Classic omelet in a multicooker Cucoo

Ingredients

Chicken egg 5 pieces.
Cream 11%
or milk
100 ml
Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.
with a slide
Baking powder or baking soda ½ tsp
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs.
  • 2. Add cream, flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 3. Whisk the mixture again and pour into the bowl of the pressure cooker.
  • 4. Close the lid, select the mode in the menu "Multipovar", temperature 110-120 degrees, set time 5-8 minutes and press the "start" button. I like it better for 5 minutes, because the omelet is more magnificent. In the photo, the omelet was cooked for 8 minutes.
  • 5. At the end of the cooking process, wait another 10 minutes, open and put the finished omelet on a dish.
