Manna, Thank you. Can you advise me another cartoon. I need 2 to 3 liters. I live alone. And also, excuse me, I'm from Ukraine. There is more choice in Russia, but I have the opportunity to come to Moscow.
Manna
shvetsik, this topic is about phillips. You will go to the topic of choosing a multicooker. we THERE on almost every page we discuss three-ruble notes.
shvetsik
Manna, well, I'll come.

My cartoon was put up for sale at a discount ...

What to expect

the other day I "washed" my Filia - I put the bowl in the sink to wash it after the soup, and in the meantime (yeah, while I'm washing the bowl! smart, yes) I decided to steam the potatoes, and mechanically threw water into an empty multicooker!
it's good that I didn't start a milk porridge)

it turned out that the cartoon was arranged correctly - water immediately poured through the holes in the bottom.
however, I was alarmed and began to twist Filia back and forth, shaking out the water, probably it was unnecessary.

the result - everything dried out by itself, the next day I turned it on - it still works. ufff .....
Leo_L
I continue to master Filia,
here, I share what I liked (fast, simple, tasty):

1.beet salad in a double boiler:

I cut one large or 2 small beets into small pieces (about 2x2 cm), put in a double boiler and turn on the "frying" mode for 25 minutes
after 20 minutes I add washed raisins and prunes to the beets, and steam them together for the last 5 minutes.
I take it out, fill it with mayonnaise to taste, it is possible with garlic, - delicious

2.imitation of Olivier in a double boiler:

I put two potatoes and carrots cut into pieces in a double boiler, and 1 or 2 whole sausages, I turn on "frying" for 15 minutes
in the meantime, I cut pickles and onions.
... Filya tinkles, I take out the vegetables, peel and cut the sausages, mix everything, refuel - it's done

Before installing the steam basket, do not forget to pour water into the bowl! ))

and mechanically splashed water into an empty multicooker!
Once I also poured rice washed in a cartoon without a bowl, it stuck all over it everywhere I dried it and shook it out for a long time ...

vernisag
I really liked the experiment with potatoes and the bottom was well browned and the top of the potatoes was already and after 20 minutes it was not raw, but completely ready.
irman
Irina, the potatoes are just lovely!
musya
Irina, the potatoes are good! I also fried potatoes in Fillet, only in cubes. We liked!
vernisag
Thank you girls!

I cooked buckwheat today on the rice program. I washed one glass of buckwheat hp, put it in a bowl, added 2.5 glasses of water, turned on the program and sat down to watch what would happen. Well, in the sense that the water boils or does not have time to boil, since the water turned out to be about 0.5 liters. Steam poured out of the valve at 13 minutes, this suggests that the boil is good, violent, but after another couple of minutes the snake stopped running and popped out 10 minutes before the end of cooking. In total, the program ran for 25 minutes (not enough of course). There is still a lot of liquid under the buckwheat ...
And if you cook two to three times more buckwheat or rice, thereby increasing the amount of cereals and water, then it seems to me that the water will not boil at all ...
Pilaf in general on this program will definitely not work
Manna
Irisha-Irisha, and we hoped so, hoped so
vernisag
Yes, even though the program does not want to work normally

Then why cook pilaf on a multi-cooker? At 100 ° or 110 °, 105 would, but there is no way to set this temperature
vernisag
After 15 minutes of heating, the buckwheat still absorbed all the remaining water and it turned out to be quite normal. Open and crumbly.
Manna
For buckwheat, it's okay that some water remains. But you can't cook pilaf like that ... otherwise it will be a little
Temperature? Well, yes, probably 110 ° С, it must be that it boils well ... well, so ... traditionally for pilaf ...
vernisag
I will try to cook pilaf and then I will show and tell you everything.
Everything suits me in this cartoon, but this nevertheless mowing program spoils all the general opinion about this multicooker
By the way, pasta is normally obtained on the rice program, cooked repeatedly. Time is just enough for them
irman
Irin, what if you turn on the program twice?
vernisag
Oh Irin, I thought about it, but I don't see the point, it seems to me it's better on multi-cook
By the way, I cooked rice in a multi-cooker, 100 ° for 30-35 minutes, everything worked out fine
irman
It's good when you can replace something.
vernisag
Yes, with a multi-cook, there are still more opportunities for all kinds of experiments.
irman
I am now rushing between two Filipki, I do not know what to choose.
vernisag
Wait, we can still have something, in the spring, usually a lot of new products are thrown out for sale.
I believe that even a small cartoon should be fully functional, like the 701 brand.
And then, as a small one, it is cut into three in the programs, but you want to cook everything the same as in a large one, only in small portions ...
musya
And I cooked rice for sushi on rice, it turned out great! a glass of 300 ml, I washed the round Krasnodar rice, poured it into a bowl and poured boiling water from a teapot (300 ml), added half a teaspoon of salt. The rice program worked for about 25 minutes, at the end of 4 tbsp. l. I poured rice vinegar over the rice, turned off the heating, mixed and left for 30 minutes with the lid closed. For me, it's so perfect, the rice is sticky and undigested, it was sculpted perfectly!
vernisag
Larissa, I believe in principle the rice turns out (a small portion) is quite decent if you also hold it for a little while on heating. But in mv stler, of course, the rice turns out to be very tasty and cannot be compared with that. But we are not talking about this, but about the fact that pilaf cannot be cooked on this program ...
vernisag
And today I still decided to test the extinguishing program. Cook some soup. Now I have not a great choice and decided to cook tomato with lentils (lean).

