Note

Mom loves to talk about simple delicacies from her village childhood. Among them, the recipe for ice cream especially sunk into my memory: beat frozen lingonberries with a whisk with wort and eat right away. I have long wanted to cook, at least try. True, I don't have lingonberries, but the remains of black currants have stuck. And then a juicer appeared. What is not a reason to feast on?

Natasha, great sorbet !!! Do all augers know how to do it or only Kasiki?
Tumanchik
Ah yummy! And the combination is unusual! Already drooling like Pavlov's dog!
Rada-dms
Bridge, Natasha, very interested in the recipe! The combination is unusual, I want to try it! Can you tell me which wort to buy?
Bridge
Tanyulya, Tumanchik, Rada-dms, I am pleased that we looked at the vksnyashka. The combination, however, is unusual. Sour currant plus sweet wort. And the smell! Again, currants, and a touch of rye bread. I like it.
Rada-dms, Olya, I can't write the name for you exactly. I had a kvass wort concentrate, leftovers. Well, one in which you add yeast and sugar, and you make kvass. Like a Glofa. I just put it into ice cream and bread today. Here! Probably Glof will do.
please
What a yummy it must be!

Natashaaa, what a super-duper sorbet!
We must do it. I was just going to stock up on black currants, and at the same time I will bungle the sorbet.
Thank you! For some reason, it was from the currants that I did not finish sculpting sorbets.
Rada-dms
Bridge, tell me, please, do you think banana will probably not be combined with wort? Or take a chance? And then for some comrades the currant will be sourish, although everyone loves it!

Great combination! There is also a dessert with rye bread and currant jelly. We must buy fresh wort!
Oh, congratulations on winning the prize! Gorgeous!
Bridge
please, delicious. Refreshing. And freezes the receptors
Elena Tim, here's how: what we have, we sculpt from that
Rada-dms, you know, the banana will be colored with wort. I'm not sure he will look delicious. Better to take red berries. Or black. How do you like blueberries, for example? And so as not to be sour, you can add sugar.
Rada-dms
Bridge, there are blueberries! Thanks for the good thought!

She is dumb for sho! I've also thought about chokeberry ...

Well....this good, like shoe polish frozen! : girl-yes: By the way, something struck me for jam from her, and before she even touched it.
Bridge
Ooh, I love blackberry jam! If it's cooked properly. You know how Timkina writes about chickpeas - so that the berries keep their shape, and when you bite them, they are soft.

Yes, my mom and I cook like that, blanch, well, etc., and also with lemon, so that it's not cloying and fragrant!

to set up a special nozzle for sorbets.
it's probably something like the Yonanas ice cream maker

frozen berries will not be squeezed through a sieve, they will spin in the bowl until they melt

Yummy I make sorbets using an ordinary meat grinder. Must try with wort, it must add sweetness and zest ...
