Ingredients

Zucchini (zucchini) small 2 pcs.
Cucumbers - "hog" overripe 1 large
Small sweet pepper of different colors 2 pcs.
Hard tomato 1-2 pcs.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Bitter pepper 5-6 rings
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Aromatic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Dry herbs - spices, provencal herbs 1 tsp
Fresh dill a few twigs
Vegetable oil - for frying vegetables

Cooking method

  • Vegetable salad "Hot"
  • Zucchini, cucumber cut into 0.5 cm rings.
  • Cut the pepper into large strips.
  • Cut the tomato into half rings.

  • - We heat the oil in a pan, very quickly fry the zucchini, cucumbers, peppers, put the vegetables in a bowl. Fry the vegetables until they are light soft, do not overcook!
  • - Add half rings of raw tomatoes.
  • - Add hot peppers, chopped garlic, dry spices and herbs.
  • - Mix separately in a cup lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, mix.
  • - Add the vinegar mixture to the bowl with vegetables, add the dill sprigs - mix while the vegetables are still warm, so that the sugar has time to dissolve, and everything is saturated with goodies.
  • We taste and adjust, if we did something wrong ...
  • - We put the salad to infuse for about 30-40 minutes.
  • And if you let the salad cool and steep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, it will be very tasty!

Note

This salad prepares very quickly. While you are preparing dinner, the salad will have time to infuse and can be served as a side dish, or as an addition to a side dish.
