, there is a little mono leaf mulberry, tomorrow I'll brew and unsubscribe.
I brewed mulberry, the color is like that of black tea, of medium intensity, the aroma is weak, not pronounced, more like a fruity one, but there is no pumpkin aroma. I brewed cherries with strawberries and added brewed mulberries, sooo aromatic and delicious.

Mono pear tea should be tried no earlier than a month later. Our leaves were not wild, but a wild tree. My tea has a good industrial tea scent. This tea was one of my first teas and I screwed up a lot in making it. It was a pity to throw it out because of the spent tons. But a month later, it turned into almost elite tea. Lyudmila often repeats that she would not drink the tea she just made, that she would not be disappointed. But how to resist ?! I drink (no willpower).
I tried it right away, and the present one - made back in May, and according to Zakhar. The aroma is good. But I don't like the taste ... I add a little. So I thought that the pear would open with raspberries. But it's a pity to translate raspberries.
I really like plums and mulberries and mixes. Well, and raspberries, of course, are beyond competition.

similar to fruity, but no pumpkin aroma.
I also brewed mulberries in the morning. I can't describe the taste, smell, not pumpkin, but something familiar, but I can't remember. Elusive. Something with memory. Begins.

Recently I left for a week - I hid the stash in a new place. I arrived and searched for two days. But when I was hiding I remembered exactly where.

A month later, the taste changed, became softer. So far, I have strawberries in first place.

And I was away from home for almost a month, we arrived and now we cannot tear ourselves away from the teas that we have prepared! How delicious they are! I mix them and drink in the form in which they were prepared. Delicious!
Honestly, I don't want shop tea (even expensive)!
francevna
Natusichka, and how good it is when there is a lot of different tea. Every time our seagulls are like a holiday.
I think that our Lyudochka in Alma-Ata is now making tea from apricots and grapes. How the Internet will work for her, so she will share with us.

... In general, re-read the recipe.
elena kadiewa, if you only knew how many times I re-read the recipe! Moreover, I also took notes and highlighted the main thing. But what can you do if there is a hole in your head? Well, that's all ..
I hope that the convection mode will save the situation a little, it blows air out of the crack well.
Read and track all messages in all topics for tea. I also read the Tea Gazebo (though not always notifications come). So you don’t think, I don’t ignore the information, I really read. And my computer is always open at the place where the process that is currently taking place is described.
I just did a hundred things at the same time, so I forgot.

Thank you very much for your advice and support!

Elena Kadiewa
mylik.sv, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend.
mylik.sv
elena kadiewa, Helen, I was not offended at all, really!
For some reason, I wrote, as if I was making excuses.
It's just so offensive that I really read a hundred times, made an extract for myself and still blunted it, such a fool ..

And I have one composition, but everyone tastes different
I have another problem, which mixes, from 6 and above, I don’t do, the output is almost one (without the characteristic differences of its constituent elements).

mylik.sv, Elena, I had no doubts And forgetfulness can happen to everyone Human factor ..., where can we go without it
I, too, recently, having arrived late from the dacha (and the next day early to work), something got confused all over and stuffed the bag with the collected leaves straight into the freezer instead of withering. I came to my senses only in the morning! I think it was me yesterday who dealt with the leaves so quickly
mylik.sv
Elena_Kamch,
Today, after work, my husband and I hurried to the dacha, and with fright I picked up as many as 3 huge bags of different leaves!
While they are standing on the balcony, and tomorrow all this stuff will have to be washed, otherwise it is painfully dirty, dried out and spread out to wither. I can't imagine where so much space can be found.
And it's a pity that washing-drying will take so much extra time!

Yes, that's for sure! I'm worried about the lack of space in the freezer. I scored any frost, but the leaves do not fit in the right amount
mylik.sv
By the way, yes, I have the same problem.
This time I have a lot of narwhal raspberries, currants, too. And the pear-apple tree is already tough. More grapes too. I'm afraid for my grinder.

I'm afraid for my meat grinder
I'll have to grind thoughtfully and slowly.I realized that when I take a loose pile of leaves, everything goes much easier
Seberia
Girls, making raspberries using the Zechariah method. Doubts arose
Collected, wilted, frozen in bags. Now the packages are warm on the stove - they are thawing. What is embarrassing - they do not sweat from the inside of the bag and do not darken.
Is everything all right? Calm me down

Is everything all right?
Seberia, Elena, I think yes. Some of them also did not darken (the mixture was).
Seberia
Light, thanks means everything is going according to plan

Seberia, Elena,
Zachary
Everything is fine, look less at the sheet, and give more preference to its freezing and defrosting, the sheet will take its own.

SOS ... after withering and freezing, Ivan's tea leaves stand up as a sticky lump in a manual meat grinder and do not come out, I had to pick out all this sticky mass and put it in a glass for fermentation, it did not warm up for a day, but it darkened, there is no smell .. dried it on the dish in the oven - I don't know what happened. how to scroll through the remaining leaves so as not to spoil? when dried, she held them until the middle vein began to bend, and squeezed into a fist, they crumbled.
lati
can combine with other leaves when twisted?

