Ingredients

wheat flour 260 g
baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 2-3 tsp
salt 1 tsp
milk 160 ml
refined vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
flax seeds 4 tsp
fried sesame 4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cracker, just a cracker
  • Knead a loose dough from the indicated ingredients, keep it in a cold place for 30-40 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into parts, roll each part with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm. Cut the cookies with a knife or use molds, transfer to a baking sheet. Be sure to chop the blanks, I did it with a fork.

  • Bake crackers in preheated to 200 degrees. oven without convection for about 12-14 minutes until golden brown.

I've been baking this cracker for a long time. The cracker is delicious, crispy, slightly sweet, it flies into your mouth like seeds, you can't stop.
Sesame for cracker must be fried until light beige! I advise you to do this in a pan, and not in a microwave. In the microwave, it is very easy to burn sesame seeds, especially in the middle, and ruin the plate (today a glass of water and a plastic bowl have died the death of the brave).
In today's photos for publication, I have a cracker without flax seeds, they were not available, but instead I added fiber from flax seeds. But in the old photo crackers with flax seeds, they really decorate the taste.

Premium wheat flour can be replaced with 1st grade flour or add a little whole grain.

Ilmira, there is no egg binder in the recipe. I'm afraid that it will be problematic to roll out the dough into a thin cake without wheat flour at all. If you do a replacement, then only parts of the flour. You can try substituting whole grain flour, it does contain gluten. But I would not risk one rice or buckwheat. Although ... but try half the recipe and tell me.
