Such a little Filka has united so many girls into a wonderful company

Girls, baked milk makes great yogurt!
I am ashamed, but I don’t remember which of the girls taught me this here, all the same to that kind person

marinastom, RepeShock, devuli, I'm with you, I also love foam.
And take me

And I love
sveta-Lana
oh, girls, how many foam lovers have gathered here
since childhood I do not like foam, especially if they come across in milk soup or porridge, and I always threw them mercilessly
but now, when I had to throw away the froths from the baked milk, I somehow felt sorry for them, they are so plump and pretty, but although with regret, I still threw it away
but today, with your light hand, before throwing it away, I decided to try
girls, but I liked the ghee
but only melted, ordinary froth from boiled milk is still not in my favor
marinastom
I also really like to put porridge for the night, so that then I will stand on the Heating for an hour. Then at the bottom just such beige foams are formed. My husband and I almost have a fight, who froth ...
Nata1500
Girls, what kind of foam are they? Is the film on top?
marinastom
Usually yes. But it's in a saucepan.
For some reason, in multicooker, they are formed at the bottom and, when stirred, they float in the mass of porridge in such beige-brown clouds ...
RepeShock

I have never even formed at the bottom.
Or is it only if the porridge has been standing for a long time, Marina?
brendabaker
Virgin, who cooked NUT, tell me, plz, how to do it?
It's time to cook in 30 minutes, and I'm all in thought

RepeShock,
Ir, I had the same thing.
I put some kind of porridge to cook in Phillips and in Redmond to compare the results.
In Redmond, the porridge is smooth, and in Phillips, there is a cocoa-colored foam at the bottom. A porridge on top.
One cereal, one bottle of milk
Apparently different bowl coverings give different results?
Cifra
brendabaker, I cook soaked chickpeas at 90 degrees for 3-4 hours. During this time, it is completely boiled down for hummus.
Belka13
And I still can't peel off the sticker. Liquid detergents, soda, vodka, a steamer, sunflower oil, and waterproof makeup remover did not help.
RepeShock

I just rubbed it with my finger, long and tedious.
True, fresh, right away. There, these sticky pellets are formed, and they rubbed them to victory.
Belka13
Irina, I didn’t have time for a fresh one, but now I’m fiddling around for the third day - I can’t stand the long boring stupid work. Didn't expect such a toadstool from Phillips
vernisag
Ol, I rubbed with alcohol.
Belka13
Irina, and alcohol, and moonshine, and moonshine with chaga. Sits, you bastard, this glue is like a glove, and does not rub off. It's a pity to scratch. Should I try Amway? Maybe it will help?
brendabaker
Belka13,
It seems like they were taken with ordinary vegetable oil?
I saw somewhere in the subject. And then traces of oil detergent.
Cifra,
I put it on porridge for 1.5 hours, if it is not enough, then I cook it on MANUAL 90 ℃.
Have you tried it on MANUAL 80 ℃? It would be interesting to compare

I cooked for another 1.5 hours at MANUAL 90 ℃., That is, only 3 hours.
I cooked beetroot on the broth, and eat chickpeas with olive oil, herbs and soy sauce

Lock universal then try

Yesterday I was in the pantry with an electric kettle. I found how old he was and I don’t even know Zakuhany, grimy, wanted to throw it out. I turned it over, I look made in Germany, I think it might even work? Works!
Locomo laundered in 10 minutes, as good as new now

RepeShock

Oksana, there is no boiling at all. It seems to me that chickpeas will not cook for 80 grams.
Cifra
brendabaker, I haven't tried 80, I'm happy with 90
On porridge I am afraid all the time that it will foam and run away, and somehow I am not ready to oversee the process, so I don't even try. I cook all the legumes at 90 degrees.
marinastom
RepeShock, Irina, about the foams at the bottom. HZ from what are they formed? Perhaps from Heating, but sometimes without it. Milk?
Quote: Belka13
And I still can't peel off the sticker.
How I ripped. Also at first nothing. Rather, the upper part of the film was removed easily, but all the glue remained. Out of grief, I covered him with a piece of cling film and then decided to do something else. Three weeks later, everything is EXCELLENT lagging behind itself ...
Belka13
Marina, I have all the glue left, and I removed the cartoon in the closet, having previously glued the front part with a film. So, alas, it didn't help me. Something I have resistant to cleaning and cartoon alcohols
Rituslya
And I love the creams that form after boiling milk. They are so golden and crispy on the surface.
Belka13, Olik, bought Filka ?! Oh, congratulations!
And he lives in my closet. As he left there for permanent residence, he settled there.
brendabaker
)Cifra,
On porridge, my chickpeas do not foam and do not run away, they cook well, but 2 hours are not enough for him.
I had to manually brew it anyway, so I will continue to cook it right away on MANUAL 90 ℃ all 3 hours
RepeShock,
Ir, I cooked chickpeas in a slow cooker for 8 hours, but I didn't soak it first.
But now the jump has come, I don't remember which of its 2 modes.
Belka13
Rituslya, thanks. I bought it a thousand years ago - I cooked a casserole, calmed down, hid it from my husband's eyes. And yesterday I got it again. And she made a mess of cleansing
Seven-year plan
Girls! All stickers ... or rather the sticky layer ... I wipe it off only with gasoline! ... (there is a small bottle specially in the closet)
From all the new mugs, plates, glasses, well, and equipment ...
It does not corrode the surface (like acetone or nail polish remover), but it removes the glue the first time and cleanly!
brendabaker
And I have that from the first, that from the second sticker was turned off in one fell swoop.
Belka13
Girls, hurray! I managed! I wiped everything off! I found Cosmophen in my bins and in three minutes brought my cartoon into a great view!

