The diameter depends on the desired portion size, the main thing is that the height is not more than 3 cm. I baked in both steel and silicone - it turns out equally well.
Lera-7
Quote: Deana
so that the height is no more than 3cm.
3.5 cm also fits well in a pizza oven.
Zena
yeah, thank you.
Well, I need a large portion, I have two men eaters ..

and ... will I ask a stupid question? metal bottom - does the coating spoil?
Lera-7
Quote: Zena
metal bottom - does the coating spoil?
Zhenya, I now began to put a non-stick mat in a pizza oven for insurance purposes. And at first I put the uniform without him, everything was fine.
Zena
exactly !!!! I forgot about the rug
Deana
Lera-7, I probably have a Chinese centimeter, everything that is stated as 3 cm intends for me 3.2-3.3. So it's almost 3.5.

Quote: Zena
metal bottom - does the coating spoil?
I didn’t think about it, you don’t carry it along the bottom, it’s just standing, I didn’t even twist it to the right and left.

I understand.) I measured with our, still Soviet, metal ruler.
Deana
Lera-7, so I won't even argue, which is more accurate

Girls, just don't laugh !!!

I bought myself a fan for the barbecue the other day.

WELL, it is unrealistic VERY CONVENIENT to get pizza and pies from the princess!
Rarerka
Inessa, it must be taken to Gol urgently! Great idea!
Masha Ivanova
inka_kot, Inessa! Can you write down its dimensions? And the exact name and company, or maybe a link to it at least from your stores? I also want one.

Girls, I came to visit your section. Tell me what is better to choose for fried potatoes. We have turned off the gas in the apartment, and the master's email. the stove is uncomfortable, we do not use it. I cook in a multicooker and a pressure cooker, there is a tabletop oven. It's comfortable for me, but my husband dreams of fried potatoes. And I occasionally talk about whites, like mom's
We decided to look for an inexpensive induction cooker, tabletop, pans, that is. But then I thought - can I take a closer look at a pizza maker? And potatoes to my husband, and baked goods to me "lazy". Can you cook well-fried potatoes here or not? Or is the tile better?
Lerele
nastasija, in the Princess gorgeous fried potatoes are obtained. Belyasha didn't bake, I don't know.

There are many similar things on the mayhop in the section for picnic. The cheapest "Fan for fanning the fire", Petroplast, BP321. 28 rubles. And a few similar rubles for 40-50.
Masha Ivanova
nastasija, Thank you so much! I will definitely look.

Lena, there is a lot of this good in shops for gardeners - look where barbecues are sold, where coal, wood chips, skewers ...
we also have in OBI and in zelgros .. for sure there are also in aushani .. I bought at all for 19 rubles, but I didn’t add it to the princess)))

Great! and I just finished up to the cutting board
inka_kot
Girls, I bought the most expensive at the Epicenter !!! already for 17 UAH. The rest are 13 UAH. It is very flexible. Size 21 * 20 cm without handle.
I'm not overjoyed at how convenient it is to get pizza.
Zena
great advice!
and I got it with two shoulder blades .. the same is convenient ..
AlisaZ
And I take out pizza and pies with an ordinary small cutting board. Sold in Ikea, costs 29 rubles.
RepeShock

And I am an ordinary spatula. One.
nila
Inessawhat a great fan idea. We must look at the bazaar. Otherwise, I'll go to the other end of the city to our Epicenter, the fare will be more expensive

what a great idea with a fan
I understand this if the oven is on the stove without rugs and without a form?
nila
Ira, yes, without a uniform, and without a rug. I just bake pizza on the surface. Therefore, I liked this idea with a fan. I am currently shooting the pizza with a spatula length and a meager cutting board.
Twig
Pizza is easy to get without any fans.
I substitute a special round pizza board and pull it over the edge.

If you take out a pizza from a hot stove, then all the more you need to use a fan. Is it heat-resistant plastic? Maybe what kind of toxins it releases in contact with hot

Recently I've gotten used to rolling the pizza dough on a Teflon mat, sprinkling it with corn flour for a crisp, and start baking with the sheet. Then I pull out the sheet.
Sometimes I put the filling right away, and sometimes, on a semi-cooked dough, I like it even more, I stole this idea from Tumanchik

If you put the dough straight into a bare pizza maker, it shrinks and shrinks, and a good big pizza comes out on the rug.
Anna1957
Quote: Twig
for half-cooked dough, so even more like
How many minutes later?
Twig
Anna, I don't know the exact time, maybe 5-7 minutes.
Tumanchik somehow described a detailed technology, put cheese at the end so that it stretches :)

Something pizza wanted
Anna1957

put cheese at the end to stretch :)
It is clear that I do this with cheese, and I immediately spread the rest of the filling components.

And nothing shrinks with me! Dough in 5 minutes Anise - for 3 pizzas! My 3 days for dinner pizza hamster. And it is taken out with two spatulas at a time! And today I looked at this fan in Ashan - 22 rubles, but it is written: be careful, do not bring it close to the fire!

and also always on the dough you need to pour a little LITTLE cheese. and only then the filling. then the filling does not fall off. I rub it with a small grater.
finally, I respect the right pizza, not an open pie with a filling
Veta,
Well, I don’t know, I roll it out on the rug (Teflon), bake it on it, take it out by its edges.
current I bought not a rug, but a fabric by the meter. cut out two circles. one exactly along the bottom. the second with an allowance, so that the edges fit plus a couple more mm. for them and pull out and it slides smoothly onto the dish.

Masha Ivanova
Brown-eyed, Vera! Fill in the search engine "Teflon varnished cloth". You will be given a bunch of answers. Maybe right in your city. Call these online stores, firms, they will even advise you. You need food grade varnished cloth such as F-4D, PTFE, the thickness is different, it is better to take 12-13 microns in a pizza oven, it seems, or a millimicron, they know this in stores for sure, and I like 18 microns (or mmk) in the oven, it is even thicker. And for comparison, ordinary Teflon rugs, which are sold in all stores = 7 microns (mmk), so they tear so easily and cut even with a plastic knife. For a pizza machine, 18-25 microns (mmk) are thick, well, it seems to me so, you can't tuck the edge in any way if the diameter of the circle is slightly larger than the diameter of the pizza machine itself.

bought for a long time, and not me. so I won't tell. I cut out circles from it for the dryer for marshmallow and herbs. the advice above is the thing. BUT! under no circumstances fold it when buying. just roll it up. I do not fold them when using them. as all teflon mats. the folds develop cracks over time.

Mrs. Addams, such a cool recipe! Can only CZ flour be used? I am ashamed to say, I do not know the difference between the usual and the central locking system (except that the second is more expensive).

Girls, our Sveta is in trouble.
Take a look, please to this topic, at least support me with a kind word.

Dear girls, let's be gentle with each other's findings. Because if the reviews are in line with: "nafig need to use the fan," then figs who will share. Each has its own convenience: different finds are needed, different finds are important. And together we are one friendly family

Marysya27, I join, there are very useful advice, to which my mind would go for years.
Mrs. Addams
Deana, no, of course, you can also not whole grain
Quote: Admin
Whole grain flour is flour ground from whole grains of wheat, rye and many other grains and even seeds!
It is much easier to replace flour with ordinary flour in the CH version than vice versa (it will take a little more in quantity than CH; and the amount of soda / baking powder can be slightly reduced) - I can not help specifically in terms of quantity, since I have not baked for a long time nothing from ordinary flour
