I love this dish very much!
I did it with zucchini, boiled it, but no, you don't need to cook zucchini spaghetti! But in a micro, I think, although I have not done it yet, it will turn out what we need! Mix cherry, avocado and zucchini and into micra. Top with parmesan cheese.

Girls and, I wait, I wait here, and you are all silent. Has anyone tried to spiral pears?
Lerele
Ilmirushka, well, I don’t have a horizontal one, I spiral pears, one was generally super spiral, it was hard, the second was soft, half was ok, the second was broken up.
So my soft pears do not cut.
Masha Ivanova
Ilmirushka, Ilmira! Someone wrote a long time ago that hard pears can be coiled.
Ilmirushka
Lerele, and there is no difference on which nozzle to spiral? I’m thinking to myself, sprinkle the apple with a wide ribbon, sprinkle with lemon juice, and also the pear, roll the ribbons together into roses, and squeeze out the cream beautifully on top, why not a dessert! It will work - it will not work

Oh, girls, such a heated discussion, I can't even find who advised zucchini in the microscope (like it was Sveta Lisichkalal,, but I could be wrong), thank you so much! I've never eaten so many zucchini! It turned out to be so yummy! On their basis, you can also make a warm salad.
Dina is very nice :)
marina-mm
Ilmirushka, Ilmira, I spiral and pear and tomatoes.
The pear passed well, it seemed to be 3 mm, it was dense and juicy, it turned out great, so I immediately tried to spiral the apple in order to put them in a salad together, the apple broke everything, such a fruit was not dense, it all depends on the quality of the fruit.
Spiral tomatoes regularly on a coarse grater, especially dense winter fruits.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/gallery/albums/userpics/69986/20180407_214717.jpg Here is a cucumber, onion and pepper on the left, and a tomato on the right.
I insert the stalk into the grater, a circle remains on the holder from the butt of the tomato, since the entire pulp is cut and part of it leaves with juice. Then I cut this circle with a knife into the same salad, there is practically no rod, there is a stalk for discarding. I put the spiralizer on a tray, pour the resulting juice into a bowl for the salad, let the tomato juice be sure, but I still like to spiral it.

bangs, thank you very much for such a great review.
Lerele
Ilmirushka, I'm noodles, not a spiral ribbon, I won't tell you.
By the way, maybe the tape would have turned out better
There is no pear to taste at home.

bangs, Natasha! Thanks for the great review!
A question for you, as the owner of discs of different sizes. Does the carrot cut on a 2 by 2 mm disc (Kenwood) and 3 by 2 mm (Gemlux) seem to differ significantly? Which disc is the best choice for Korean carrots?
bangs
leostrog, !
I hope there are answers to the questions that you (and I) have.

More than once I cooked it in a flat spiral as a deep-fried side dish, and I even remember exactly that there was a photo, but I couldn't find it - apparently, not here. I also cooked like this: Spiral potatoes with bacon
By the way, regarding the vegetable tape, it is also convenient to use it here:
Vegetable pie "Flower meadow"
(dopleta)
Larissa, thank you. We do not do deep frying. But the potatoes with bacon should be awesome :) I am silent about the pie, I have been admiring it for a long time.
I wonder if you can just bake these potato ribbons in the oven? Cover the top with a falga or not? Grease fry with oil? what is the temperature? I really like these tapes and now I figure out how to feed the children with them, so as not to strain too much.

marlanca, Galina, congratulations on a great purchase!

Masha Ivanov- Elena, Thank you !

The Kenwood 2x2 nozzle is rectangular in shape (gray cone), and the Gemlux 3x2 (black cone) is kind of rounded in one part (and because of this, it seemed to me that the spirals are juicier).

.

Therefore, probably, both will do. Before the Kenwood nozzle, I did it on 3x2, but the "wave" nozzle gives an interesting effect, when everything comes out on the "spaghetti": it is 2x2, but also slightly rounded ...

left - 2x2, and right - "wave"

I liked to wrap spring rolls with steamed vegetables rather than chopped ones. Convenient.
Cucumbers cut into strips, peppers always popped out of me somewhere), and the coiled ones turned so gloriously.

salad of multi-colored peppers - red, yellow and green.

Fennel Tuber Salad - Now it's worth trying to chop the fennel with a spiralizer.

These tubers are built like a bulb, but are much more firm and dense.
Such salads are very popular with us, because they are tasty and healthy and low in calories (fennel -31 kcal / 100g).
Fennel is cut, poured with lemon juice and grown. butter, sprinkle with salt and cook until soft in a microwave oven. Served both warm and cold.
Has a distinct smell of anise. I hate such a salad precisely because of the smell of anise, and my daughter adores it.

Accomplishment
Lerele, why be embarrassed?
Here, it would seem, what is easier - grated carrots with an egg ?! But with the spiralizer I definitely started playing with new colors! Just great !!!
Alycha
The spiral cutter (slicer) of vegetables and fruits Spiromat (Spiromat) I only rub carrots of cabbage beets on it. Onion pepper fennel does not work - it gets stuck breaks everything somehow goes wrong. And the zucchini is very easy

Very strange. here many have Spiromat (German, right?), and pepper and onion are perfectly cut! I don't like fennel either, not spiral.
Accomplishment
Alycha, Ella, and what insert do you use? I cut onions and peppers perfectly with a horizontal mechanical Salter, but only with a basic insert - just a flat knife. Grated inserts are really not suitable for these vegetables!

