For sweet lovers.
It was in the technical school, the girls were making a cake - a layer of cookies, a layer of margarine, granulated sugar, and so on, on an empty stomach and with hot tea, better not.

I really like the recipe for satiated daddy cutlets

Oat cutlets "Well-fed dad"

The cutlets are very tasty and satisfying, and due to the garlic aroma they are a bit like meat cutlets.

Structure

oatmeal - 1 glass,
water (boiling water) - ~ 1 glass,
fresh champignons - 3-4 pcs,
potatoes - 1 pc,
onion - 1 pc,
garlic - 2 cloves,
greens,
salt,
freshly ground pepper,
vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

Pour oatmeal into a bowl or saucepan, pour boiling water over, cover and leave to swell for ~ 20-30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, wash and grate them on a fine grater.
Peel and finely grate the onion.
Cut the champignons into small cubes.
Chop the greens.
Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
Add potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms and herbs to the swollen oatmeal - mix well, salt and pepper.

The oat mass should not be too thick and not very liquid so that you can pick it up with a spoon.

Put oat cakes on a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil with a tablespoon.
Fry the cutlets over medium heat on one side until golden brown.
Turn over to the other side, fry for ~ 1 minute over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, cover and bring to readiness ~ 5 minutes

The cutlets can be served with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.

I remembered something. Inspired by oatmeal cutlets.

"Take note of the housewives. Vegetarian soup tastes better if boiled in meat broth."

Cook, in times of famine, I made such cutlets without mushrooms, without potatoes, and pre-fried the onions.
Now I will make it according to your recipe. Think honey mushrooms will do?
Ekaterina2
Interesting topic...
I always cook more oatmeal than necessary. The next morning I make pancakes out of the remains - you will lick your fingers! An egg, a little sugar, flour - and a hearty breakfast is ready. But I have never added it to bread, I must try it.

Think honey mushrooms will do?

Why not? I suppose they won't spoil the taste. I made it with mushrooms, boletus and boletus mushrooms. It was always delicious. Also add different seasonings.

I pour less water than the recipe. Probably such a Hercules, wrong.

If I have time, I always fry the onions.
IvaNova
Thank you for the pear salad (I magically went to the bird for lunch), and for the herculean cutlets (I persuaded for dinner)
Interestingly, if the tunics are fried in the oven, then at what temperature?
(my oven is excellent
as opposed to pans)
Gaby
The cook, the cutlets are excellent, I made a double portion right away, delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Such a Temka is a class !!!

And I brought you a recipe for budget cupcakes!

For the cupcakes we need:

one.Flour - 200 g
2. Sugar - 120 g
3. Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
4. Baking powder - 10 g
5. Hot water - 150 ml
6. Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
7. Any berries, fresh or frozen (I found cranberries!) - a handful

Instead of berries, you can add orange or lemon zest, and also pieces of chocolate, candied fruits, hard fruits (apples or pears) cut into pieces or a couple of teaspoons of cocoa. In general, there is no limit to imagination!

Everything is extremely simple.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Boil water.
3. Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
4. Mix vegetable oil and boiled water.
5. Pour water and oil into the dry mixture.
6. Knead the dough with a spoon. No need to whip!
7. Add berries, mix.
8. Lightly grease the form with vegetable oil. We spread the dough, filling the volume by 3/4. This amount of dough was enough for me 12 muffins.
9. We send to the oven for 15 minutes.
10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Cool the cupcakes slightly. We shift to a dish.
11. Sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar.

You can brew tea and enjoy!

Ax porridge

Ax porridge

And I also baked with lemon: the juice of half a lemon in the dough and grated zest. Vkuuuusno !!!

Yulianchik, does the custard dough turn out when the water is hot? Interesting recipe and lean. Thank you! Relevant now.
Yulianchik
marina-mm, it seems like custard, but it doesn't look like eclairs or profiteroles - after all, there are no eggs, no milk, no butter (margarine).

And advice - the main thing is not to dry them out!
marina-mm
Yulianchik, thanks for the advice, today I'll try

marina-mm, you're welcome! How do you try, underebe impressed?

These are my recipes:
CUTLETS "NOT FISH NOT MEAT"
Chop 5-6 onions into small cubes, stir with 3 eggs, add a little flour, salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan with a spoon. Then stew with gravy: fried onions, tomato paste, water.
No one can determine that it is fish or meat!
Cabbage Schnitzel.
Cut the stump in cabbage and cook in water or microwave (in a bag). Divide the leaves and cut out a thick vein. Salt each leaf with pepper, first dip in flour, then in an egg and fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan. Very tasty but not dietary :-)))
GREAT, THANK YOU!

The most budgetary option for minced meat:
300 g heart,
1 kg light
2-3 onions,
50-100 vegetable oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the lung into pieces and boil. We roll the raw (!) Heart and the boiled lung through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion. We mix, salt. pepper mince. You can add part of the broth. Use as you like: fry it with pasta or mashed potatoes, as a filling for pies, on a casserole.

