the topic you are linking to I haven’t seen stupidly
So I give the link. Masha specially highlighted the main questions that arise for almost all beginners. There are a lot of useful things.

I bought a lid suitable for pots-pans of different diameters, I like it, simple and inexpensive, I cover all the multi-bowls with it.

Alex_Fil, Thank you!!! Only there in the list of compatible our Shteba is not
Yulia
Thanks for "thanks!
There, in the description, before the list of compatible models, there are these words:
"Indispensable for the case when you cooked something in the multicooker bowl and decided to put it in the refrigerator right in it. Soup, for example.
A regular pan or pot lid will slide off. The ideal solution is a plastic cover plate. It snaps securely like a can.

Suitable for all types of bowls of 5 or 6 liters with an outer rim diameter of 236-241 mm: Teflon, ceramic coated or stainless steel."

Shteba has bowls with an outer rim diameter of 240 mm, so I think it will fit, although I did not buy there. My own lid still serves normally.
marinastom
I washed one of my own stainless steel pan lid in the PMM and it stopped closing, it slips. And I thought of putting a Teflon saucepan covered with a lid in the oven. Kirdyk stepped on her. I also use glass now. Sometimes you need a plastic one.
Natusya
afnsvjul, Julia, I took a Teflon LendLife bowl. She went up to both Shtebochka and Unit
Tanyush @ ka
I ordered myself a dd2 shtebika, now I'm worried that something is complicated with a pressure cooker according to reviews, I'm afraid it's not in vain, I need a slow cooker to cook porridge, bake more, I want to try meat sous, I rarely cook jellied meat at all, maybe I needed something else take, girls hope for your help?
Sedne
Tatyana, everything that you listed Shteba does well, for baking it is generally one of the best multicooker.
Natusya
Tanyush @ ka, Tatyana, don't be afraid of anything, everything will be fine. At first I was also afraid, because I had an unsuccessful experience with a gas pressure cooker. And first I bought Unit 1210 for 6L, and then I took dd2xl for the staff and I'm very happy! Unit lives in the country, her husband drives, and Shteba is in Moscow. We only roll the bowls back and forth
Webmaestro
Girls, please tell me the recipe for khachapuri in a bottle?
Tanyush @ ka
Fly in slippers, Olya, thanks, a stone fell from my soul, it was not in vain that I ordered a plug, I dreamed about it for a long time, and that's when I finally decided to buy, I panicked
Kivi
the staff is gorgeous. But immediately take an extra cup

Empirically (in the absence of a Teflon bowl) I found out that if oatmeal with milk is cooked in a steel bowl not on the "porridge" program, but on the "soup" program, then it does not burn. I think it's because the temperature is lower.
Olgato experimentally find out to what temperature Shteba heats up on different programs, for example, Porridge or Soup, try to check this: after starting the program and building the pressure, when the countdown starts, turn off the program and turn on the Heating, it will show the temperature of the temperature sensor heating, then switch to the mode of your choice, set the time and cook further. Write down the results in a notepad.
And next time cook on a different program, repeat the same steps, compare the readings.I want to warn you that the measurements on the Shteba scoreboard are the heating of the thermal sensor, and not the contents in the bowl, much has been written about this that the temperature in the bowl is not equal to the temperature of the sensor.
But so it is possible to check, with the same pressure, for example, 0.7b, whether the temperature is the same on different buttons, Porridge, Soup, Fish, etc.
Of course, the time spent on programs and the composition of the products and their quantity must be the same in order to have the correct correlation of measurements.

I didn’t have a ceramic bowl yet, I cooked oatmeal in milk in steel as advised in the recipe book for Steba. On "porridge", for 1 minute. True, the book advised to open it by force, but I did not, so the oatmeal porridge came well on its own. Nothing burned.
Venera007
Girls, my good ones. Please tell me which mode you can use to condense milk, so you don't have to stand at Shtebochka and stir constantly ..
valushka-s
Tanya, I don't know how to cook condensed milk without stirring,
but in this recipe you only need to stir for 10 minutes and no longer!

It turns out very quickly, outrageously simple and tasty!

