Thanks a lot to the author. I did it for testing, because I want to cook for New Year's Eve. For several years now we have been celebrating New Year's Eve with nothing but snacks on the table. I did so. Yesterday afternoon, I marinated the wings in my favorite marinade: honey + mud + spices + balsamic + soy sauce + rammarine. Withstood until evening. But in the evening she poured it with tea tincture. By nightfall, I added some salt, added soy sauce and carried it out onto the balcony. Stood until tonight. Brought home at lunchtime. At 16 o'clock, she took it out in a colander and let it dry thoroughly. I smeared the rast with butter, laid them in thin pieces under each other and baked at about 18-00 20 minutes for 240, another 20 for 200. And another 5 minutes under the grill, taking the thin parts to the top. The result was shocking - awesomely pickled, spicy-sweet. And the look is smoked! Endless THANKS !!!!!

I prepared turkey wings today, according to this recipe. Tea was brewed strong from Ivan-tea, fermented, home-made.Added sauce for marinating meat + rosehip vinegar (homemade) + grape wine chacha (homemade) and many different spices + garlic + honey. The marinade turned out to be very fragrant. And the wings are simply delicious. They are not smoked, (which is very harmful) they are unique. We love the taste of the wings!
