Ingredients
Fillet of any fish 500 g
Bow 2 heads
Egg 2 pcs.
Seasoning for fish
Salt pepper
Milk or cream ½ measured tbsp.
Cooking method

1. Cut the fish into small pieces, cut the onion into half rings.
2. Put the onion on the bottom of the bowl, then the fish.
3. Beat eggs with milk, add seasonings and pour over fish.
