Nana
It should be delicious. Not so long ago I made such a roll (without cottage cheese and on water), but did not bake it, but stew it. It turned out to be something like a fake Lagman.

Thank you, Oksana, I'll try it sometime.

What cute little snails! I'll have to try.
People, what does exposure in the freezer give?

I'm asking ... what is a fake lagman?

Very appetizing! I will try too, today. Only now you need to buy cottage cheese.

Thank you all very much!

and what does exposure in the freezer give?
So that not much "Snails" spread from sour cream.

What is a fake lagman?
I think that this is on the principle of lazy dumplings or cabbage rolls. Lagman, as far as I know, is prepared with funchose or noodles and all sorts of fillings. So it turns out for a couple of something like that.

I made changes to the recipe

Roll up the roll and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces about 1.5-2 cm.

I'm asking ... what is a fake lagman?
Lagman is an Uzbek dish. You will not understand what is more correct meat and noodles or noodles with meat. But the noodles are made there in a peculiar way: they are stretched and twisted by weight. I have not yet decided to cook a real lagman myself. My mother-in-law was born and lived in Uzbekistan. And a fake lagman is a meat roll made from a simple dough, then cut into circles. Well, like the way I photographed mine.Onion snails (Zwiebel Schnecken)

Any filling can be. I cooked meat.

Yes, I know what a lagman is, I'm from Uzbekistan myself. I was just surprised to see such a strange name as "lazy lagman".
What I just didn’t cook (for example, THIS) and did not try, but even approximately I could not imagine what it was about.
Oksanochka, just don’t think that I’m teaching you here ... ... but yours is not a lagman. And not even lazy.
You have a real khanum, albeit sliced. I mean, it’s not so much the filling that matters, but that it’s a steamed dough roll that you can wrap anything in.

Your truth, Lena... Today, at the request of my family, I once again did "snails", so, looking at the photo, I went and cut off a half - I could not resist. By the way, this time I put the grated cheese on the "Snails" before baking. I liked it that way.

Of course! Cheese is always delicious!
Ludmil_a
Yeah. This is how I mask the bow, which my child does not really like. And he eats everything with baked cheese.

Helen, what are you! Thanks for the enlightenment. I have never heard such a name "Khanum". Now I will look in the open spaces of Nat. The mother-in-law taught pilaf to cook, and so on, little things.
My problem is that I saved the recipes much earlier than I came to this site. And unfortunately, the links were not copied on purpose Therefore, now I can tell where this name comes from and I found the recipe - for the life of me, I can't. In principle, this is the reason why I do not exhibit my recipes: I do not want to seem like a "plagiarist". I think that this name was given because this roll was prepared, according to the recipe, together with meat. That is, they drew an analogy: meat and instead of noodles - roll. Fantasy worked for someone like that. But delicious !!!! I have no words!!! I generally like rolls.
