Well, bad luck. There are steam baskets, but there are no coasters, why they do not sell them as a set, where to get a stand, tell me, friends.
Masinen
Mayte, so maybe the steamer comes with a stand
no, sold separately))

This one has both a stand and a steamer
🔗
olalukoya
Masinen, again I bore you with questions, and the basket steamer is a real thing, the principle of operation is the same as in a stationary steamer, otherwise I am confused by something (I just want to reduce the number of equipment that duplicates itself)

I do not use it for a long time (I give it away or throw it away) Please specify, Teflon is more scratch-resistant, food sticks less. I don’t have anything Teflon, and it seems that I did not use such a coating.
Masinen
olalukoya, well, yes, as you cook in a separate steamer, so here.

Teflon will last longer and the pizza will not stick.
On it you can give and cook and bake.

And you don't need to fry in ceramics, the food will quickly begin to stick. And it's very good to cook in it))
olalukoya
And, no, I’m lying, I looked, there is something like that (I didn’t know that it was all Teflon) Dyking coating, Anato, Ecolon, Swiss diamond. Or again I confuse everything, I apologize for the flood.
Ordered as advised, Maria, a Du Pont Teflon bowl.

I fried fish cakes in Shteba, so that later, to bring to readiness in the same place, but they stuck to the steel bowl a little, this will not happen in Teflon, great.

Added Wednesday 21 Sep 2016 03:21 PM

I like to cook in steel (like in a saucepan on the stove), for example, to cook chickpeas, it's a pleasure, it turns out right (and, this rarely happens to me). Since in Shteba I usually fry and carcass, and for cereals and cereals there is a small slow cooker (another truth from the company) So I will use the crockery.
natushka
olalukoya, and if you pick up a regular stand for hot in diameter? I also began to make sour cream in ordinary jars with a screw cap instead of glasses (I found the ones that were suitable in size) - convenient.
olalukoya
natushkaOh, thanks for the idea. I made an order in the store, I will not refuse. But, I will apply your advice for another multi.
Samocvet
yesterday baked charlotte in the staff.
As the girls advised here, I chose the mode "languor +" 115 degrees, 50 minutes. But the temperature on the display "jumped" from 113 to 135 degrees !!!
At first I was scared that the master had not repaired everything as it should, then I started googling and found information that this happens because of the tension and because of the inertia of the heating element.
So, the main thing is the result, isn't it?
Here he is

Samocvet, it should be so, it is so for everyone, the temperature on the display is the temperature on the sensor, not in the bowl. It evens out the temperature like that. But to put, for example, the dough for proofing, it is necessary not immediately, but after waiting until the temperature on the display evens out.

If anyone needs a steam basket, I have it somewhere lying around, I will give it.
A silicone ring once cost 300r on Ozone. I use this one.
And the plastic lid on the pan is nothing at all. It's more like a cover. It breaks down quickly. I used it once.
So the basic package is good and nothing to worry about.

By the way, when is Black Friday there in autumn? Last year and the year before last, there was a 30% discount on Shteby.
So whoever wanted to buy, wait a bit.

I bought both of my Shtebs at the time of the action, last and the year before last. In my opinion, in October.
Ekaterina2
And I didn’t wait for Black Friday. And today I have already received Shteba from Ozone! Now in thought - how can you start experimenting tomorrow? We need something meaty. Why else would I need a pressure cooker?
Twig
Ekaterina2, I congratulate the assistant.
They usually start by boiling lemon.

By the way, I recently cooked beef tongue. 25 minutes, no more. Meat mode 0.7 pressure.
Anna5311
Thank you girls. For me it is not essential to have a steam basket, stand, cups. There are also steamers and yogurt makers. I don't store food in bowls, so there is no need for a lid either. In general, for me, and such a complete set is suitable. I ordered in Yulmart for 5130, I think it's inexpensive.
Mona1
Anna5311, Anya, if you suddenly order a spare bowl, it comes with such a plastic lid.

