But ... I didn't have cheese, and sour cream ... I never add eggs to minced meat ... remembering Pokhlebkin. And I never put flour ... and therefore, I always add a little cold water to the minced meat so that the cutlets become tender and fluffy.
But from the heart I added fresh garlic and a bit of dry greens, and ground white pepper, a spoonful of paprika and Adyghe salt. And she fried and extinguished all this. It turned out no worse! And what a wonderful smell of garlic!
I make a note for myself that you can cook such cutlets in a double boiler (and for those who have a pale color faces does not bother)
