Ingredients

Boiled rice (smudge)
Krasnodar varieties
1 measuring cup
Multigrain flakes "5-7 cereals" 1-2 handfuls
Fresh milk 900 ml
Salt taste
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Butter 20 g

Cooking method

  • Pour salt, sugar, rice into hot milk and let the rice steam.
  • Add flakes "5-7 cereals", mix again so that the porridge is homogeneous in consistency.
  • Add butter in pieces on top of the porridge, and bring until tender, steam the porridge under the lid.

Note

In fact, it was planned just rice porridge with milk. But, when the rice steamed, it became clear that there was too much milk, and the porridge looked more like rice soup.

She remembered that she was preparing semolina porridge with cereals, and decided to use cereals in this situation.

Porridge turned out to be "Hurray"!

For myself, I concluded that if you need to thicken any porridge - add flakes. And tasty and healthy!
