Fresh yeast 15 gr.
or dry 2 tsp
Sugar 60 gr.
Milk 50 ml.
Pumpkin puree 250 gr.
Eggs (C1) 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
Salt
For filling:
Butter (soft) 2-3 st. l
Sugar 3-4 tbsp. l
Cinnamon (not used) taste

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients for the dough into the HP bucket in the order indicated in the instructions. Yeast dough mode (30 min kneading + 1 hour proofing)

  • At the end of the program, remove the dough from the bucket and knead. Roll out into a rectangular layer (about 30x40 cm)

Natalia, the pumpkin does not taste at all. I have half of my freezer full of pumpkin puree, so I use it wherever possible
