Ground black pepper taste
Chili peppers without seeds 1 PC.
For breading:
Flour 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
Sweet paprika 2-3 tsp
For frying:
Odorless vegetable oil 0.5-1 l.
For Teriyaki sauce:
Water 0.5 tbsp.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 100 ml.
Turmeric pinch
Brown sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Corn starch (I have Garnets) 2 tsp b / g
Olive oil (vegetable) 1 tbsp. l.
Wine vinegar (I have Balsamic) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with paprika.

  • Roasting wings and serving the finished dish:
  • Deep-fry the wings. They are fried for 8 to 10 minutes. In the middle of time they need to be rotated. We take them out on a layer of paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

I really liked the breading method. Neither the use of starch, nor corn flour, nor flakes, I could not achieve such an effect. We swept them away at once. For me it is acute - pharyngitis torments. And my husband is still weak. Well, they added salt. I really can't imagine why they are so expensive.
Cons: you need to eat right away. otherwise the crispness is lost. Well, the stove was splattered, of course.

The wings turned out to be just a song, very juicy in a wonderful crispy breading, BUT there is one thing But the wings turned out to be not so appetizingly beautiful, but a little brownish (as in advertising something harmful and clearly show how carcinogens look :)). Therefore, in order not to frighten all "residents" of the Bread Maker, I will not show the photo. Draw conclusions for those who also want to replace water with soy sauce.
But I will definitely cook more than once.
