Cooking method

  • Meatloaf, or, as it is also called "fake hare", can be prepared in such a festive way.
  • Prepare minced beef and pork.
  • Add white bread soaked in water, eggs, all spices, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, the garlic into thin slices. Fry and cool.
  • Add to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.

  • Grease the ring mold with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Put half of the minced meat. Top with pieces of bacon and salami.