Here's something, but the lid is definitely not needed ... they break, bend .. for me they do nothing, everything that has not yet cracked or broken.
And I cover the Shteba for her when the bowl of food is taken out, or has already been washed and is drying, you cannot put a wet one on the heating element. and the lid also separately lies upside down and dries, usually at night I cover it like this, when the Shteba has already cooled down, why it will gather dust inside without a bowl.
olalukoya
Oh, girls, and the lid for the bowl turns out to be plastic, I thought it was silicone. Do they (plastic) really break or crack?
How to handle them, you can't wash in PMM?

Better not to wash. My husband washed in PMM and she bent on one side
olalukoya
Natusya, What if the program "plastic dishes" is also not worth it? Here's an ambush ..., lids are not sold separately from the bowl.
marinastom
Girls (and boys) warn! Do not wash the lid in the PMM! Or just disassembled, in the topic about Basics of use Masha gave a link if someone really needs it.
In my DD1, in the red part, all the joints of the screws fell apart. I suspect that from washing in a typewriter.
I glued it somehow. Now I'm waiting for a spare part.

Hello girls, please tell me, do 6 liter Land Life bowls fit this multi-pressure cooker? (after 3.5 years my Land Life broke down, 4 bowls remained, I am looking for a new pressure cooker that would fit these bowls) ..
Mona1
Ekaterina2, Kate, Congratulations ! You even write - what kind of beauty it is, what kind of recipe and how impressions. It’s interesting.
Ekaterina2
gala10, Mona1, Thank you! The pen test went well, although I was a little scared .... There is no recipe as such. Pork ribs from Lenta, pickled in the same place. I cut two large potatoes into halves, eggplant in large pieces (I understood that it would not be able to withstand such time and pressure, but he was lonely and already withered ... so he went in the kit), 100 water. Pressure 0.7, time 30.
The ribs are so delicious, my husband really liked it. Time and 20 minutes would be enough, I think.
Only I had a question. There, where there is such a hole on the lid next to the black square valve - is there some kind of float to protrude during pressure? Nothing protruded from me. Should have? At the beginning of the pressure build-up, steam was actively coming from there, then it stopped, the pressure accumulated.

Now I plucked up the courage, lifted the lid and moved this thing here and there. He walks freely, but there is nothing to stick out too much. This means that it has risen, only it is not very noticeable, it does not "protrude" from the lid - everything is normal. And I was waiting ... just like a pin from the lid would stick out

Katerina, no, the float does not protrude, it rises, but remains below the surface of the lid.

Usually I bake bread in those multinationals that come across to hand. Today, for the first time, Shteba came across. If you say that I am satisfied, then this is to say nothing. The result for me is beyond praise. The husband will drag him to work tomorrow.
First at 115 degrees 45 minutes
then at 115 degrees 15 minutes.
Next time, I will subtract the time from 45 minutes to 40.

Of the oils, I chose olive + added 2 tsp of dry onion. You can take a medium head of fresh, quench a little in butter. Then you don't need oil.
I mix this whole thing in HP on program 13, where it is 2 hours and 20 minutes. She pulled it out, cuddled a little and went to Shtebka for Heating. 20 minutes at a temperature of 30 degrees. Turned off. Down I turned on the Simmering for 40 minutes at a temperature of 115 degrees for 20 minutes. Coup. Another 15 minutes at 115 degrees. All.
The bread is sooo tasty!

Take me into your ranks, today she took Shtebochka. I tried it on boiled potatoes, quickly and cleanly !!!
gala10
Anna, with a new assistant!
And now I have adapted to making mashed potatoes only in Shtebochka. I put potatoes, pour water about 1/3 of the volume of potatoes, salt, butter, "Vegetables" mode for 10 minutes, pressure 0.7. When the pressure drops by itself, right in the same bowl (steel, of course) - first coarsely with a manual pusher, and then grind it with a blender. You don't need to drain anything. Everything is fast and clean.
Anna5311
gala10, Galina, Thank you. We love milk puree. Next time I'll make mashed potatoes in it, especially since there is a blender with a mashed potatoes attachment.