Didn't Amveevsky's lock turn out to be a cheli?
Belka13
vernisag, Irina, this jar first caught my eye. In addition, it has a direct purpose - to wipe away plastic from traces of glue, labels, scotch tape, etc. And Lock is useful for other purposes.

I really liked how the soup was prepared from ready-made mixtures (rice, lentils, dry herbs):
Multicooker Philips HD3060 / 03 Avance Collection
Made half of the serving, added some turkey breast fillet.
Brought water (900 ml) with pieces of meat to a boil on porridge, 5 minutes,
She skimmed off the foam, put the mixture for the Italian soup in a boiling liquid (100g), stirred and transferred to MANUAL, 90 ℃, for 25 minutes.
Two good servings of stew with rice and red lentils

Virgin, it's Christmas time, somebody baked in Phillips 3060
ENGLISH Christmas Cupcake? Which then need to be stored for a couple of months?
I want to make half a portion from the book of Anna Kitaeva.
I would like not to miss the temperature and, can anyone bake a cupcake in Philips in silicone, or some other form? Is it possible or not?
Thank you in advance
vernisag
I didn't bake it in fillets, but in Panasonic, in my opinion, I baked it. I baked everywhere at once, there was a lot of dough. You can store it for a year or even several years, here is a topic about it

vernisag,
He doesn't always live to see Christmas here.

I had 4kg of it (the girls baked it more), it was stored for several months to eat as much, it is simply impossible, it is sooo nourishing, a couple of pieces and I don't want to.
The recipe on the link, this is a real English cake, it takes a very long time to prepare, it is baked for a long time and is stored for a long time. There are many unpretentious recipes, quick, not confusing.
At 12 we baked it, we had so much fun there, so interesting
Umochka
Girls, hello! It's time to cook cottage cheese at home .. I haven't been in the subject for a long time, I found several recipes by searching, but tell me, did anyone make cottage cheese from a recipe book? What's the result? And then in the subject everything is from kefir and from kefir, but at a pace. 75-80 degrees, in the book as much as 160 ... di and from sour cream with milk ...

vernisag, Irina, did you do it in Fillet? At what temperature, mode?
Seven-year plan
Svetlana, for many years I have been making cottage cheese in cartoons ...
In different ...
In any (like in the recipe that Irinka gave you) only heated.
About an hour, ten o'clock ... maybe in a little and less time ...
But this must be watched - as the whey began to move away and a clot formed (you cannot interfere !!!), then turn it off, pull out the pan, cool down and throw it back!
But I have always made kefir with milk in half ... more than half of kefir is possible, but not vice versa !!!
vernisag

Not in fillet, did not. So, what's the difference, turn on the heating and all and in africa almost the same in all cartoons.

Today I made baked milk for the first time in Filka, as there was not much of it. Usually I charge a five-liter cartoon.
Filechka is smart! Delicious milk prepared! 6 hours on Manual, 90 gr.
Following the advice I saw here, I put a napkin around the bowl to collect moisture. I don’t know who for the brilliant idea!

Thank you! But what happened to me ...
First I made it according to the recipe from the recipe book .. ran away (pipets .. for the first time filipok became dirty (((washed it in the night for two hours (I hate contaminated dishes) And no curdling. I took 1 liter of ultra-pasteurized milk + 150 g sour cream 20%. For 160g - this is a recipe from a book - there it ran away .. complete garbage.
Then I put it on heating for the night, it turned out 9 hours ... in short, sooo tasty upper foam (0.5 cm), very tasty lower foam (podzhraristaya). Instead of cottage cheese, it turned out like baked milk, a thick current. Tasty, of course, but I wanted cottage cheese! I think that "House in the village" DOESN'T HAVE REAL SWEETS ..! For 9 hours the milk did not ferment ... BUT Maybe you need to try other ratios of other brands.

I'll tell you more, there is practically no real milk in our stores either. Milk is made from whey + milk powder and fat content is regulated by adding palm oil.In real milk, sour cream on top should be defended, and this, current milk, costs a week, neither your sour cream, nor yogurt and vapcha spoil.
Umochka

.... yeah, I suspected it .. But I will try to buy milk with a shelf life of 3 days (I tried to make baked milk out of it in the Panasonic cartoon, it turned out soooh delicious stewed milk). These are plastic bags, so rectangular .. there are still .. here, I will try from this milk and from kefir ... (I tied with an estimate (((((, now what ??? and sour cream myself to do ???) Imagine. . !!! Sour cream in 9 hours did not sour milk !!!!!

Wow
I take milk in polyethylene bags, they have a shelf life of up to a week,
if you need to cook cottage cheese, then pour from the bag into the jar, add st. a spoonful of sour cream and put on the battery overnight, by the morning it turns out thick yogurt, then I cook cottage cheese from it
in Filipka I have not tried to cook cottage cheese yet, I will definitely try
I take sour cream from local producers, the shelf life is also short,
she got the hang of making fermented baked milk and sour cream in Filka
