Manna, thank you for your prompt reply, I'm going to do
vernisag
Sherstyusha, congratulations on the slow cooker! Let it only please!
In this multicooker, the rice program does not work correctly, apparently there is an error in the programming of the program; it is better to cook rice in the stewing program, in the proportions 1: 1.5 or 1: 1.2
For a cake, the temperature of 120 ° seems to me too small, better than 130 °, but the biscuit or cottage cheese casseroles, yes, by 120 °
Sherstyusha
vernisag, Thank you!
Oh, I've already set it to 120 for an hour and a half, rearrange it to 130?
vernisag
Yes, let it bake at 120, but 1.5 hours is probably a lot, after an hour and ten minutes, check with a toothpick for readiness.

This is how the cupcake looked after 1.10 at 130 degrees Oven. I put a glass cup in the middle - so the shape is more beautiful and there is no problem of settling of the center of the baking and it bakes better))

Cupcake in a cut. Cooked evenly, but the raisins remained concentrated in the bottom of the cake. According to the recipe for 200 g of dried fruits, I added 150 g of raisins. Everything else is strictly according to the instructions. If you do not attach importance to raisin disobedience, the result suited me.

Girls, thanks for the help!
vernisag
Sherstyusha, wonderful cupcake turned out!
Sherstyusha
vernisag, Thank you!
But that's why the raisins fell asleep, I don't understand
And butter is too much, as our family tastes, and so is a delicious cake. Probably it's even good - you can't eat much, you can't
Vivita
The cupcake is very beautiful! Together with you, I am glad that she did it well. They write that the raisins must first be sprinkled with flour, and then carefully put into the dough so that it does not sink when baking.
Sherstyusha
Vivita, Thank you! I am so glad that it turned out, because this is my first baking in a cartoon (I only made casseroles with cottage cheese before)
Sherstyusha
I wanted to ask, for everyone in Fillet, the lid opens NOT at a right angle, but less, as if hanging a little over the body
After Panas, it makes me a little unnerving, because it is not so convenient to insert the pan
Manna
Sherstyusha, a couple of years ago in China there were some changes in the requirements for devices, and for many multicooker the lid began to open at 90 ° C, and a little less (to prevent tipping back).
Sherstyusha
Thank you, Manna, that is, in Fillet "for breakfast" the same nuance with a lid? Otherwise, they are not sold here, I plan to order from Russia
Manna
Oh, but I don’t remember something ... but now there is no way to look. It seems yes, there is a slight slope. But I never caught a bowl. If you have time to wait, then in a week I can clarify this.
Sherstyusha
Manna, Yes of course!
Sherstyusha
Hello everyone!
Summer is coming to an end, oh, how quickly it flew by ...
This time Filya went on vacation with us, he showed himself perfectly - there was a stove, but we used the cartoon.
I want to share, maybe someone will benefit from my experience: I use the RICE mode very actively for cooking pasta. The proportions are 1 (pasta) to 0.5-0.8 (water). Depends on the shape-thickness of the macaroons, we choose empirically, it is especially easy to remember if you constantly use two or three types. If at the beginning of cooking the water does not completely cover the pasta, it is advisable to stir it once (when it boils). If there is liquid left after the end of the program, you can leave it on the heat (this option is not suitable for those who like al dente pasta), or turn on the frying for a couple of minutes, and the remaining water will quickly evaporate.
I also cook buckwheat and rice occasionally on the RIS program, but in a ratio of 1: 1.5 and the result is better if you cook on a timer. After all, in Panas, dry cereals are always perfect on sensory buckwheat. But Fili has its own advantages and, in my opinion, these models complement each other perfectly.

Hello. Since 3060 I have broken something. She has scratches on the body and deep. And in 3134, how much larger is the bowl? Can anyone tell me the size of the bowl - depth, i.e. height and diameter?
Sherstyusha
Height 11, diameter with rim 21.2-21.3, bottom on the outside with twists about 17.5.

Thank you. Something is probably too big. I wanted to take model 3060, but it was defective, and besides, the seller said that the 3060 was discontinued. And she would (3060) better fit me in size.
Sherstyusha
Yes, it is clearly much larger, and the body is ovoid, I will not call it compact. Also originally wanted 3060, but in Ukraine they were not on sale ...

We have gone shopping 3060, only in one somewhere I saw. And that's all. On the official website, it seems that I saw it and it is written - it was discontinued. Well, why take such a baby out of production? And in the topic about choosing a small multicooker for some reason, forum users write that in 3060 the porridge runs away, and Manna praised her very much
Manna
I praise and praise, but milk in 3060 can "run away".

Dear Philips HD3134 multicooker owners, can you share how the multicooker behaves after two years of use?
How correct are the programs now, I read here that the Rice program is not "ice", but what about the rest? are there any deterioration?
I've been looking at the topic for a year now, nothing has been written, does this mean everything is good or so bad that they pushed the cartoon away and forgot?
I select a small cartoon, cook for one person, it is supposed to cook soups, stew meat with vegetables, cook side dishes, bake meat and cook jellied meat.
Arkady _ru
Hello everyone.
As 3134 worked for me, it still works. I think there are definitely two years, and maybe more. I took it at Yulmart's discount after warranty repairs for a very cheap price. In it I bake, prepare meat, buckwheat and rice porridge with millet.
Long-liver Redmond 4504 is working with her completely in English, which is more than 5 years old. Both work properly.

