Ingredients:

1 ½ stack (360 gr.) Butter
3 large eggs
2 tea. spoons of vanilla extract
1 tea a spoonful of finely grated lemon zest
1 ½ stack (350 gr.) Sour cream
2 stacks (300 g) fresh or frozen blueberries or blueberries
Glaze:
2 stacks (240 g) icing sugar
3 table. tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:
