I tried everything I could: fireweed, raspberries and forest currants, bird cherry, cherry, black chokeberry, pear, strawberry, viburnum, mint, apple and blackthorn. These teas have become a godsend for our family. They are so self-sufficient that they do not need sweets or jam. They are delicious and nutritious.On my own, I noticed that I was eating less and I almost didn't want fruit at all, all gastrointestinal problems disappeared and my skin became better!
Fermentation Methods Your Best — The experience is worth a lot. Tried sweating in the bag. At first, the aroma is gorgeous apple-pear, but after drying, an unpleasant smell of debate remains. I did it differently: overnight in a bag, a blanket, a pillow, in the morning a meat grinder, fermentation 2.4 and 6 hours, the result is the same. There will be 4 kilo of such tea!