Salad

Lerele, great salad! Maybe today I'll try to make an average snack after school. It seems easy, satisfying and healthy! Well, I'll try it myself at the same time I'm sure it will be delicious
Masha Ivanova
Now in the evenings we will all sit at the TV and slowly plan everything with a knife, trying to give an oval shape. Cheese, say, or whatever ... And in the morning, rather spiral, spiral, spiral everything.
Lerele
Accomplishment, Svetlenki, Thank you!! I really liked the salad, but it's so simple that I thought for a long time whether to exhibit it. I put it out from behind the spiralizer, let it be like an idea.
In general, I am very pleased, they often look for something for cutting carrots and onions into a soup harvester, so I have an onion on an alligator, I have it at my fingertips, but now the carrot is now only a spiral, it's very convenient, I have a ready-made apparatus , just put in the carrots and three, a couple of seconds and you're done, and cleaning is easy, just rinse.
Alycha
Elena thank you so much !!!!!! I really tried with graters. So hang on now, peppers and onions.

I want to tell you about the fun and the interesting:
Yesterday I received the ordered spiralizer. In the end, I still ordered Bella from eBay (according to the link given here by kind people, God bless them).
🔗
It cost £ 59 with delivery. from. (practically the device cost 29 - the device itself and another 28 with kopecks - delivery). Expensive.
Originally thought of Russel Hobbs or Kenwood attachment. but the option of a light and small device won out. Russel has great reviews. but everyone writes that it is very bulky, and my kitchen is tiny and some of the kitchen units generally live on the balcony (my cast-iron dutch ovens and attachments for the Philips combine). It does not "grow together" with the Kenwood attachment either. since he has problems with fur. partly (this is how it stands in the workshop, since the importer does not have this gear). so there was only one way to buy Bella.
Already today I took the device to the workshop, where they changed my native English plug to an Israeli one in 5 minutes. It's more convenient for me. I didn't want to mess around with the adapter all the time.

This piece of paper lay inside the top box.

So away with doubts - bring everything here!

Thanks again for the salad!

leostrog, and my congratulations!.

We are waiting for the implementation of the ideas voiced here:
"spirally cut beets, not boiled until cooked;
cut some sort of cheese;
salad of multi-colored peppers - red, yellow and green.
salad of multicolored carrots - purple, white and: traditional. "Mix just before serving so that there is a clear separation of colors.
Fennel Tuber Salad - Now it's worth trying to chop the fennel with a spiralizer. "

All this can be interesting!

And I also hope that you will share your recipe. zucchini pasta (zoodles) .

Lerele, agree ! Very comfortably !

After all, I must say, I got confused and even ordered a "toy" for "1 carrot", but it still costs from 3.05 in a box,
because it saves the spiralizer from all problems: "the device is ready, just put the carrot and three, a couple of seconds and everything is ready, and the cleaning is easy, just rinse it" (well, I couldn't help but quote).
Lerele
bangs, yes, in general, heavenly life has come, it is a pleasure to cook.
Now they would also come up with something to cleanse itself and that's it, paradise will come

Many thanks to all who congratulated. Thanks to your feedback and reviews, I was able to decide and buy the device.
I will try to try it this weekend. I hope I can make at least kohlrabi pasta.
Unfortunately, there is practically no energy and time left to experiment or write down recipes - I have two little granddaughters and this has become the "main project".

leostrog, If today I do not forget to buy beets, then I will try to make them from raw. In general, I like beets stewed to the state of al denete in a frying pan with sour cream, but I used to rub it on a combine for this, and I never did something like that on a spiromet.

If not leostrog, then maybe someone else will be useful. I bought beets and made them, but obviously thinking about something else, made them on a thick spiral and as a result, it took a long time to cook. I took raw beets.

Anya, how long is “long”? And in what way - cooking, steaming, in the microwave, in a frying pan?
Gata
Accomplishment, Elena, Well, longer than I expected. before that he made beets from the combine in this way. I already had all the sour cream thickened and I had to top up with water, but it still didn’t cook ... Maybe 15-20 minutes. I didn't time it. The method is simple - three raw beets and simmer in sour cream until al dente. Carcass on the stove in a tostodon skillet. Quite a bit of salt, or without it, but with garlic. I just love with garlic. If you like beets, it will be delicious.

Gata, Anya, everything is clear! Thanks for the answer!

Girls, I can't remember where I got the recipe bookmark from Chicken with zucchini in sour cream.
Either I found it myself, or someone brought it to this Temko. If the second - show up soon, I will thank!
An excellent recipe was perfect for a spiralizer. I cut the zucchini into a 7mm insert and simmered in the microwave while the fried onions were stewed with sour cream. Everything else is in accordance with the recipe.
Easy, simple, delicious!
