Vitamin salad

Ingredients

White cabbage 1 part
red cabbage 1 part
carrot 1 part
bulb onions 1 part
Sweet pepper 1 part
sugar, salt taste
citric acid or lemon juice taste
pepper and other spices on demand
unrefined vegetable oil better mix
greens

Cooking method

  • Sprinkle all vegetables with salt, sugar and citric acid (or pour over lemon juice). Stir gently without crushing. Everything should crunch. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Pour oil on my mixture of flaxseed, mustard, corn, sesame, olive and sunflower, mix and serve.
