Tell me, did I understand correctly, do not we close the lids at all during the cooking process, or are they covered from above, but not twisted? I all want to make a real stew
Tashechka58
Banks must be closed and tight, the meaning of this recipe is that it is prepared like an autoclave. After you take out the finished cans, the lids may be slightly convex, but as they cool, they will retract and become even.
If you open the jar after the end of cooking, then the contents must be eaten, it will no longer be suitable for storage.

Thanks, I will try
Tashechka58
Be sure to try, mine could not resist today, they opened a small jar

Hello, Tashechka58, tried almost your recipe but without tomato. I have a multicooker-pressure cooker ourson5005. Exposed 130 degrees and 2 hours, pressure 3 (maximum). Despite the high pressure, almost all of the water boiled away. The taste of lavrushka seemed to the amateur. Next time I will definitely do as you do. What do you think can leave 130 degrees, and how is your time - 1.5 hours?
Thank you very much for the recipe.
Tashechka58
Try to make it according to the recipe, it will be delicious. Almost all of your water has boiled away because the pressure is high and the time is long. Look carefully, the operation of a pressure cooker without water is fraught with an explosion of the apparatus. Better not to deviate from the recipe.
Good luck

Thank you, today I wanted to, but I started. One of these days I will definitely try.
disney
A very interesting recipe. I'll try to do it in Panasonic. Only, probably, you will have to cook the chicken in a cartoon, and then transfer it to jars and sterilize it. Yes?
Tashechka58
disney don't even try. Panasonic is not a pressure cooker! This recipe for making stew, etc., is based on the autoclave principle, that is, a temperature of at least 120 * and high pressure are required.
There is another recipe to cook stew in Panas, look here

Stradivary
Thanks for the recipe. Especially for homemade stew, I bought a multicooker-pressure cooker.
Questions on the topic:
- how much can you store such a stew?
- do wing bones soften?
Tashechka58
Stradivary, I have not worth more than a year. There is no basement, all the blanks on the loggia are in the closet, so I don't do much. Mainly for my son (to work) and on trips, about 10 cans go out, + -.
The bones soften very well.
We have already bought an autoclave, with a pressure cooker it takes longer and the tab is small
Stradivary
Tashechka58, thanks for the answer! I do not plan such a long storage, but there should be a reserve in case of fishing and "too lazy to prepare", the planned storage time of the stock is from two weeks to two or three months.

Thanks for the recipe !!!

Yesterday I cooked chicken stew, but in a slightly different way. I took a whole chilled chicken, chopped it (including all tubular bones), did not remove the skin. Fried a lot of carrots and onions with a minimum amount of oil. I packed carrots / chicken / carrots / chicken into a jar in layers, tamped it down, left ~ 3 cm free space under the lid, added 2 peppercorns to each jar, an incomplete teaspoon of salt and spices for chicken, half a small leaf of lavrushka. I washed the cans thoroughly, but did not sterilize them - I see no point, because the styling is damp ... I bought new lids (threaded), washed them scalded with boiling water, screwed them tightly. I put a silicone mat in a 5-liter bowl, set three cans (this is the limit) so that they do not interfere with the operation of the valves of the multicooker-pressure cooker (I have Redmond RMC-PM503), poured hot water from the tap into the bowl up to the upper mark. Installed the "Stew / jellied meat" program, time - 130 minutes. After the end of the program (about 2 hours later) he turned off the multicooker-pressure cooker and left it to cool until morning. In the morning I opened the lid of the pressure cooker - the jars and water were still hot. He took out the cans and wrapped them in a towel. I came after work - there is beauty in the banks, the lids are pulled in. Vegetable stew with chicken in the light, a lot of fat. It is possible that the skin still needs to be removed.

I will not try the stew until I (there are still cabbage soup on the bone), I am preparing the second batch of stew, I will take a sample from it, then I will unsubscribe.

Stradivary, congratulations on the beginning. I understand your desire to try what happened, but it is better to let the stew, then it tastes better
