharing the recipe, it turned out very tasty, my husband dwindled half at once and did not have time to take a picture. Fried for 15 minutes. 300 gr. chickens. Breasts, a little butter, then pulled out the meat, put 1 onion, 1 carrot, meat, 2 eggplant, 1 Bolg on the bottom. Pepper, a few tomatoes, garlic and dill. I cut vegetables into cubes. Added tomato basil. Salt layers and what spices there are, I like hops-suneli vegetables. Pilaf program, then left on heating for 30 minutes. All the liquid has evaporated and the bottom is a little fried. I like my mulka more and more, although this is my third, before that I had redmonds. Phillips is more convenient and functional. I have been cooking everything in a multicooker for 5 years now, although I take the ideas of recipes on the sites, but I adapt myself. I always cook milk porridge on a multi-cooker t 100, 45-50 minutes. In a ratio of 1: 5 - and half milk, half water. And heated for 1 hour. Nothing ever runs away. I cook millet, corn, barley and always succeed. But mostly I cook everything by eye.
kiara-25
I also love the film, and the others, too, how convenient it is, so I already cook eggs and pasta in them, having gas, very convenient

Irina, and cut the chicken into small pieces?
Annutka
I have a model 4731, I always cook milk porridge on the porridge program. It never runs away, it works very correctly.
IRINAROM
I don't cut the chicken breast very finely, and I cut all the vegetables into cubes, but as you like

Girls, but can you tell me what is the difference between road 3197 and those that are 4734 and 4749? After all, the difference in price is almost two times, and for what, it is not clear. As far as I know, those with "47" begin, are they newer models? Then all the more strange. In the reviews on the internet I read some of them had 3 bowls at once. Well, that's understandable. And in other reviews there is only one bowl. I want a modern multicooker (the ancient Panasonic does not count, although it still works) to help with the pressure cooker, but my brain has already broken what to choose.
Annutka
I have not heard that Phillips had three bowls in the set. I have one.
kiara-25
Victoria, there may be a difference in the bowls, my 4731 bowls are light and peeled off after a year of use, and in more expensive models they seem to be thicker and more expensive bowls
Laslovna
Over time, the Bowl that came with the multicooker really began to stick a little. I bought a bowl with thick walls, I'm very happy. Perfect baking, porridge, Meat suits everything. I washed my own bowl in the dishwasher, now I don't think it was necessary.
Smurfie
Thank you very much for your answers, girls. But I still didn't get it. Could there be a price difference of almost two times just because of the bowl? And what about the modes? Or maybe for something else such a price? In those that on "47" there are after all 22 programs and also "my recipe", and in the one for 16 thousand, black, there is no such thing, and there are like 19 programs. If there is an opportunity to buy different bowls, that's great. If only not like half a multicooker! I like the design more on 4749.
kiara-25
Victoria, judging by the prices for bowls on the official website, I don't even know, it seems that the difference in price is precisely because of them. According to the programs, there was a feeling that there was not much difference. That is, the menu is the same, it differs slightly in the name and number of programs, and the algorithm of the programs seems to be the same. Maybe, of course, there are some tricks in expensive models that we do not know about, but, to be honest, outwardly I really like the models that are 47.

Yesterday I conducted an experiment with sourdough bread, but since the bowl is very large for bread for 300 grams of flour, I decided to bake in a small form on a silicone mat inside the bowl. On multipovar plus set the first stage at 3 hours 30 degrees, and the second 1-20 hours. 130 degrees. In general, then I put it in AF for 10 minutes for tanning. But for some reason the roof of the bread fell

Wow, what a cool idea! Only I cannot understand how it is prepared if there is no contact with the walls? Or is it not important?

Another question, maybe someone will be able to suggest ... I fell in love with Steba ceramic cups for yogurt ... They can be ordered separately ... I wonder if you can use them in 4749? Thank you!
kiara-25
Elena, there was an experiment with bread (I even forgot that I did this), I don't really remember the details, but I think that since the bowl still touches the heating element, and in the multit is the main heating, the whole bowl heats up and that's enough ... As for the glasses, I think that they will do if they are designed for a 5-liter bowl, the main thing is that they are in height.

