Ingredients

melon 800 g
condensed milk 300 g
cream 33% 400 ml
For the cake:
vanilla crackers 300 g
butter 150 g
chocolate (I have 75%) 150 g
cognac, rum, brandy 1 tbsp. l.
mint, coconut, jam for serving

Cooking method

  • Such a dessert will not leave anyone indifferent! The aroma is already felt during preparation. All ingredients, "making friends" with each other in the freezer, will reveal all their taste.
  • Such a cake can be prepared in advance, and it can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
  • It is not difficult to prepare, we boldly undertake its preparation!
  • First, prepare a few melon balls for decoration with a spoon - noisette or ice cream spoon.

  • Grind the crackers into small crumbs in a blender. Grind the softened butter with crumbs. Melon Ice Cream Cake

  • Now we will prepare a split form (I have a diameter of 22 cm): cover it with cling film. Put the finished dough into it, raising the edges, make the sides (I got them h 5 cm).

Here is my recipe: 2 cups of any frozen seedless berries, bananas and melons are possible, but only frozen + 200ml cream (I add 10%) less fat + 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar + nuts + vanilla sugar. I WHIT EVERYTHING IN THE BLENDER.
ICE CREAM READY !!! If you want to be harder, then send it to the freezer as long as you want.
