Watermelon ice with cream

Ingredients

Watermelon 1 kg*
Cream 20% 100 ml
Powdered sugar 100 g **

Cooking method

  • Cut the watermelon into slices, peel off seeds and crusts, put in a blender bowl. Add cream and icing sugar. Beat until smooth and place the resulting mass in molds or in a plastic container. Put in the freezer until solidified.
  • Watermelon ice with cream

2 minutes + 6 hours freeze
