Pasta with vegetables and garlic arrows (lean)

Ingredients

garlic arrows 200 grams
pasta 400 gram
cauliflower 200 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
carrot 1 piece
squash 200 grams
a tomato 1-2 pieces
vegetable oil for frying
water (vegetable broth) 1/2 liter
flour 1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt taste
ground black pepper or other spices taste

Cooking method

  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences. Boil for 3 minutes in salted water.
  • Throw the pasta into boiling water, let it boil, discard in a colander.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Separate the garlic arrows from the inflorescences.
  • Cut into slices 3-4 centimeters long.
  • In a frying pan preheated with half the oil, lightly fry the arrows, add onions and carrots.
  • Lightly brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring it almost to readiness.
  • Fold vegetables and pasta into a mold.
  • Grate the zucchini on a medium grater.
  • Fry lightly in the remaining oil.
  • Add flour, fry.
  • Pour in water or vegetable broth. More water can go.
  • Boil the sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the vegetables and pasta. The sauce should not cover them, but rather be at the bottom.
  • Put the tomatoes cut into quarters on top.
  • Cover with a lid or foil.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove the lid (foil) and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Make sure the pasta is ready, and the vegetables are almost ready for baking.
  • We take out, sprinkle with herbs and serve.

Use good quality pasta to keep it from falling apart or overcooked. Adjust the sauce to your liking. You can add a little mustard. Delicious. Recommend.