Multicooker Philips HD3134

On the program, frying fried a finely chopped onion, added a chopped tomato, when everything was a little fried, added 0.5 cans of tomatoes cut in their own juice (you can just tomato paste or blender a couple of tomatoes)
Fry all this while stirring for 5-7 minutes, add garlic, pepper, coriander (I kneaded the grains a little).
Then turn off the program. I added chopped potatoes (2 pcs) to the bowl, one multi-glass of red lentils, salt and about a liter of water.
I switched on the extinguishing program for 1 hour. At the end of the program, I added a little lemon juice.
We ate with parsley.
The meat would be smoked there or at least smoked sausages
vernisag
Ahh, well, and most importantly, I liked how the program works. At the beginning of the program there was a boil, the key did not beat, but somehow it boiled so neatly, and then it gurgled a little during the program. In general, everything is fine
irman
Well, why are you exhibiting such beauty so late, you just want to eat.
vernisag
Thank you Irish Yes, what kind of krySota is there, an ordinary lean soup, I just tested the program
musya

you can't cook pilaf on this program ...
and if you try it on porridge? I cooked rice with mung bean and mushrooms like vegetable pilaf, fried leeks and mushrooms, charged rice and mung bean and porridge for 40 minutes, turned it off 5 minutes before the end, everything was cooked and absorbed, water 1: 2.
It is already sports interest to cook pilaf)))))))))))))
irman
You understand a lot, beautiful, little, appetite. ...
vernisag
Quote: musya
and if you try it on porridge?
It seems to me that it will not be quite that on porridge, there should be boiling throughout the entire program and I think it is better to cook at 100-105 or at least 110 °.

Well, yes, probably 110 ° С, it must be that it boils well ... well, so ... traditionally for pilaf ...
Mannochka also supports my thoughts on this matter ...
drakusja
I removed my message.

drakusja, happened? First, I pick out one lower latch, then the other, both of them do not work at once, they are tight, but they are inserted easily.

Irochka, thank you for your answer, but I can't figure out how to pick them off. In the store, the girl removed the lid, but I did not pay attention. And now...

vernisag
Well, from below you hook the latch with your finger and pull it up, it snaps off, then the second ...
Do not be afraid to try, everything will work out

I managed!!! But I just pulled both latches towards myself and the cover came off. In !!!
I haven't cooked anything yet. I, in fact, bought Filyusha for milk porridge. But I've read that the porridge is running and I don't know what to do. I just don't want to "dance with tambourines", steamers, etc. I just want to pour milk, pour in cereal and let it cook. We do not have a new Fili and it is not known whether there will be.

Today I cooked porridge in a film. I bought whole milk "House in the Village". I use only fresh milk for porridge, in nimble cartoons milk that was opened "yesterday" can run away when cooking porridge.
Millet porridge was cooked, the minimum portion, in a ratio of 1: 6.
millet - 0.5 multst.
milk - 2 multist.
water - 1 multist.
sugar - 1 tbsp
salt - 0.3 tsp
drain oil. -15 gr.

For washing cereals, I have a small metal, fine-mesh colander, I use it only for cereals, it is very convenient.
I washed the groats well under the tap, scalded them with boiling water from the kettle, shook off the excess water and poured them into the multicooker bowl. Added salt, sugar, milk, water and oil. Oil, just in case, ran over the bowl, three fingers above the porridge in the form of a protective ring against escape.
I turned on the porridge program for 35 minutes. A snake ran, sat next to it and waited for a boil, a few minutes later steam poured out of the valve and a violent boil was heard. For the sake of the purity of the experiment, I did not open the lid (but I really wanted to).
Then the amount of steam decreased and the set time of 35 minutes jumped out.
At the end of the program, the porridge was completely ready. The lid was clean, but the foam could be seen rising just above the oil-painted ring.
Photo of porridge immediately after cooking, put it in a plate immediately after the signal to end the program. The total cooking time is approximately 45 minutes.

Multicooker Philips HD3134

Have you read this? If you need more porridge, then for 1 multi-glass of cereals (for example, round rice) you need 3-4 multi-cups milk and 2 water, you can only use milk.
Eyes are afraid, hands are doing, try it and I hope everything works out

Chocolate cake with crushed hazelnuts
Multicooker Philips HD3134

There is a little kefir left in the refrigerator, which is reluctant to drink and chocolate ... and hazelnuts, bought for other purposes, but not used for their intended purpose due to a breakdown of the coffee grinder. Well, I also conjured! I liked the result very much, I share the recipe so that Fili's users are not afraid to bake
vernisag
And silenceaaa ... One Larissa know cooks, cooks and pleases
Manna
Irish, and how are you cooking? Or completely disappointed in this cartoon?
vernisag
I cook mannochka, it's just not interesting, so I cooked pasta, buckwheat, rice, soup three times on the program, stewing, porridge. In general, I have it in the wings, in the kitchen there are constantly fillets and a cuckoo and I have enough. There are no disappointments, many people like it more than Redik 02, but I can't say that either. She handles all the small errands normally and suits me perfectly. Everything that I don't really like to cook in a cuckoo, I cook in fillet.
musya
oh, yes, I cook and cook)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))It is necessary to resume uploading photos and recipes, otherwise in the topic of tiiiiiho, like in a crypt