There was a shortage of meat in childhood. And the cake with lungs went with a bang. Boiled lungs, twisted with onions (a lot of onions). And baked a big pie on the whole baking sheet
Now none of mine wants a cake like this.

and I want! Oh, how I want! Occasionally we only indulge in the bottom, the urea is increased, and so hot ...

When there is no meat in the house or there is no strength to cook it, and men demand ... I boil any crumbly porridge so that it lasts for 2 times. While the porridge is boiling, I fry A LOT of onions, boil 2-3 eggs. I put onions and finely chopped eggs, herbs in the porridge. Everything is mixed up and the hungry brethren are called. Usually enough for lunch and breakfast.

If there is still gravy from goulash, I cook rice on it, add herbs. Goes to breakfast for a sweet soul.

In my version, the lung is felt weak, the heart has a more meaty taste. Half of the fastidious doesn't notice the replacement of meat. They made pies - quite edible and tasty. Macaroni with this minced meat go with a bang. For the filling, you can add half a glass of boiled rice.

There is a variant of minced fish with fillers: fish 250-300g (fillet), cabbage 100g, onions 50g, carrots 50g, rolled oats 2-3 teaspoons (can be replaced with bread crumbs or bran). All through a meat grinder. Add 0.5-1 egg, salt, spices. It turns out to be watery. If it stands for 15 minutes, the oatmeal "draws in" part of the liquid. Then we fry like pancakes.
I often exclude carrots.

AND MY GRANDMA COOKED SUCH A SUPCH, I HAVE A FOOD IN THE 90s ALSO IN THE 90s, NOW TO GRAND-GRAND-GRAND VARYA. I peel a couple - three raw potatoes, cut into cubes and cook until tender in a little water, salt, add milk, a clove of garlic passed through a crusher, a piece of butter. Sometimes and finely chopped onions. Add the garlic and onion when the soup has already been removed from the heat and cooled down a little.

How do you try, share your impression?
Baked muffins with lingonberries. My fussy is not very good They say the consistency of the dough is not the same, I'll try to add more acids to the dough. Usually in lean baking, baking powder with sour juice-brine will raise the dough well. I just liked the idea of boiling water. I will experiment further ...

Just keep in mind that the color of the crumb bread can change a little

Girls, don't pour anything out. Although today I myself poured the broth with boiled potatoes. Balda! On it, such fragrant and lifting bread is obtained. And I make bread with brine from cabbage, according to Tumanova's recipe. At first I diluted 50 * 50 with water, and the other day I only baked it in brine. Rye-wheat 50 * 50, I always bake it. Delicious, rose, fried crust turned out. Only in this case did not add vinegar and salt quite a bit.
I also baked white in brine, only diluted 1 * 1 with water. It turned out to be delicious too, only smelled like cabbage pies. I like.

Here you need to choose the "right" filling. For me, the most delicious ones are with cranberries. The rest are either dryish, or dense ...

Would you mind sticking your nose at the recipe?

PS:
Yesterday I didn’t look for recipes for bread in brine from olives. I did it simply - I took the recipe I liked ("5 cereals"), replaced the liquid (it left both the liquid from the olives and the peas) and reduced the amount of salt by half. The bread is not the same as in milk (wetter), but very tasty. But it does not crumble. Although, I do not exclude that the humidity is due to the fact that I did not take it out of the HP right away (it was too late, I already drove off to sleep)
Thanks for the advice!

And my husband and I love and often make at the dacha just cold boiled potatoes with green onions and sunflower oil, preferably with a harmful one - with a smell, preferably from fried seeds. : nyam: The son does not understand - without meat ...

I also love jacket potatoes. When we first got married, I was embarrassed to cook it as a dish (I cooked it for salads). But somehow we came to our friends and there they made dumplings for lunch. And my grandmother cooked herself a little potatoes. My sons, at that time they were the oldest three years old, and the middle 2 (the youngest was not yet), ate all these potatoes with their grandmother with such appetite.Since then, I began to cook jacket potatoes as an independent dish

LASAGN FAST When I make dumplings or dumplings with the closing wheel Ax porridge, the strips of dough remaining after molding are dried. Then I use these uneven, not beautiful, double strips for a quick lasagna - I put these strips on the bottom of the multicooker in a layer of cm 2, then a mixture of onions and raw meat, again noodles and minced meat with onions = layer 3 fits well. I fill it either with water, or broth, or milk, or homemade tomato juice. The liquid level is slightly above the layers. I put on baking for 40 minutes. It turns out such a pie with a bright dumplings taste. Filling variations - according to taste and available products. You can also lay the classic lasagna filling.

That's a bastard, I started spinning completely and forgot about the dough !!! She took out a puff of yeast dough from the freezer, lay in the refrigerator for 3 days, swelled up ... We are sick, not to the test. Is there anything you can do, or just for throwing away?

I threw it away, it sour, soooo smell, horror.
