Since our dish is chicken kebab, it is advisable to marinate chicken meat to your taste and wishes. Someone likes honey, some mayonnaise, everything is in your hands (I use salted red sweet pepper paste for the marinade. I will post the recipe for this paste in season) The meat should be fatty, if the meat does not have enough fat, then you need to add butter. We all put the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Meals can be served with salted or pickled vegetables if desired.
