Ingredients

Raw potatoes 500 g
Minced meat 300 g
Bulb 2 pcs.
Sour cream or cream 50 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes and three on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the onion very finely - one onion into the minced meat, the other into the potato mass.
  • Add two raw eggs, sour cream or cream to the grated potatoes, salt, pepper, stir quickly.
  • Next - for the oven - put half the potato mass in a round shape or cast-iron pan, on top of the minced meat, again potatoes on top. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  • A simplified and dietary option is in a slow cooker.
  • Put half the potato mass, minced meat, potato mass in a greased bowl.
  • We put on the program "Baking" - 50 minutes.
