So ... I'll try and do EVERYTHING for you!
Natalo4-ka
One snag, there is no such jar where they could shove me hee-hee, I'm a young lady out of condition)))
Elena Kadiewa
Nonsense!
You just need a jar more!
Lichka
Quote: Elena Kadiewa

Angela, did you add sea buckthorn to the rustic berries?
I wrote inaccurately, added a handful of sea buckthorn tea, and in it sea buckthorn berries, but just a little.

Quote: Natalo4-ka
Lichka, I'm so happy for you! What delicious teas! And how delicious they said, lovely.

Yeah, about a tea jar where you want to live, I would not have thought of it!
Yuri K
Girls, but I've recently started adding a little Hibiscus to my teas. Both beautiful and tasty. This is because someone from the acquaintances who drink my tea said that they added and the taste somehow became richer with this additive, without interrupting the taste of the main tea. I tried it, I liked it very much.

Yuri K,
Radushka
Hello everyone!
I'm back! As soon as I disassemble the photos, I will change the avatar
Alder teas have become my favorites!
We are now drinking a mix with the addition of only 10% ivanushka, made last year. It's something with something!
They promise to send me another parcel with a fireweed bush for planting. Hurry summer!

The Red Sea seems to be incompatible with disease. All my ailments there passed through the day after arrival at all!

Radushka,
How could you?!
What about raspberries?
Elena Kadiewa
Radushkaare you moving now? to the Red Sea? and we?
Radushka
Light, raspberry and alder won't work, anyway, you need to add a pear (which I did). It turned out great!

And me ... will you take me ?! I also want to be warm!

Girls, and I have a joke! This year I made little tea, I'm afraid to go to the forest alone, but my husband has no time ...
So we tasted the teas! Now even those who try it for the first time are asking for it and somehow there was no reaction ...
And my tea is LITTLE! And raspberries, in general, are sacred! And what to do with the petitioners ...
Elena Kadiewa
Radushka, second move? I have not yet moved here with all my staff ... but if again? mine will not understand me!
Elena_Kamch, Lenus, this is a disease! Toad ... True, it begins by spring. .. and yours is early!
Refuse! I learned...
Elena_Kamch
We have known the toad for a long time. But here I really have nothing to drink myself And they ask - well, at least a pinch!
And now you probably have both apple and cherry trees growing ..
This year I made razik cherry + raspberry, the cherry aroma is barely audible. The leaves are not fragrant here
Elena Kadiewa
Yeah, they are growing. But I made very little tea - I just really didn't have enough time.
But-that's enough for me!
Radushka
Quote: Elena_Kamch
And raspberries, in general, are sacred!
That's it!
Quote: Elena_Kamch
what to do with the petitioners ...
Nothing to do. Let them wait for the next season and go with you to the forest. Do you have blackberries?
Quote: Elena Kadiewa
mine won't understand me
Well, there are some troubles. from June (sometimes from May) to October - hot weather. And our diseases go away, because the air is dry, clean, the water is also so clean that at a depth of 25 meters you can see how divers are swarming. Well, and ... you swim in the aquarium for HOURS. The back is unloaded. In short, it's good to rest there. And to live ... well, it's better to live where you were born. I'm sure.
Elena_Kamch
Quote: Radushka
do you grow blackberries?
Nope
Okay, I'll guard my supplies
Podmosvichka
The other day I took off the barberry mono from the battery. Today I brewed a small fraction.
I liked it very much. Without standing, but the fruity aroma is already caught
And the taste is very pleasant, with a slight sourness. The color is rich, with a little haze.
Fermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class) The house is cold. Steamed.

The raw material was 700 grams. Next year, if I am in good health, I will definitely do more. I have 15 bushes, there is where to turn around. You just need to get thick leather gloves. I stuck all my fingers with thorns, then I had to pull out with tweezers

I have two more drawers in the freezer full. I can't figure it out
Raspberry, strawberry, plum, cherry plum, quince, pear, cherry, blackthorn, alder. I want to make it rustic in equal proportions.
And another question. It's spring on the street, the buds on the currants have opened. I cut out old branches on two bushes, peeled off the buds. Dry. How best to use them - add them separately, or spin them with the leaves?
There are young leaves on the raspberries. Skinned, what good to waste
Radushka
Podmosvichka, Elena, I rejuvenate my bush (one, but ... two meters higher than me) in two or three steps.
I do not cut out those trunks that I have outlined for removal at once, but shorten them somewhere in four (in the spring). On the remaining "hemp" young shoots grow with large (relatively) leaves and soft (still green) needles. From them I take raw materials for tea. In the fall, I cut it off the ground.

