Lamb cutlets in herbal spices (Lammkoteletts im Krautermantel)

Ingredients

portioned lamb cutlets 5-6 pcs
sage all herbs by a pinch
rosemary
thyme
basil
marjoram
parsley
salt pepper taste
balsamic vinegar 1 tbl
honey 1h l
dry white wine 50 ml
bouillon 200 ml
olive oil
cream 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
  • Mix all the herbs in a bowl and add enough olive oil to make a gruel.
  • Coat each cutlet, put in a saucepan or other container and refrigerate for 3 hours. They stayed with me at night.

  • Then fry the meat in a dry skillet on each side.

  • Pour balsamic vinegar into the pan where the meat was fried, add honey, wine, bring to a boil.
  • Add broth, cream and salt and pepper to taste.
