Panna cotta with yellow plums

Ingredients

Gelatin 1 tsp with a slide
Fat cream (from 30%) 400 ml.
Sugar 100 g
Brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Vanillin
Apricot liqueur (either cognac, or rum, or amaretto) 50 ml.
Yellow plums 450 gr.
Powdered sugar for dusting

Cooking method

  • I made this dessert yesterday, but I gape and my beloved family was already finishing up when I missed it - why are they so deliciously smacking their lips. I had to repeat it. And no wonder. Who can resist the tender and wonderful panna cotta - creamy jelly with fruit puree.
  • Dessert consists of two parts - panna cotta proper and fresh yellow plums. I suggest marinating them in amaretto or other alcoholic beverage. But I did not use it, as the dessert was intended for children.
  • Pour gelatin 3 tbsp. l. cold water and leave to swell.
  • Wash the plums and remove the seeds. Place on a baking sheet, slices up, sprinkle with brown sugar and sprinkle with balsamic.
  • Panna cotta with yellow plums
  • We bake under the grill for 5-10 minutes. Depending on the power of the grill and the ripeness of the plums.

  • Pour cream, vanillin and sugar into a ladle. Bring to a boil. We set aside.
  • We send the swollen gelatin into cream. We stir it to dissolve. Cover with a lid and leave.
  • We remove a third of the baked plums for now. The rest are mashed. If the skin is thick, then first remove it.
  • Strain the cream mixture. Add the plum puree (for a smoother mass, you can rub it through a sieve). Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mass into bowls, let cool slightly to room temperature, then put in the refrigerator. Cut the delayed plums and put them on the already solidified jelly. We send it to the refrigerator until it hardens completely (for 2-3 hours).
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
