Apple Pie with Honey (Steba DD2)

Ingredients

Honey 150 gr.
Butter 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 0.25 tbsp
Flour 1.5 tbsp.
Soda 0.5 tsp
Apples 500 gr.

Cooking method

  • Melt butter and honey / if necessary /, combine, add eggs, sugar. Beat well, add a little flour and soda, slaked lim. juice, continuing to beat. The dough is thick, sticky.