Tatyana, I cook condensed milk all the time according to this recipe
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XLCondensed milk in 10 minutes in the Steba multicooker
(marlanca)
I mix 2-3 times in total, if I don't forget
Natusya
And I forgot about Galin's recipe although in the bookmarks
marina-mm
NatusyaGalin's recipe turned out to be very necessary for me. I don't buy condensed milk, I cook it as needed, quickly, not at all stress. I pour the milk right away, without waiting for the bowl to heat up, I stir it so that the sugar dissolves and then, in order to track the consistency. I'm not standing over it, I just try to be close, so I just don't forget to turn it off.
Venera007
Wow!!!! I want to try to make it from a liter of milk ... I hope it won't run away ... Can it be preserved later?))
marina-mm
Tatyana, from a liter I wouldn't do it right away. It boils violently, it increases in volume, it will run away. If necessary from a liter of milk, then at least 0.5 liter portions.
Cook half a liter for more than 10 minutes, look at the consistency so that the condensed milk turns out, otherwise you can boil it down to caramel.
Venera007
Marina, caramel is also tasty, my crumbs :)
Bul
Girls tell me! A couple of days ago, my daughter washed the lid from Shteba, and lost the washer that holds the pressure regulator.
Is there anything to replace it with? Or do you need a service center?
marina-mm
Tatyana, I have no doubts And the girls praised condensed milk from Shteba
Natusya
Bul, Yulechka, look at the robo-cook, I took a set of silicone rings there.
Bul
Natusya, Thank you! I looked.
There I found these.
🔗
It's them? I just don't remember at all how this thing looked.
Natusya
Bul, the smallest ring is about 4.

Yul, still find out how she understands. Masha Masinen was showing. I can't find it from my phone.

This ring flew hot for me once, I put it on without taking the cup apart. How, I don't remember.
Natusichka
Take me to your ranks too !!!! My dream has come true, and now I also have a 6L DS2 Shtebochka!
Already for lunch yesterday I cooked soup, in the evening - vegetable stew.
So far, I am only adapting to it, so there are some minor flaws. But I really hope that with your help, we will make friends with her.
I have only 1 hour so far, dear. stainless steel. When cooking stews, the bottom burned a little, not essential, but still.
There is an urgent need to buy a bowl in which it would not burn (as in my Panasonic 18).

I ask for help! Which bowl should you buy: ceramic or Teflon? Well, for example, to make stews, pilaf, fish, meat (like boiled pork).
Now I will describe a little how and what I did.
Yesterday morning I cooked wheat porridge (coarse grinding), in a ratio of 1 to 2. In the evening, I filled it with water and wanted to set it on the timer. But she looked that the porridge was being cooked at all, nothing and changed her mind to put on the timer. So she stayed with me until morning in the water in the bowl. In the morning I added vegetable oil (because it was a fast day) and salt, and after a short time the porridge was ready. With water I guessed completely! Didn't stick to the bottom.
I also want to try, as it is written, what turns out, like from a Russian oven, but I have not yet figured out how and what to do ... there, it seems, you can put on a timer, the cooking time is 4 hours. Who did, please tell me!

Over the stew.
I switched on the ROAST mode, when the signal sounded, I poured the vegetable oil, it warmed up, I began to bookmark the products:
- onions (lightly fried) + carrots (lightly fried) + diced potatoes (tired) + zucchini in large cubes + eggplants (I had them baked, diced and frozen) + tomatoes (also frozen into cubes). I poured some water, mixed it and, without waiting for Masha's answer, put 0.3 on "Vegetables" for 10 minutes.
After the time had elapsed, it was never ready ... and I put it back on "Vegetables", already 0.7 for 15 minutes.
I opened it ... a little damp again ... my husband walked around, snapped his teeth (he wanted to eat), so I put the stew in the plates, saying that we would eat once under the name "Aldente", which is very useful! And at this time, on the recommendation of Masha, I set him to cook ... on the "Roasting" mode, while they ate, it came to readiness.
My husband asked why do we need a cartoon pressure cooker if she cooks for so long? ..... I said that it was my fault, I had not yet figured out what and how to cook ...
By the way, when I started to wait, she constantly squeaked ... what is she?
Well, a start has been made, now you need to sort out what's what. Can you help?

And one more thing: how do the bowls differ: ceramic and non-stick? What is it for?
Loksa
Teflon keeps its non-stick properties longer! The ceramics do stick, but they are considered an eco-bowl! My ceramic frying pan on the third scrambled eggs began to stick

Added Thursday, 16 Jun 2016 12:28 pm

Frozen foods take longer to cook, I never learned how to make such a stew, I don't like it, that's why. I have either porridge or "Aldente" - I won't tell you, the girls will help.
Porridge cooks wonderfully in a metal saucepan, especially those that have liquid in them. But porridge for a side dish is wonderfully cooked in stainless steel!

Yulia
Most likely, the daughter washed the lid without disassembling the entire valve structure, which releases steam, apparently, a gasket-washer flew off the float valve. This, alas, sometimes happens. That set on a robo-shop, has a similar washer in its composition, it is in their photo in the upper right corner. But it is slightly different from Shtebovskaya, it will work. The set costs 50 rubles, but another 300 rubles will be requested for delivery across Russia. Maybe it will be cheaper to buy such a washer in the SC, rubles for 200 ...
Chardonnay
The easiest method: take something unnecessary silicone and cut out a washer. I took a lonely suction cup from a soap dish, cut a washer out of it. Everything worked)
Alex_Fil
Well, that's a good idea. The washer looks simple - the thickness of a millimeter is 2, you can cut it out of some silicone mat, the silicone keeps the temperature well. Or in a plumbing store, look for a suitable silicone gasket.
Natusichka
Oksana, thanks for the advice!
vanyas
I decided to make a suvid in steba dd2 xl, set the temperature to 63 degrees and turn it on, during cooking the temperature always floats from 62 to 70 degrees, is this normal or change? I bought it in ozone, I have no headquarters in the city of the service center.

