Helen! I tortured her husband, listen:

At the bottom of the non-stick bowl, pour a little vegetable oil (just a little bit, since the fish will give a lot of its fat).
Lightly fry the onions (chop) and carrots (on a coarse grater). We spread the pieces of fish, add a little hot water (quite a bit), add some salt and pepper to the "fish" program. The husband put it on for 1.5 hours. That's a lot !!!! Since not even a trace of bones was left ...
I think 1 hour is quite enough! Well, try it! Next time I will set for 30 minutes, open and watch, thus I will determine the optimal time.

You can do it without onions and without carrots at all. You can add tomato paste. Everything is individual, to taste.

Natusichka! Thank you very much and your chef husband! I will try.

Girls, a question. And who makes yogurt in a cartoon, what cups you put and how many fit.
I have cups left from Moulinex, but I don't like that they are at the end narrower than in the middle, it is inconvenient to wash and eat.
I asked questions in specialized topics, but everyone is silent.
Venera007
Prank, I use ordinary cans. 3 pieces for sure, maybe even 4 half-liter cans will fit there.
And even more often I use a bank from the Orson fermenter, 1- and 2-liter are placed, in turn, of course

The glasses are not bad, you have to look in the store ... only are they glass? for us it is not very convenient, because the daughter takes to work, she does not want to be in the glass ...

Only the oven is desirable for simmering 110 g for 1 hour 20 minutes somewhere and on heating for 20 minutes.
Tanyush @ ka
Sedne, Svetlana, and I recently baked such a cake as written by Maria on porridge, it was not roasted, I did not finish reading that in dd2 you can cook on languor, next time I will try it as you wrote, thanks for the hint, this recipe is for me too really liked it. Svetlana, do you have purchased dough or Maria's recipe?
Loksa
Helen3097, I use jars FruttoNyanya, where the net is 250 grams, such high. Often I fill it up to half, then the berries on top.It is convenient to carry to work and many pieces will melt (I put 5 jars for 5 days, but more is possible).
Mashenka, and we have a complete disassembly of Shteba? It is very necessary, literally, to disassemble everything and get to the bottom of the heating element. We stopped halfway,: secret: my jam ran away, and no one knows where it got to. The shtebka works, but even terribly want to wipe it yet ?!
Shtebovich
Oksana, type in Yandex "Multicooker Steba DD2 - disassembly kvakusik" will get into the blog, where there is a disassembly. Maybe this will help.
Natusichka
Somewhere I saw a recipe for rice milk porridge in our Shtebochka and, as I recall, even a video recipe. I just don't remember exactly where. Please poke me there, I want to cook for the hour.
Trishka
And at one time I did not get porridge in the specified time, I no longer experiment, I cook in a small Panasik ...

My staff got covered. : girl_cray1: Cooked jam, everything got out, flooded. She washed and covered herself. I wonder if it will be cheaper to hand over to the service or buy a new one.?

Hello, girls, please tell me what you can bake in the jars that came with the kit (except for yogurt), so you want something unusual. Share your recipes. And more girls from Ukraine if you don't know where to buy stebu here is the site

Hello.
Experienced stem users, please tell me how much to cook porridge of such cereals, this is Irish oatmeal cut in half, according to the instructions, you need 1 to 4 with water and cook for 30 minutes. In Panas I cooked 1 to 5 on the "milk porridge" program
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL.

And another question, I can't find where I saw it, whether in this thread, either in the topic about DD1, or in suvid, who suddenly saved or is the owner of the photos there were pictures in which there are many blanks for ham in casings hanging in the refrigerator.
Natusya
Hope, I think, 1: 2, 12-15 minutes.
Natusichka
Hope, I read what the girls wrote in one of the topics about cooking porridge. It says that if you cook cereals without soaking, then some harmful acid is released, which prevents the absorption of calcium, iron, etc.
It says that all cereals, except for buckwheat and rice, must be soaked in water (or an acidic medium, for example, kefir) for at least 7 hours, then rinsed and cooked with a smaller amount of water.
I put it into practice. For the night, I soaked wheat groats (coarsely crushed) in purified water, washed and cooked in the morning: 1: 1 with water, a little salt, vegetable oil, the "porridge" program for 30 minutes. It could have been less! Very well cooked and at the same time - intact! It turned out very tasty

Well, if you do not soak, then I would take the ratio 1: 1.5 and cook for 20 minutes ... oatmeal is not a soft cereal. This buckwheat can be boiled for 5 minutes!

