I read: yes: this topic, but, unfortunately, the cup from stadler form is problematic to order (due to delivery) Available options are: Polaris, Philips, Redmond, Brand, Steba, Moulinex.
So, the choice is somewhat limited due to the delivery options of online stores.
And sooooo want to steam a stainless steel basket!
Cirre
syrokSvetlana, I wrote above that I use Redmond.

Maybe there are owners of mv Lumme 2 models at once - 1446 and 1447? How different are they? And is there any sensory programs in MB 1446? Lumme 1446 in Auchan costs 1390 rubles
selenа
MixElla, I have 1446, I don't know what sensory programs are, but she cooks well, tempo. step 1 *, multi-cook, yogurt, fries, after I bought her a new bowl, I fell in love with her
valushka-s
At the office. Lumme's website has a Multicooker LU-1446 and a Multicooker LU-1446 CHEF PRO, the latter has CHEF PRO function - manual setting of cooking time and temperature in the settings of any program with the ability to save new settings for later use , that is, 1446 are of different modifications.

🔗

selena Nadyusha, you apparently have 1446 CHEF PRO.
MixElla
Thank you! And porridge does not run away in it? Sorry, I did not specify - I asked about Chief Pro
selenа
valushka-s, yes, Valyush, exactly PRO, I didn't cook porridge, but I can't imagine this (in the sense of escape) and the yogurt does not overheat and I make sour cream in it
Laslovna
In 1446, you can not be afraid of escaping porridge, since you can change the temperature on the program (except for yogurt).
Fifanya
No, porridge doesn't run away. There, the temperature is immediately set to 98 °. And everything is fine at the delayed start. With semolina, first on the "frying" milk until boiling, brewed semolina liquid and switched to heating. In the morning, porridge is like from the oven.
MixElla
Girls, thank you very much for your answers. Sorry for the many questions, but my current slow cooker kills any desire to cook in it ... Either my handles are clumsy ... it only saves that the lid is removable and all this mess can be washed off ...
selenа
MixElla, in 1446 you can set a temperature close to boiling 97-98 degrees and it will cook and will not run away
m0use
People, I don’t remember something to be discussed, who uses the baking mode, didn’t reduce the temperature? It seems to me that 140 is too much for a biscuit ...
irman
Ksyusha, I always reduce it, I don't put more than 110-120 on baked goods.
m0use
Irina, thanks, Ir, I ran, reduced the temperature and increased the time to 50 minutes
irman
Ksenia, that's right.

Tell me how you are doing?
Maybe cottage cheese, too, tell me, otherwise 100 degrees for cottage cheese seems a bit too much to me
Thank you
selenа
kvoka, I take the cream, add sour cream for the sourdough (now Prostokvashino is thermostatic) and pour it into glass jars, suitable in height, for "yogurt" for 4-5 hours, cool on the table and in the refrigerator, once overexposed it, it did not over-acid, but went a little with whey, threw it on cheesecloth, it turned out cream cheese, mascarpone is resting
I make cottage cheese at 80 degrees, I didn't time it, I look at the clot so that it thickens and there is whey around the edge, I still let it stand in the switched off multitask and on cheesecloth
kvoka
Excuse me, but the proportions?

Good afternoon hostess!
I haven’t come in for a long time, haven’t boasted about mastering a cartoon))). I use it all the time, my assistant.
Yesterday I made yogurt (I refused mayonnaise, and store-bought yoghurts without additives like Prostokvashino, Danone cannot always catch in the store - fresh)))

I used 2.50% ultra-pasteurized milk, Greek yogurt, and a bottle of Narine bacteria (well, don't throw away the good))), the previous experiment with bacteria alone did not give anything, the milk remained milk)))
All the dishes were thoroughly scalded with boiling water (the cartoon bowl, the jars in which the yogurt was fermented, a spoon for stirring, the lids for the jars were boiled in a saucepan.
I poured the milk into the bowl, set the multi-cook program to 40 degrees for 20 minutes (warmed up the milk, bacteria survive within 35-42 degrees, the bowl heats up a little more, set it down). Narine added a little milk to the bottle, poured the resulting "bacterial kindergarten" into a bowl, added yogurt there, and stirred well. The resulting mixture was poured into jars, covered with lids without twisting. I washed the bowl, covered the bottom with a napkin, put the jars - I did not tighten the lids. I turned on the "yogurt" program and went to bed)).
In the morning I took out the jars and sent them to cool in the refrigerator. The photo shows that there is a little serum on top (probably kept it in the cartoon for a long time). The yogurt is dense, thick, after the refrigerator the amount of whey decreased. Tasty! Hooray, it worked! Optionally, you can use it in salads, in baking, in cooking, and even so with a large spoon to eat with the addition of sweets)))

