Camembert with strawberries and liqueur - mmmm divine! I love baked Camembert, but I've never experienced it! It went great without champagne, too) especially when the family is asleep and you can enjoy it slowly.
Only I did not cut off the crust, I did it as usual when baking this cheese - heat it a little under the grill, make a cross cut and open the crust with petals bending them to the edges. And in the middle there are already strawberries with liqueur and bake until gilded. These petals are crispy and add flavor!