Prank
Thanks, Natusichka.
I plan to dunk too.
And I want to cook liquid porridge in milk, I'm more worried about the regime and time.

A! I read it inattentively ... Then after soaking I would have poured milk 1: 5, sugar, butter, but the program ... I have never cooked milk in Shteba, let the girls (or boys) tell me!
gala10
Girls, read these recommendations. There, it seems, all options for cooking porridge are considered.

Natusichka, and oatmeal and millet?
I don't seem to know any cereals except buckwheat, rice and rolled oats
ah, more beans, with millet
my husband generally perceives millet as fish food
and eats it only in cabbage, which Angela taught me to cook ang-kay
Kivi
tana33, look, and then how mine will be. All millet with vanilla and hemp (or whatever the carp eats there) mixed ... But there is no millet at home, no more. I also tried to kill lentils, but I beat them off. This is me about the employees and the office refrigerator before the weekend I am silent By the way, what kind of lentils are obtained on meat broth (or mushroom) and with seasonings on a delay payment start. Just yum.
tana33
Kivi, neither lentils, nor bulgur, nor anything else, I don’t remember
I really liked quinoa, but only me
they are my pasta, this is our most delicious food

I cook everything, but all new food is disposable, that is, we ate once, and that's it, borscht will be waiting and pasta for the second
I have a picky family, they eat whatever I cook, especially if it's pasta with meat or cutlets
Kivi
I eat lentils. I will not give her offense, I will offend her myself)) My only eats rice. And carp and what else herbivore eats all kinds of. Recently, with a fight, she beat off a can of canned corn (mine and Kota)
about lentils

I pour in meat or mushroom broth, pepper, salt, granulated garlic. For a postponement and "porridge". Yummy is extremely rare. During the night she insists on broth, in the morning you get up - beauty

tana33
Kivi, oh, how delicious you write)))) I will eat myself)))
Kivi
I also do buckwheat. And oatmeal (but it's on the stove). At first I did it for a cat during illness. Then I tried it myself. In general, my favorite dish))) And then maman said that I cook according to Dontsova's recipe
tana33
Kivi, I love buckwheat very much, I will cook it according to your recipe))))
Kivi
Tatyana, and you can also make pilaf with buckwheat. More precisely - like pilaf)

Prank, Nadezhda, [if 1: 4, then 1: 4 is needed here, for porridge mode, 15 minutes pressure 0.7
Mirabel
Kivi, Can you tell us more about lentils? in what proportions to fill with water?
Kivi
Mirabel, I somehow by sight. 1 to 3 roughly (but I have broth, not water). She absorbs part of herself overnight, and after cooking, the delicious gravy remains
Mirabel
Kivi, Thank you! so it turns out not just porridge, but cereal in sauce? on "porridge" to cook?
Kivi
cereals in sauce, namely) made on porridge 0.3
Katya1234
And I cooked corn today. Followed Lina's instructions:

Quote: Linadoc
... I cooked 7 corn (from Auchan) on 0.7 vegetables in 8 minutes. Absolutely ready! Just add salt and sugar right away.

Quote: Linadoc

Evgeniya, we also have freshly picked. Here, the main thing is the principle - add salt + sugar at once and a lot (1 tbsp. L.). Then everything will be OK.

True, the hand trembled and set the time for 10 minutes. I did not release the pressure, I waited until the lid opened. Delicious corn turned out.