And again a braggart)))
The husband asked for "bubble" bread))). I didn’t come out with yeast, but I’m just learning to grow sourdough.
Found a recipe: Wheat bread on ripe dough (self-leavening) and made it right away, barely waited 12 hours)))
The crust is crispy (slightly oiled the sides and bottom, the top was tender). My sister and her husband were visiting - a quarter ate bread - they could no longer, they ate tightly before that)))

A little donkey, or the second proofing was small in time. ))) Today I need to bake again)) so I'll conduct an experiment.

Girls, hello! She also baked bread in her assistant. Didn't change the standard program. The bread turned out to be delicious, BUT AGAIN A PUD OF CONDENSATE IN THE CENTER. : plach7: I had to put it to dry in the airfryer.
I also made pilaf, and did not change anything on the standard program. It turned out as it should: and crumbly and below with a crust. The program "languishing" has been tested. The stewed cabbage soup is sooo tasty !!! Sorry I can't insert a photo
GladOk
syrok, I try to immediately pull the bread out of the bowl - due to condensation.
syrok
Gladok (Oksana), I also take it out right away, but the puddle has already accumulated before this moment. I also noticed that if the temperature on the baking is 110-120 degrees, then there is practically no condensation. On one of the sites I read that so that condensation does not drip into the baked goods, the bowl is covered with a thin cloth. Well, I haven't tried that yet.
GladOk
syrok, hmm, but for bread 110-120, the baking temperature will probably be too small.
syrok
Of course not enough, especially since the baking temperature is 135-140 degrees in the "bread" program. And the condensate is more than 120 degrees. In general, baking is still a problem.

Who would like to purchase these multicooker:

They are now under the brand MARTHA (one to one) on the site 🔗 and discounts on them 50% from March 4 to March 31 🔗

nevod
In the Ribbon for 2800 rubles. there is now
Laslovna
Martha is a little different from Lummy, firstly, judging by the instructions, there are no sensor programs - programs for evaporating liquid. The layout of the buttons is also different. And outwardly they are very, very similar.
Klevrik
There is no limit to my happiness.
I've been the owner of this wonderful thing for three weeks now. This is my first cartoon. I cook in it every day and can no longer imagine the cooking process without this wonderful unit. What has been cooked during this time: every day I’m making milk porridge, borscht, fries, pasta, broths, cabbage soup, buckwheat on the express program, pies, lazy cabbage rolls (I didn’t even have time to taste them), steamed vegetables, pea soup, yogurt. Today I want to try pilaf.
The cartoon was mainly bought for biscuits, since the oven is gas. I made a biscuit twice, one chocolate, the second honey. The chocolate was burnt because I put it on baked goods and did not change the program. The next was a charlotte 120 gr. and 45 minutes - it turned out perfect. Then honey sponge cake - 120 gr. and 50 min. I pulled it out after it cooled down in the cartoon - I fell.
If someone made a biscuit, tell us: what is the temperature, how long, how many eggs and how many centimeters in height?
And another such question, maybe a stupid one, since this is my first cartoon, what if water gets on the heating element? He just got a little darker in places.
As for the bowl, I have a ceramic one, and I noticed lately it starts to burn. What do you advise?
nevod
Klevrik, how did you make yogurt? Tell me, please.
m0use
Klevrik, very often I bake biscuits, the first 15 to 130 minutes, then I lower it to 110, I also bake for 50 minutes. So at 120 degrees 50 minutes is generally normal! Maybe it's the recipe? Usually falls off when there is not enough flour.
Write about pilaf later .. I also did pilaf yesterday, but, as usual on the "express", something seemed a bit too much 160 degrees on the pilaf, versus 105 on the express ..