Anna5311, great! Shteba works for me for 3 days - today she baked a cheesecake with cottage cheese. Everything seems to be fine, it is getting cold
Anna5311
Ekaterina2, Katerina, and in what bowl did you bake the cheesecake?

Mona1, Good evening) Tell me pzhl. How much did the BASIC staff cost? I found it in Kiev for 3120 UAH.

Girls, I, too, with a report (only so far I did it without a photo, but I could not overtake it on a computer yet. So my son comes, then I’ll show everything at once). For a week of owning Shtebochka, I baked Mashin's bread (a handsome man!) Only in time I did it longer - my portion of flour was 600 grams, sous-saw meat-tenderloin and balychok, made pork and chicken ham in Tescom and cooked compote. And, I also baked a cake! On Sunday we were visiting the children, carried off to show off their goodies. Everyone really liked both the meat and the ham. The cake turned out to be wonderful, not dry, as I like it. Why, my sister-in-law doesn't like multicooker baked goods, but even she appreciated the taste of the cake. So Shteba met my expectations by 200%!
The only thing that I didn’t like was my Shteba overheats the temperature by 5 degrees. When I cooked the ham, I set it according to the Machine recipe for 3.5 hours and the temperature was 75 *, the temperature in the water quickly settled to 80 *, within the red triangle, and I cooked the ham in 2.5 hours. The temperature probe showed 72 * and I turned off the MV. Chilled in ice cold water and kept in a cold store overnight. I thought I had digested it. But no, I took it out in the morning, there was a little juice in the ham maker. The ham itself is plump, moist, well cut and rolled. Very tasty.
Now I think, maybe it is necessary to initially set the temperature to 70 *, so that, taking into account overheating, it reaches the desired one, or does the MV need to be changed? Sooo, I don't want to change it, I am so happy with everything in it, no steam comes from under the lid, does not squeal so loudly. True, I have not checked all the programs yet. Girls, what to do? Change or just try to adapt to the temperature?

Yes, maybe this, put it lower by 70 grams.
And yet, try to raise the thermometer to the middle of the pan and you will see that the temperature will be lower)
Teskomovsky thermometer is almost near the bottom and there may be higher temperatures.
Pinky
Masha, thank you, they reassured me. I myself wanted to try that next time. I'm pickling meat for sausage and one more ham now, so I'll try. In general, everything is great! I am very pleased with the new toy, in fact, I took it for these very purposes. My old budget Polaris is quite capable of cooking borscht / soups and everything else. We have enough. But what needs to be cooked at a constant temperature cannot be done in it. So I already love Steba dearly.

I make mashed potatoes according to the Chuchelka recipe, cook with garlic, and the sense with it is magically delicious. For 0.7 7-8 minutes, depending on the potatoes and the size of the pieces. Bleeding off immediately. I drain the water and mix it with cream. Try it.

ktv_07, Tanya, I bought in our Donetsk online store for rubles, in hryvnia if to compare - divide by about 2.4. There is also Eco on the site, 5L and Eco 6L, but that is already very expensive

, they import goods from Russia, but there is no official delivery outside our zone, unless someone buys and brings you from here. Those Shtebs who entered Ukraine had a somewhat curtailed program, compared to the Russian ones, I don't know, maybe now they are already coming with a full program.
Plus, I immediately ordered an additional teflon-coated pot with ceramics, one less than 2,000 rubles, one more than 2,000 rubles (ceramic).

Masha, thanks for everything! And I liked the dish very much, we designated it as "Feast for the stomach" - very light, pleasant in the stomach, not to mention the taste. For the first time, I fried frozen chicken thighs directly - and it took 7 minutes for the whole frying, along with vegetables (just something!). Then under the lid - until the end of the regime. And then I sat down on a chair and looked at my queen ...
Sooo quick dish, I recommend it to everyone!