It's strange, fireweed always scrolls easily, maybe the knife is dull, it quickly dulls from herbs
Lyoshka
latiMaybe you put the knife on the other side?
Lyoshka
lati, And the leaves have moved away from the freeze? Or immediately put it into a meat grinder, maybe there is a reason to tear the leaves and dry them a little (10 minutes in the dryer) and then into a meat grinder
Lyoshka
lati, Roll everything into sausage and cut with a knife by 1 cm - and dry, rub the leaves when drying (the leaf dries quickly); you don't need to dry it out (leave it for tomorrow) - it will be slightly fermented right on the baking sheet
Lyoshka
francevna, filirina, About sea buckthorn leaves: Like all hard leaves I put in the freezer (I let air out of the bag and wrinkle the leaf), thaw it with my hands and again wrinkle it in the freezer. The juice will come out and the smell will be, then I take it out, cut the leaves and dry. All. It turns out sheet. Temperature 55-70 * С
francevna
Alexei, you can't cut a sea buckthorn leaf at all
But I also cut a silver goose, I made my life difficult
lati
Thanks for the advice, I will try what I can accomplish.

I forgot to brag!
On Sunday, at the market, I came across a bush that I had never met before, but familiar from the pictures. I ask my aunt what is it? Says badan!
What happiness !!! After all, the day before, while rereading this topic on the sly, I just thought that since I’m not seeing Ivan's tea, then at least where to get and plant this badan. I took that bush from her, and even for a purely symbolic price! I have already planted it, I really hope that it will take over and grow under my apple tree. Now I will wait for spring to taste tea made from fermented berry leaves.

Tatyana, if this happens in the future (perhaps your knife is dull), then do not worry, but take all this mass, cut it and put it in a bowl for fermentation.

nila, berry grows very well, my third year, already such a good bushFermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class)
This is June, it has grown over the summer.
Galina Iv.
elena kadiewa, Lena, but there is no tea from it ..
MariV
Badan? What another!
Galina Iv.
MariV, the taste is color ... for me nothing compared to ivan tea and raspberries
MariV
Galina Iv.is certainly different. But also delicious, made from red and brown leaves, already naturally fermented.

Damn it also blooms. Mine is already 2 years old but there was no question of flowering. I confess I didn't even think that this was possible in his cases.
Galina Iv.
Zachary, finally this is an ornamental plant that blooms beautifully in early spring)
Kokoschka
I came with a question! Now we are in another region and there is also a cherry with green leaves.
I wonder if you can still cook it? And like all the leaves probably
And something in the table of contents is a cherry, but some kind of felt
Galina Iv.
Kokoschka, Lily, urgently pick off all the leaves in the whole area, this is a very tasty tea, and the cherry, even though felt, is excellent, though not!
Linadoc
Felt - none, I tried.

I still brewed my long-suffering almost strawberry tea.
I was very worried that I screwed it up in a closed oven.
But, thank God, thanks to convection (it powerfully expelled the air) and the frequent opening of the door (I dried it in two floors and took out the upper baking sheet to mix the tea on the lower one), my tea turned out to be very good. The brew is dark, aroma and taste are pronounced and pleasant.
Many thanks again to everyone who supported and reassured me!
Nadyushich
And I don't really like 60% apple and 40% cherry tea! Cool, and color, and taste, and aroma!
Elena Kadiewa
And we drink last year's country and blackberry, what a different taste compared to the current, not yet infused teas!
Galyun, badan did not inspire me either, although in the spring I honestly collected brown leaves, last year's also lies. Baluvanny we are with you!
mylik.sv, well, how glad I am for your tea, no words. And still did? Well this is so to compare!
Nadyushich, I don't have an apple tree, but a cherry, it is such, any tea will decorate!
Radushka
Nelya, nila, the taste of badan tea is specific. Like nothing on earth. You may not like it. But, the plant is unpretentious, it does not require any special care, except for regular watering.
The tea is made simply by drying the brown (rotten) leaves after winter. But, I managed to get the same thing by picking green leaves and freezing-thawing 10 times without opening the bag. Then I just dried it in a dryer.
Zacharyif the berry does not bloom, it may be sitting in a dense shade. For flowering, he needs at least 3-4 hours of sun per day.
Almost 3 months have passed since I made tea from washed strawberries. The fishy smell is gone. And dry tea smells nice enough now. I brewed it. Very astringent and astringent. BUT ... anyway, I don't like it. I’ll probably add cherries to it.
Elena Kadiewa
Radushka, I very rarely water the berry, this year, on the contrary, I was afraid that everything would rot.

I didn't like badan either ...

elena kadiewa, I used to show my tea in the topic here.
Then she made mint and lemon balm from apple, cherry-apple, raspberry and without fermentation.
Now frozen is a mix of grapes-apple-cherry-pear-raspberry-black and red currant-strawberry.Previously, soap-dried-dried leaves. The raw material of narwhal is about 2.5-3 kg. If nothing interferes, I'll make tea tomorrow.
