Spicy chickpeas with spinach

Ingredients

Chickpea 150 g
Frozen spinach 150 g
Onion 1 PC.
Garlic 1 tooth
Zira 1h l.
Coriander beans 1 \ 2h. l.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Salt pepper taste
Lemon juice (not used) 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight. Drain, add fresh water and cook for 1-1.5 hours until tender. I slow cooked for 8 hours on Lowe.
  • Finely chop the onion. Squeeze the garlic through a press. Cease and coriander in a mortar.
  • In a frying pan, fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft. Add garlic and spices. Fry together.
  • Add spinach (I didn't defrost it). Fry, stirring occasionally until spinach is soft.
  • Put chickpeas with spinach, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Keep on fire for 3 minutes and leave covered for another 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice when serving.
  • Delicious!!!

I like to boil chickpeas without salt, then put them in small portions on a small plate, add some Adyghe salt to it and click like seeds in front of the TV. I eat it lukewarm, that's why I'll spread it in small portions.
