Ingredients

flour 280 g
margarine (or butter) 250g
powdered sugar (sugar is also possible, but it will not dissolve very much) 150g
coconut flakes 100g

  • Chop flour with butter, add powdered sugar, coconut, eggs and knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. I tried to make a batch in HP in dumplings mode - do not repeat my experience. At first I was delighted, then the margarine began to melt and the dough began to smear along the bottom of the bucket. In general, it is easier, easier to do it with your hands, and then you do not need to wash anything.

  • Roll out the cooled dough in a thin layer (no more than 0.5 cm) and cut out the molds (I have no forms, so I did it classically with a glass)
  • Top can be decorated with sesame seeds, nuts, poppy seeds, etc. and lightly rolled with a rolling pin to fix in the dough.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 * for 15 minutes until golden brown.