Podmosvichka, if the kidneys are added separately, then the taste-aroma will be stronger I think
Podmosvichka
Thank you, I understood, let them dry.
Linadoc
Quote: Radushka

What's that? I have just such a combination of green stewed tea. Sooooo delicious! Yur, confirm! I thought about adding it to other mixes, but you can brew it just one.
Quote: Radushka

Exactly! I did just that, aromaaaaaat!
Radushka
Linadoc, Linochka, I mean, you won't get granules, and you won't get tea!
That's what it means, I haven't come here for a long time! Already the thought "I miss"
Podmosvichka
Quote: Linadoc
I did so, aromaaaaaat
And added to the total mass in a jar or teapot?
Linadoc
Quote: Radushka

Normal granules! Loose, but granules.
Quote: Podmoskvichka
added to the total mass in a jar or teapot?
And so and so! It tastes better in the kettle, because the proportion of these components is higher than the addition to the mix. I make almost 50/50 in the kettle.
Yuri K

I confirm! Moreover, for my taste - the most one sent by you!
Linadoc

And someone argued that "green tea is not very good"
You see, you can't judge anything right away. We have to wait and try different options, and only then draw conclusions. I also thought that stewed alder tea would be just an additive, but no! Decent standalone tea.
Yuri K
Quote: Linadoc
And someone argued that "green tea is not very good"
Huh! So it was about Zaokiyan teas! And I could only compare with black ones. And here? And here everything is completely different, starting with the absence of caffeine and ending with the taste!

Girls, please help a newcomer with a choice this year for the first time stumbled upon teas. Exactly what is described in the first posts with a photo. I saw somewhere else - at the forum recently, I did not think that it was so voluminous this summer it was very cold and the harvest did not happen. On bezrybe, she bored what she could, raspberries, viburnum, currants, mint, cherries, walnuts, apple trees and blackberries. Made the whole granular. Of course, what happened - I'm still not very good at identifying the strongest smell. Already sniffed with my daughter, as best they could. We're using it now. I really interfere with the black shop. next season I will try again. The question is - you need to choose a meat grinder for this business. Daughter is scared to use - she could barely cope until now they have not bought the last of the 3 spare bushings. Tell me which meat grinder to take? That would be both for meat and tea.
Ps - the most delicious cherry turned out - a very pleasant smell mixed with black
I understand that there is only about tea, but there are a lot of meat grinders ... but I'm not a very experienced user yet
Radushka
kartinka, before tea I had no electric grinder at all. And it was bought especially for tea. I don’t twist the meat on it and I’m not going to. I exploit my husband. Twists on manual.
I have a DEX meat grinder - DMG 155Q. Three full seasons to wear. Satisfied. Nothing broke. Twice, while adapting to the reverse, it turned off when the auger was blocked. I was scared that I broke. But when it cooled down, it worked normally again. I am sure that she can handle the meat too. But, we do not do so much minced meat, and if suddenly something ... how will I turn the tea? Shore!
Melissa
Guys! I finally bought it! I put off 4 months money from my salary, because it was inconvenient for me to take so much for a meat grinder from the family budget at once, because I wanted the best, most powerful and reliable one. And in the freezer, there were stocks of blackberry leaves, on which my old meat grinder and strawberry leaves, collected with such difficulty, died. Therefore, of course, as soon as I bought it, I immediately tested it for performance, endurance and power. It's just a fairy tale! - in 10 minutes she twisted me first the leaves of the blackberry, then the strawberries. No visible effort at all. A little warmed up and that's it. In total, 2 trays of blackberries and strawberries turned out. I quickly sewed 2 bags and poured my precious teas into it. In general, I am unspeakably satisfied and already looking forward to the start of the new tea season.)) I will try to twist the mixes. It will be interesting for me to compare them. Now the pictures.

And the teas turned out great!
I wish you large preparations in the new season.

And I brought the box to experienced tea-makers to show off their debut, but I don't know how to insert pictures. She pulled out a grape (I forgot about it) and brewed it - it became soooo dark, though the smell - there is no obvious henna, but sourness: girl_red: but I put a spoon on the cup - but I need to dilute it !! .. I forgot about it - as in September at the beginning I laid it down, I just pulled it out. Then it was generally slightly colored, or so-yellowish tone .... I will now try a blender on a tip, I ordered it now for tea and the ice cream is already frozen. I thought, I'll treat you deliciously to tea, but I still can't find how to insert them into a meat grinder conversation ... Girls, help!

I tried, yes ... you can't treat that tea. The color is beautiful, clean, the smell is weak henna compared to only dried henna (there was an obvious smell of such Iranian henna-1x1) but it tasted, if not for the sourness (after cooking, there was not tea, but water, for hot heat, just right , very similar to water with lemon) and here .... some kind of nonsense from the wingrad turned out
Linadoc

Melissa, what is your model?