Thanks for the answer! Ordered a small bowl and cups, we'll see!

I will report. The cups in the stand do not fit into the bowl, but you can shove three glasses well, and so good.

Girls tell me where and what to buy a bowl for the Philips HD 4731/03 multicooker? I understand that my family quickly breaks down and therefore I want to immediately buy a spare.
Rituslya
And how do you, friends, this cartoon. I already ordered this pretzel for myself in order to attach the bowls.
Write something thread, eh?
Annutka
Rituslya, Rituel, what have you ordered? I have 4731/03, happy as long as it suits.
Rituslya
Anyut,what time!
Philips multicooker with Multicook Pro and My recipe functions
What made me very happy is that all my thick-walled bowls from 3197 fit. Hurrah!
I used to buy bowls for the cartoon, but now, on the contrary, a multicooker for the bowls.
Rituslya
Then she wrote that the bowls all fit, but no. The thick bowl did not fit. She had to twist her handles. Then yes.
Smurfie
Rita, how about the cartoon? Like?
Rituslya
Vikuluntil I tried only Soup and here is Plov today. Very good. The cartoon itself is intuitive, bright, melodic, quiet. The buttons are touch-sensitive, but very responsive.
In general, I really love Filipkov in terms of regimes, and here I did not disappoint.
I'll try to drown the milk.
Deva
Rita, write a model please. Also now I choose my son from Filipki.
Rituslya
Deva, Lenochka, model 4734, but there is a cheaper model 4731 and, probably, just a little less unnecessary programs.
Deva
Ritul, thank you. Here I choose between them. Tell me which model of the bowl can I buy for them right away? Do they have a porridge and pilaf program like Panas?
Rituslya
Lenochka, yes, Pilaf is from Panasonic, and he counts the porridge a little differently: the time is programmed for 10 minutes, that is, the snake runs first, and from the moment of boiling, the time counts down in 10 minutes. In fact, this is how the time is regulated, but with Heating, then it is enough.
Smurfie
I'm still looking for the perfect multicooker. Ritul, what do you think? Can Phillipok have such a proud name? True, I put my eyes on 4749. Black is more suitable in design.
Rituslya
SmurfieVikus, the latest models very much justify all the requirements, if not for these bad bowls. I can't find a bowl for my 4-liter. I'm so angry that I buy a new Filka.
In general, this is how porridge turns out on Kasha, pilaf on Plov, and soup on Soup. Everything is neat and delicate.
The regimes suit me sooo very much, but, mlyn, problems with the cups directly cancel everything out.
Smurfie
Ritus, according to the programs it is sooooo good, it pleases! But it's not clear about the cups. Only for 4 liters, or not at all?
Deva
Ritul, can I torture you about porridge. I understand that only 10 minutes and that's it, and then on heating. Can't you increase it? In Panas, I put it on stewing for an hour with a liquid-cereal ratio of 4, 5-1 milt-glass, and then heating it until morning (this is oatmeal). The porridge turns out super. Yes, and write about the bowls
Rituslya
Deva, Helen, time is increasing on Kasha. You can click for many minutes. Just the countdown on Kasha starts from the moment of boiling.
SmurfieVikus, there are no 4-liters, but they looked at 5-liters like devuli. It's just that I used to think that Fili's bowls are universal, that is, 4 liters for all 4-liter multicooker, and 5-liter bowls for 5-liters.
But no. The 5-liter bowl from the 3197 model did not fit. Was upset. Dod dodged to twist her arms. Ugly, of course, but the lid closed.

