Chicken in sour cream in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Chicken pieces 700 g
Onion 2 pcs
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
salt, black pepper
your favorite spices
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • We need chicken pieces for cooking. Can be thighs, drumsticks, fillets. I had a fillet cut into large pieces. And you also need the Baking and Milk porridge modes in the multicooker.
  • 1) Turn on the multicooker to the Baking mode for 40 minutes. Pour vegetable oil on the bottom (I have refined sunflower oil). And close the lid to warm up.
  • 2) We cut the chicken into large pieces, salt, pepper and after 7-8 minutes from the start of the Baking mode, put it in a slow cooker. We close the lid.
  • 3) After 15 minutes, open the multicooker, pour the onion onto the meat in half rings, turn the chicken pieces over and close the lid until the end of the Baking mode.
  • 4) After the signal for the end of the mode, open it, put the spices (I put the basil), 2-3 heaped sour cream spoons and 0.5 - 1 multi-glass of water. Mix everything and close the lid.
  • 5) Turn on the Milk porridge mode, the time is by default, until the end of the mode. In my slow cooker, Dex60 is 50 minutes.
  • P.S. The original recipe used bay leaf instead of spices, but I didn't put it in because I don't like adding it earlier than 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Therefore, if I add here, then I think it's better not with spices before the Milk porridge regimen, but 5 minutes before the end of this regimen.

Tanya, the chicken is not burnt on the baking? Probably she was ready after baking, and after the milk, you could probably eat with your lips, right?

Tanyush, send the chicken, the address is the city of Poltava
I already wanted to eat

Tanyush, you add Dex 60 in the name of the recipe (or is it in Scarlett?) Although Scarlett hardly has Milk porridge, so you surely cooked in Dexica

And in general - I have nuna glasses, after all, this is what is written in the recipe

Girls, the chicken came out yummy. The baking did not burn on, but the corners of the pieces and the onion were quite a bit grabbed in places. But it’s okay, it’s obvious that the meat gave juice, and the onion gave juice, but I would have turned it over with sprinkled onions in our Dexa after 15 minutes, but with the onion I would have held it for more than 10 minutes (and in the recipe 15 also works). That is, for Deksik, you need to set Baking for 35 minutes. He’s fucking with us, be healthy. And in other cartoons, you probably do not need to change.

Application accepted: Wait for a chicken with glasses.
And Dex did not indicate in the name, otherwise you know how beginners look at recipes, they think that it is necessary to look for recipes for their models. So I just pointed out that for the cartoons with Pastries and Milk Porridge.
And Scarlett would not have worked. There is no Baking mode.