Well, it's kind of like not to get acquainted with empty hands

Where are the pictures? I seem to have pressed everything correctly
olya-s-kostopolya
I have a Zelmer - the best for me! Bosch died, Vitek is weak, Mom's Belarusian is also weak
kartinka
olya-s-kostopolya, here at the daughter Zelmer three bushings and barked ordered, we are waiting ...: girl_in_dreams: I screwed up the manual more than half I want to be more reliable. Moreover, the zelmer smiled on the cherry - it is not difficult to twist it in comparison with others (as it seemed to me)

Yesterday they brought a fragrant present, people know that I am fond of teas Certainly not fermented oregano, but also wonderful! Next season I will try to ferment in mixes, but this one I didn't manage to go after her.

And here I dabble in tea! and with alder!
This is something ... and astringency, and strength, and color, and even aroma! ... no words, only interjections and drooling ...
The Snow Maiden has already sent me a New Year's gift!

Yuri, don't we seem to ferment oregano? although ... what do we do not to get tea!
Moulinex was with me, grunted on Herculean flakes, a little different from what they showed.
Radushka
Elena Kadiewa, Yes! Tea with the addition of alder - something with something!
For a special "consumer" I made pear + raspberry + alder + monarda (bergamot). I won't drink that myself. I don't like bergamot. And the "consumer" tried and approved. True, I'm not giving it out yet. Let it rest until February.
By the way, I like it when the aromatic herbs are fermented along with the main composition. The aftertaste remains without the aroma hitting the nose. True, I don't add a lot of flavorings. About 5%, not more

Yuri, don't we seem to ferment oregano? although...
Yes? It's a pity, I still have a hay aftertaste in just dried, but in general - the same ether-containing herb as mint, lavender, thyme, sage ... Why not ferment? Or is the aroma greatly modified? I looked through the search, I did not see many reviews, unfortunately.

Quote: Elena Kadiewa

Alder was replaced by late blackberry, at all points And in color, probably only geranium can be compared with pitch black blackberry
By the way, the mono strawberry gave me a surprisingly powerful dark color.
sweet_blondy
I didn’t like the fermented oregano ... although I might have overheated it), according to Zacharius, I hardened it near the battery) the field mint changed gorgeous! but oregano is somehow incomprehensible ...
my favorite weed
Yuri K
Nice weed. Maybe I won't ferment, but I will quench it at least three times.
My top of the essential additives for teas: fermented thyme, fermented field mint, dried oregano. St. John's wort somehow by ... did not like it at all (just dried)
Natalo4-ka
I read about oregano that you can't keep it brewed for a long time, you can only drink it fresh. Well, I brew all the teas 3-4 times, pour three-ruble notes into cans and into the refrigerator. Enough for a couple of days. Therefore, for myself, I decided to ferment oregano separately and add it to ready-made hot tea.
I also noticed that the most aromatic it is obtained after fermentation, collected at the beginning of flowering, the longer it blooms, the weaker the aroma.
Well, you should not neglect the info for contraindications, the herb is still medicinal, although it has undergone fermentation.
I also love her dearly))
Linadoc

Well, of course we ferment like any spicy aromatic herb! And best of all in mixes with others. What about my "frosty" and without mint? Anya writes correctly! And 5% is exactly the dose that is needed
Quote: Yuri K
St. John's wort somehow by
St. John's wort is not a spicy aromatic herb at all, but an opiate. Be careful with him! And indeed it is not fragrant
Quote: sweet_blondy
I didn't like the fermented oregano
All spicy-aromatic herbs are very individual.Someone likes one thing, someone else. And I don't like it individually either. Here I am very, very much lavender, and Yuri did not like very much. And our Lyuda is not very mint, and I everywhere with pleasure.
Quote: Natalo4-ka
I read about oregano that it cannot be kept brewed for a long time, drink only fresh
Any spicy aromatic herb should be drunk freshly. Essential oils evaporate and no taste or aroma remains. And as a medicinal raw material, their dried ones should be used, but then they are already without essential oils at all, so it doesn't matter what kind of tea leaves to drink.
Quote: sweet_blondy
field mint has changed gorgeous!
I love mint very much in mixes, but this year I also added it to vegetable jam by analogy with candied zucchini and it turned out to be just delicious
Quote: Yuri K
Alder was replaced by late blackberries, at all points
Oh, Yura, don't come up with it! They are not completely interchangeable. Here they are combined perfectly, this is a fact, but each has its own taste and aroma. There is little that can be compared with alder, and even more so with blackberries. Blackberries, even autumn ones, have no such aroma, no such taste, no astringency, no aftertaste like alder
Quote: Elena Kadiewa

I’m not good, I’m angry. I’m not inventing anything, I didn’t clearly express the idea. I mean, in the absence of alder, for me the blackberry is a lifesaver both in aroma (it is excellent!), And in appearance of the tea leaves - dark

From those times ... Opiate? So the same can be slapped by epaulettes like a collector of precursors
They stunned me today, I need to read it urgently, interesting! In general, I only read about alkaloids, I hear about opiates for the first time.
