Spinach pasta

Spinach pasta

Ingredients

Pasta 400g.
Frozen spinach 300g.
Walnuts (ground with cashews) 120g.
Cheese 100g.
Salt taste
Ghee butter 25g.

Cooking method

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Put 1/2 ghee into the finished pasta, mix.
  • Fry the nuts in the remaining ghee. Add spinach, simmer covered over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Grind with a blender.
  • Add salt, spinach with nuts, cheese to the pasta, cover and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Ooooooo delicious !!! : nyam: I am ready to eat pasta in different versions around the clock. But not even lovers of pasta (husband) ate !!!!!!

Only I have a question. Why chop spinach with a blender, I would leave it that way.
Frozen and finely chopped.
Cheese is probably preferable like Parmesan, right?