And the lid closed, and the swimmer turned out well, that is, the bowl came up.
Annutka
Rituslya, Ritul, congratulations on your purchase! I am also happy with Filia, I have had it since December until it disappointed.
Lerele
What did this phillips want too
He is pretty, and does not look like a motorcycle helmet, for some reason I have active denial against them
Rituslya
Devuli, I kept the milk on the Stew for 6 hours + 3 hours on the Preheat, because it was at night. This is a 2-liter bottle, considering that there was also a lot of oily foam, then I am very pleased with the result.
Specially photographed against the background of a white cartoons.
I did not like that in case of power outages, the program settings are not saved (I accidentally pulled out the cord, I had to restart the program again)

Lerele
Rituslya, great !!! You have a good slow cooker !!!
I also want
Annutka
Rituslya, Ritual, is the bowl in your 4-liter multicooker the same as in this one or another coating?
Rituslya
Annutka, Anyut, I have a 4-liter bowl with gold inside and black outside. Immediately very soon, blotches appeared. Insanely insulting.

I'm trying Cooking. For me, so that Varka, and as for Par, are the same, everywhere the smoke is scorching like a rocker.

Oh, not smoke, but steam. I'm a bastard!
Deva
Rita, tell me in 4734 you have a cup cover. They write that in 4731 - non-stick, and in 4734 - ceramics. And here and there bowls with handles, or do they crack?
Rituslya
Lenochka, yes, like ceramics. I don't know much about them, I need to read on the box.
There are handles on the bowl.
Yesterday I baked a pie. In general, I do not like baking in multicooker. She's not like that. Well, yesterday, of course, I'm not very good. It's better in pizza makers.
In general, probably not bad, because there is only a quarter of the big pie left.
We must try to bake bread. I really love it in a multicooker version.

I tried Pasta. The default is 4 minutes, to a maximum of 15. No, they don't respect my macaroons, so I had to charge 2 cycles.
Deva
Rituel, I'll torture you again. Tell me please, the program Milk porridge, Krupa and Plov, they are the same as in Panasonic, does the program turn off when the water boils off or not?
Rituslya
Lenochka, programs Rice, Groats, Plov, yes, almost the same, but not Porridge. Porridge works differently in Filki. Tomorrow, for the sake of curiosity, I'll cook some kind of porridge for the morning.
Now I'm cooking rice on Rice. First, the snake ran, and 15 minutes before the end, the countdown started back from 15 minutes.
Annutka
Ritual, how did the rice turn out?
Deva

Tomorrow, for the sake of curiosity, I'll cook some kind of porridge for the morning.
Yeah, great. You will tell later. Well, I ordered 4734, they will bring it on Sunday. You will need to quickly master and give it to your son with explanations. And take his Panasik from him.
Rituslya
Deva, Helen, Kasha works differently than Panasik's. The default time on Kasha is 10 minutes. Can be increased in 5 minute intervals. The countdown starts from the moment of boiling.
Today I cooked millet. For 1 m / st of millet, it took 5.5 m / st of milk. I set 20 minutes + 7 minutes on Heating. Probably no need for heating. Good porridge turned out, solid, and soooo much! ...
But I like it thinner.
Anyut, rice turned out normal. At first it seemed that it was a little fried, but no.
But I want to come up with just a grain of rice to a grain of rice, so that it is very, very grainy. I had to stir with the same spoon anyway. Rice to water ratio 3: 2

Very tasty bread turned out! First, proofing on Multipovar, then Oven for 45 minutes on one side, overturning and 15 minutes on the other.
Smurfie
Girls! I bought it! 4749. On Saturday I took it from the point of issue. Cost 8390
Thanks to everyone who shared their feedback! You helped a lot to make your choice!
The mulka looks modern. Here is a photo where I put it. Very suitable for a black TV
So far I have tried it only on kefir and on young potatoes. Everything is super I must say right away that there was no smell when buying, but I boiled a lemon anyway. About the bowl. It is thinner than in Oursson 5015 and Moulinex Cook Fo mi. But a little thicker than in Panasonic 18, and even with handles.

SmurfieVikus, I sincerely congratulate you on the cartoon! What a black one! How stylish!
Come on, share your ideas with us.
I'm also very happy with mine. I was pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised by the Simmer mode. For the first time.
