It is more convenient for me to put it in the dryer and decide on a compromise, but stable 4-5 degrees above the optimum, than trying to stabilize the optimal temperature for 2-3 hours somewhere somehow ... Try it. I use starter baked goods, and the dryer just made the process a lot easier. By the way, yes, I got the idea to check the temperature in the dough during proofing and some more experiments ... Thank you)