He behaves normally, stands for himself and stands in the closet, quietly and silently I take out the Cup sometimes, hold it in my hands, sigh, she is cool
Svetlana, buy polaris, there are many programs (45), it works correctly, it costs a penny, a bowl from a small Panasonic fits

vernisag, why sigh for a cup? We also bake in it in the oven, for example.
I would also take Polaris, after all, the fillet is very ancient with a congenital glitch on the rice, which, however, does not bother me at all. I don't follow cartoons at all on the market, since those that exist are still working ...

I, too, Easter cakes, sometimes I bake bread in it And I sigh, because it doesn’t fit a Panasonic at all, it is 2-3 mm higher in total. And that would be a good spare bowl.
The rice program does not work, water does not boil on it, but it should boil very well, there should also be a temperature of 115-120 °.
The program includes rice, because not only rice can be cooked, but also other cereals, potatoes (oil with a little water), macaroons (until completely evaporated), pilaf, dumplings (a little water, oil, until completely evaporated and lightly toasted) and much more ...
For me, this is the main program, the most necessary and in demand. Without it, I consider this mulk useless and unnecessary ...
Arkady _ru
But I don't cook anything in cartoons that takes very little time (dumplings, pasta). I also do not fry in them - I prefer cast-iron pans, saucepans and a cauldron for pilaf.
And I just liked to cook porridge, because I don't like to cook porridge, it just swells with me.And any flakes that require cooking, I pour 6% boiling milk and they are steamed for 45 minutes. wrapped up.
I no longer bake in it, because the oven is still better suited for this. But I mix the dough in the bread maker, but the Klatronic dough mixer has only been used once. Not in demand somehow, but it's a pity to sell ...
vernisag
And I cook everything in multicooker, I use the stove and oven very rarely
Arkady _ru
I can hardly imagine cooking pasta in a cartoon. Painfully, they are starchy (snotty?) Should be obtained after boiling. My wife probably just likes to cook on the stove. I can't find any other explanation, but I didn't ask her. The food is tasty and good. As the saying goes, the one who behaves well has the meat ...

I don't know, I somehow stay away from Polarisov
I liked Marta 4308, she has 45 programs (15 automatic / 30 manual)
GREBLON® C3 + Coated Bowl
Multi-cook, CHEF COOK Light
and you can buy from us cheaper than on the manufacturer's website, but it is 5 liters, so I'm thinking
I have a Philips 3060, I make all the milk and pastries in it, it's a pity for another, so I want to pick up 3-4 liters for the rest of the cooking
I really like Filya, a coffee-colored bowl, a melodic sound, the presence of a manual mode, so I began to consider the option from 3134 and 3136, but the reviews are in doubt
and most of all I liked Philips 3095, but its price is prohibitive for me
Alese
I have 3134 at work all the time, I cook porridge in it. I do not know whether it works correctly or not in my "rice" program, but I like the rice on this program in it. Several times I cooked horns in it with full evaporation, I liked it. I also tried to make yogurt, from activism. Apparently, it overheats, because in 6 hours it overcoats shamelessly, but if you leave it for no more than 4.5 hours, you get such an edible clot.
vernisag
Martha is praised, but, in my opinion, they do not have touch programs

From the activation, 3.5-4 hours is enough, then ripening in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. What year did you buy this cartoon?
Alese
Irina, I bought it last summer.
With activism - yes, I came to this by experience. 4 hours - and in the refrigerator overnight))).
vernisag
And I, in January 14, may have modified the model then Is there a violent boil on rice? The program should work for 40 minutes, after 20 it turns off and the rice is wet, undercooked
Alese
Hardly finished, because 40 minutes does not cook, for sure. But the rice does not come out wet, it boils during cooking. After cooking, I still keep it on the heat for 10 minutes to get it. Maybe they just have a spread in heating temperature?

What are you talking about?
It's not okay to cook pilaf on it, I kind of cooked on stewing.
Yes, and I don’t like dancing with a tambourine, I like it when in a cartoon, all programs are set up well and everything works out without problems.
Alese
This is me, by analogy with bread makers))) It happens that in the same model, but in different copies in one, the bread on the "light crust" turns brown to black, and in the other and on the "dark" it does not redden. Maybe that's the same here? Also, rice loves soft water. Hard cooks poorly.
I didn't cook pilaf in it, only rice as a side dish.
vernisag
In Polaris, all the programs are fine-tuned, 45 pieces, nothing burns and cooks perfectly. Programs for cereals turn off themselves when all the water has boiled away. The heating can also be turned off during the program, not just before the program. On steam, pasta, dumplings programs, the countdown starts after the liquid boils after the signal.
Minus only, the bowl is nakushnaya ...

Yes, it, the rice program, should work before the liquid evaporates, as the temperature begins to rise at the bottom of the bowl (when there is no water left), it should turn off. And here the unfinished program is simple.

We talked about the cartoon and I felt sorry for her. I took it out of the closet, brushed away the dust, washed my face and decided to cook macaros.
I turned on the frying program for 25 minutes (what, what, but she fries well), fried the onions, added carrots, fried, added a spoonful of tomato paste, spices (Italian herbs), sushi garlic. It took me about 10 minutes, maybe a little more. I added a bowl of horns (200g, 2 grade flour makfa), added 2.5 cups of warm water, salt. And without turning off the frying program, I left it to cook with the lid closed. After 10 minutes I opened it, mixed it, turned off the cartoon. Leave it under the lid for another 5 minutes and can be laid out on plates.