Fine. This is not the temperature in the bowl, but at the heating element. The temperature in the bowl is constant and corresponds to the declared one.

Thanks, I checked the water temperature with a multimeter, it really floats within a degree
Natusichka
All right, I ordered a non-stick bowl! Now I'm waiting! So many things I want to try to cook !!!

Please tell me if I did the right thing. I put the meat in a bowl, filled it with cold water (so that the broth was tasty), put whole onions, carrots, black peppercorns, a piece of celery there, closed the lid, closed the valve and put it on the "Soup" mode, 0.7, 30 minutes. I need broth.
Did I understand correctly that the countdown will start after the pressure is built up and after 30 minutes it will switch to heating mode?
It was scary to leave her alone ... but I need broth for dinner.
Did I take a big risk?

And one more thing: tell me what you can cook for dinner in a stainless steel bowl?

And where does it say how to cook yogurt in ceramic cups?
tana33
Natusichka, I cook broth on meat, I haven't tried soup for some reason
I wonder how the modes differ?
Masinen
Hello everyone))
Girls and boys, Julia, a photo of the valve parsing is in the topic on general issues, specially posted there so as not to look))

vanyas, good afternoon, a link to temperature measurements in Shteba is in the main topic on questions.
Basics of use, questions and cooking times in the Steba DD1, DD2 pressure cooker

Newbies, too, this topic is very necessary, all problems and their solutions are described in the topic and all the questions that beginners have and the answers to them are also described in the topic))
gala10
Natusichka, did everything right.
In a stainless steel bowl, you can cook any stew. It is better to fry and bake in Teflon.
Masha Ivanova
Masha! By the way, about the birds! In my first and second Stebs, when cooking at a pressure of 0.3, the valve is blocked every other time. Today I cook like this - the valve is immediately blocked. Tomorrow I cook the same thing - the valve is not blocked. Is there some kind of 100% cure for this or not? What is the reason?
Natusichka
Quote: gala10

Galya, so I also cooked a stew - this is a stew ... but a little burnt.

I report: Stebochka cooked the broth for me. It turned out to be very transparent and delicious!

I have a question. Panasonic lists the minimum amount of food that can be cooked. For example, porridge - at least 2 ms.
I don't see that in Shteba ... So, you can cook as much as you want?

And I will ask again: do we have a yoghurt recipe in Shteba, I have dry Vivo sourdough.
Antonovka
Natusichka,
Natasha, cook as it is written in the instructions for Vivo - temperature, time ... Only in Shtebu water is poured up to the shoulders of jars and that's it.

By the way, my stew did not burn in stainless steel yesterday
Creamy
Natusichka, I in Shteba often cook one portion of pilaf or porridge from 35 grams of cereal and liquid, pour it so that it is in the middle of the bowl, where its most convex part is. there was liquid at the level of 1 cm. I put "Meat" 07 bar, 30 minutes. If there is a little more liquid in pilaf or porridge after the end of the program. than necessary, I evaporate the excess liquid on the "Fry" program for 1-2 minutes.
Natusichka
Quote: Antonovka

Lenochka, please write in detail how and what you did?
Antonovka
Natusichka,
She poured a little oil, cut onions, potatoes in large chunks, carrots in quarter circles, frozen cauliflower and the same sweet pepper, chicken breast fillet in pieces, salt, pepper - nothing else was at home))) And 100 grams of water. Meat mode 0.7 15 minutes, the pressure did not release. True, I put it on and went for a walk with the dog, it was heated for another hour, probably stood
Natusichka
I only had vegetables ... so I put on vegetables.
Loksa
I cooked a large portion of porridge, it took more time. I cooked a lot, I don't remember some, I remember I made a conclusion, if there is a lot of porridge (half a saucepan), then more time is needed. Well, this is not surprising.
Kivi
while I have cut for myself a stew / meat / roast chip. Whatever burns on the "base" bowl - first I put it on the "languor" mode, for 10-15 minutes without oil ... then I turn on what I need. For the last 3 attempts, nothing stuck or burned)
p. from.apparently, the joke is that the products give a LOT of juice and it is stewed in it. For lovers of butter and crust is not suitable, it is the "diet" that comes out. And then, my roast with ribs was floating in a tasty broth, the ribs were "lean".
