Potatoes with nuts and pomegranates

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 3 pcs
chopped walnut kernels 1 tbsp. the spoon
pomegranate juice 1/3 cup
garlic 1-3 cloves
parsley or dill
onions or green onions
salt

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, put in a salad bowl, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with herbs. For the sauce, chop the chopped walnut kernels and garlic with salt, add finely chopped onions, pomegranate juice and mix.
  • Delicious, hearty salad!

  • My changes. There was no pomegranate juice at home, I used pomegranate narsharab, diluted a little with water, added 1 dessert spoon of olive oil.
